On the basis of research on digital circuit fault diagnosis system for missile launch and control system – one research project recently completed by the author ,and through analysis for the first and foremost problem of interface circuit, this paper makes a detailed description of digital circuit fault diagnosis interface circuit software design based on LabWindows/CVI, and gives major steps of the development for interface circuit software.

Aim at work process complications, high break down incidence rate and break down diagnosis difficulty of current automatic loading control system, this text designed a set of new automatic loading control system which combined the advantage of the Rough Set - Neural Network to diagnose the automatic loading system.The system used LPC2294 as main control chip and additional other function units to complete hardware electric circuit design and software procedure exploit development of automatic loading system.The system made use of VS2008 to design the place of honor machine to show interface and passed the correspondence of a string of completion place of honor machine and control system, this system automatically packed to fill system to provide a new way of thinking at present for improvement.

Based on the detection requirements of surface and sub-surface of micro steel ball, control system of defect scanning is studied, aiming at the problem of unfolded surface of steel ball, STC89S52 microcontroller is considered as the control core, then the feasible method of speed and direction control of step motor that driven by detection device, and hardware interface circuit and design of software solutions of the system are put forward, principles of unfolded surface of steel ball and control system of defect scanning and signal about defect scanning are analyzed, then the result are verified valid through the experiment. The results indicate that unfolded mechanics could be driven and flawed steel balls could be detected by the system of surface scanning of micro steel ball, which meet the design requirements.

Briefly introduces the detection principle, characteristic and method of thermoluminescence dosimetry, and designs a set of data acquisition and processing system for thermoluminescence dosimeter reader. The device’s peripheral hardware circuit design is simple and scalable. This system can be applied to a variety of thermoluminescence dosimetry testing equipment.

In order to solve the problem of cleaning small and micro pipelines, the control system of the cleaning robot for small and micro pipelines is designed using single-chip technology. Draw the circuit design flow chart, use PROTEUS software to design the display and control circuit of the DC adjustable regulated power supply, stepping motor. Write and debug the program that controls the start and stop of the motor, accelerate and decelerate, and rotate forward and reverse in keil4; import the program into the single-chip microcomputer, and use the PROTEUS software for simulation and simulation. The experimental results show that the designed control system can realize the two actions of the pipeline robot going straight in the pipeline and the cleaning head rotating.

Pulp and paper processes frequently present nonlinear behavior, which means that process dynam-ics change with the operating points. These nonlinearities can challenge process control. PID controllers are the most popular controllers because they are simple and robust. However, a fixed set of PID tuning parameters is gen-erally not sufficient to optimize control of the process. Problems related to nonlinearities such as sluggish or oscilla-tory response can arise in different operating regions. Gain scheduling is a potential solution. In processes with mul-tiple control objectives, the control strategy must further evaluate loop interactions to decide on the pairing of manipulated and controlled variables that minimize the effect of such interactions and hence, optimize controller’s performance and stability. Using the CADSIM Plus™ commercial simulation software, we developed a Jacobian sim-ulation module that enables automatic bumps on the manipulated variables to calculate process gains at different operating points. These gains can be used in controller tuning. The module also enables the control system designer to evaluate loop interactions in a multivariable control system by calculating the Relative Gain Array (RGA) matrix, of which the Jacobian is an essential part.
