In order to solve the problem of cleaning small and micro pipelines, the control system of the cleaning robot for small and micro pipelines is designed using single-chip technology. Draw the circuit design flow chart, use PROTEUS software to design the display and control circuit of the DC adjustable regulated power supply, stepping motor. Write and debug the program that controls the start and stop of the motor, accelerate and decelerate, and rotate forward and reverse in keil4; import the program into the single-chip microcomputer, and use the PROTEUS software for simulation and simulation. The experimental results show that the designed control system can realize the two actions of the pipeline robot going straight in the pipeline and the cleaning head rotating.

A cleaning robot for household cleaning is designed based on the single chip microcomputer AT89S51. It can complete home environment clean in the case of unattended. With the help of the infrared sensor and the control system, the Cleaning robot can automatically avoid the static and dynamic obstacles in the working environments and clean the ground in the room. Practice has proved that its structure is compact, flexible, easy to implement and control and it can initially complete the obstacle avoidance and cleaning tasks.

The measurement and control system of an intelligent living room environment is introduced in this paper, which takes single-chip microcomputer STC89C52 as the core chip. The system uses the intelligent digital temperature and humidity materials SHT11 and light sensitive resistor to realize the detections of living room temperature, relative humidity and light intensity level with automatic control, in order to improve the living room comfort level. It's function reliable, simply constructed, and can achieve the automatic adjustment of living room environment parameters.

The crop growth cabinet control system mainly consists of color touch screen interface operating system and control system. They communicate with each other through the RS485 module. The control system’s control core is ATmega128L single chip microcomputer, and operating system interface uses Cortex_M3 as the kernel of 32-bit processor STM32F103VC, and adopts μC/GUI to write human-machine interface which real-time monitors crop growth environmental parameters in the cabinet, and by setting various parameters to simulate the plant a variety of ecological environment.

The work is designed and made as a controlled system of rotational inverted pendulum. Small direct current machine is droved by Single chip microcomputer that it controls the angle of swinging of swinging rod when the rotating arm does reciprocating rotation motion. The MC9S12CXS128 single-chip microcomputer is adopted as the master control chip of control system, the Angle of swinging rod is measured by the incremental encoder, power of the rotary arm controlled part provided by PM35S - 048 direct current machine and the motor drive module as a control system. It can realize measurement and control of the rotation angle of the rotating arm and the swinging angle of swinging rod precisely.

We preliminarily designed a power tracking and control system using single-chip computers and industrial control computer in the electric heating simulated power loop. The system is an innovational design based on the proven simulated nuclear power loop, with increased techniques of step-less power regulation system and modeling nuclear feedback effect correctional programs. We promoted both hardware and software designs of this power tracking and control system in this paper. It used single-chip computers as the core control chips and an industrial control computer as the additional correctional program and record carrier. The process and implementation of the control software are presented, which is designed as a fuzzy theoretical nonlinear system. In order to ensure the subsequent updates, the access interface of the system is open for following correctional programs, including the correctional program of void fraction effect, temperature effect, hysteresis effect and heat power distribution effect. Taken hysteresis effect correctional program as an example, we use an offset tic-tac clock replacing the inherent tic-tac clock in different devices of the system in order to reduce the hysteresis effect of measuring and corresponding errors. We also put out a preliminary analysis of the accurate synchronization for the system at the end of the paper.

By analyzing the principles of reconfigurable machine tools, based on 51 single-chip microcomputer, this article researches the control system of reconfigurable machine tool, implements precision motion control for motors. The research can also reduce costs, so the practicality and economy all have a certain advantage, which will help promote the use in practice.
