The aim of this study was to optimize the lipsticks formulation according to the physical properties and sensory attributes and investigate the relationship between instrumental and sensory analyses and evaluate the influence of the main ingredients, beeswax and oil, with analysis of lipsticks properties. Central composite design was used to optimize the mixture of oils and beeswax and cocoa butter for formulation of lipsticks. Antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH free radical scavenging method spectrophotometrically. Physical properties of lipsticks melting point were determined in a glass tube; the hardness was investigated with texture analyzer. Sensory analysis was performed with untrained volunteers. The optimized mixture of sea buckthorn oil and grapeseed oil mixture ratio 13.96 : 6.18 showed the highest antioxidative activity (70±0.84%) and was chosen for lipstick formulation. According to the sensory and instrumental analysis results, optimal ingredients amounts for the lipstick were calculated: 57.67% mixture of oils, 19.58% beeswax, and 22.75% cocoa butter. Experimentally designed and optimized lipstick formulation had good physical properties and high scored sensory evaluation. Correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between sensory and instrumental evaluations.

The goal of the research is to develop an experimental mathematical model of pan coating process effect on the biodegradable polymer and to determine optimal process parameters. The polymer solution was conducted with phosphated di-starch phosphate, polyvinyl alcohol, and polyacrylic acid and performed as material coating for the controlled-release urea fertilizer. The image analysis method has been used to determine the particle size distribution, Sauter mean diameter of the particle and layer thickness that is novel. The central composite rotatable design has been selected to determine the regression models of the process, which described the relationship between two objective variables as layer thickness, release time with angle of pan, spray flow, and coating time. The statistical analysis results indicate the fitness of model.

In this paper adopting the orthogonal method, self-developed compound formulation had tested, and the relationship between the physical properties of vulcanized rubber and rectangular synchronous rotor mixer parameters had researched. The results showed that when the fill factor was 0.6, the rotor speed was 70r/min, cooling water temperature was 45 °C, pressure on the top bolt was 0.8Mpa, the physical properties of the vulcanized rubber was best.

Cervical cancer has always been the top malignant cancer among female cancers in the world. Due to its recurrence, metastasis rate, and drug resistance, the treatment results of cervical cancer have been unsatisfactory. Apigetrin is present in a variety of fruits and vegetables and has been reported to have antioxidant, free radical scavenging, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer activities. Therefore, this study focuses on the effect of apigetrin on the autophagy of cervical cancer HeLa cells based on the previous research. The results showed that apigetrin can enhance the autophagy fluorescence of light chain 3B (LC3B), and further combined with quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) and Western blotting found that the expression of autophagy-related genes and proteins p-mTOR, Beclin1, and LC3B increased, while the expression of AMPK, ULK1, and p62 decreased. In addition, apigetrin also promoted the release of Ca2+, the PERK/eIF2α/ATF4/chop, and IRE1α pathways activate endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress. The addition of 4PBA proved that ER stress promoted autophagy in HeLa cells. Finally, the addition of the 3-MA indicates the relationship between autophagy and apoptosis in HeLa cells. Our results indicate that apigetrin has a certain anticancer potential and can be used as a drug adjuvant and food additive for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.

Whilst wheat is a major component in many pig diets it has the most variable composition of any of the cereals (Bolton & Blair, 1974) with wheat variety and the environment in which it was grown influencing its chemical and physical properties and thus nutritive value. A rapid and inexpensive method for prediction of nutritive value is thus needed to account for these variations in wheat composition. Viscosity is closely related to the soluble arabinoxylan content of wheat (Dusel et al., 1997) with a high in vitro wheat viscosity associated with a reduction in apparent metabolisable energy (AME) for poultry (Classen et al, 1995). The relationship between viscosity and nutritive value for pigs is therefore of interest. The present study investigated the effect of wheat quality measured by extract viscosity, on ileal and overall digestibility using the post-valve ‘T’ caecal (PVTC) canulation method in growing pigs.

The anti-fogging properties of a new anti-fogging agent containing silicon sprayed on polypropylene were discussed. The anti-fogging agent was prepared by using silicone hydride and silica sol, the new anti-fogging agent with different consistency was daubed on the polypropylene film .The contact angle, first dripping time and ten drippings time of the anti-fogging PP films were tested. According to the range analysis, the best mixture ratio, which was just the optimum formula was found. The relationship between the anti-fogging agent consistence and the anti-fogging performance was discussed too. The result showed that the anti-fogging properties of the coated film were better and the mechanical properties of the coated film enhanced in some sort. The mixture ratio of the anti-fogging agent was that the silica sol was 12phr; the span 80 was 15%; the pH was 5.5. After the film was coated, the tensile strength of machine direction raised by 109.14% than the contrast. The elongation at break of transverse direction raised by 32.51MPa and that of machine direction raised by 17.95MPa. This anti-fogging agent containing silicon was preferable to polypropylene.
