Generally, road characteristics (such as the longitudinal slope and pavement damage) have an important effect on logistics distribution path, not only the vehicle fuel economy and driving safety but also the benefits and efficiency of logistics companies. It is necessary to explore the influence of road characteristics on logistics distribution path planning. First, a road characteristics evaluation value is defined to quantify road characteristics. With the application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the road characteristics evaluation index system with three criteria and eleven indices was built, and then the calculation of the road characteristics evaluation value is proposed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Secondly, a mathematical model of logistics distribution path planning is proposed, in which road characteristics and distance are comprehensively considered. Thirdly, an adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA) is presented with customized crossover operator for the solution of the mathematical model. Finally, through simulation by a real example, the influences of road characteristics and distance on the optimal distribution path are discussed, and the results show the model considering the road characteristics and distance comprehensively achieves superior distribution paths to that considering the distance or road characteristics only.

This paper has put forward a comprehensive assessment model of the emergency management capability of the coal mine accidents which is based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and has made an empirical analysis. Firstly, the meaning and the key contents of the emergency management capability of coal mine accidents was elaborated. Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine accidents emergency management capability was established. And then, the first class index weights were determined by AHP. Finally, this paper made a comprehensive evaluation of a certain regions emergency management capability of coal mine accidents by means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

With the development of modern logistics system, the automatic logistics distribution centers have been built in most tobacco enterprises. The packaging system plays important role in the distribution center, it is necessary to construct a set of scientific method to evaluate the packaging system mode. According to the real situation of tobacco logistics distribution center, the cost and benefit are set to the general goal. For these three modes of packaging system, packaging by hand, automatic packaging and packaging by heat-shrinkable material, the evaluation index system and hierarchical structure are built. Refer to the hierarchical chart and the principle of AHP, the weight of each index is calculated. On the basis of weight that worked out by AHP, the final evaluation result can be found and analyzed follow the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, reference the consequences of the FCE, the DEA model based on FCE is used to enhance the integrality and systematic of the evaluate result.

With regards to the low degree of digitization, lack of real geological terrain, and low degree of automation in the cutting process of the traditional virtual fully mechanized mining face, we studied the key technologies of virtual operation and cutting path planning of the shearer on the three-dimensional (3D) roof and floor based on the virtual reality engine (Unity3D). Firstly, the virtual 3D coal seam was constructed through the 3D geological coordinate data of the mine. On this basis, the shape function of the scraper conveyor with the adaptive configuration on the floor was constructed to obtain the combined operation of the virtual shearer and the scraper conveyor. The movement of the shearer’s walking and height-adjustment was then, analyzed. A strategy for automatic height-adjustment based on the adjustment of the direction of the drum movement is hence, proposed to control the cutting path of the shearer. Finally, different experimental schemes were simulated in the developed prototype system after which each of the schemes was evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the proposed strategy for trajectory control can improve the accuracy and stability of the shearer’s motion trajectory. In Unity3D, the pre-selected schemes and digital and visual planning of coal production are previewed ahead of time, the whole production process can be mapped synchronously in the production process. It is also obtained that the virtual preview and evaluation of the production process can provide some guidance for actual production.

In order to solve the existent problems of incomplete and ambiguous information during the evaluation on the multiple constraints factors of city underground space development and utilization, this paper applies analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, then Yuzhong District, Yubei District, Beibei District in Chongqing respectively as an example, and comprehensively to evaluate the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization. Example analysis shows that, it has high feasibility and effectiveness that applies the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, and it can contribute to solve fuzziness and uncertainty problems of the evaluation process.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a kind of advanced management method and ideological system, which is an effective tool to improve operating efficiency. In reference to the domestic and foreign relevant research results, this paper attempts to find a set of evaluation index system and method, which is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises in China implementing ERP system performance evaluation according to characteristics. Then use AHP to determine each index weight and evaluate comprehensively ERP implementation performance of small and medium-sized enterprise employing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This can provide ERP project methodological guidance and help enterprise to carry out the scientific decision, improve the success rate of ERP implementation, and promote the process of ERP in our country popularity.

According to constraint elements more and more appearing in the comprehensive forms, and at present it only considers that single constraint element of city underground space development and utilization has been unable to reflect the actual situation. On the basis of the main characteristics of city underground space development and utilization, this paper aims to analyze various factors which may cause the consequence and the frequency of appearance, and to construct evaluation index system of city underground space development and utilization which is composed of 5 one-level indexes, 20 two-level indexes of evaluation index system of multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, and to use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the influence on city underground space development and utilization. Analysis of the example application shows that, it only considers single constraint element of city underground space development and utilization is not comprehensive, and not science, and it needs to consider the correlation between various constraint elements.

With integrated consideration of existing research on power grid development evaluation index system and requirements of power grid development diagnosis, a more comprehensive power grid development diagnostic index system is established from five aspects of power grid security and reliability, high efficiency, coordination, economics and social environment and more than 20 indicators. In addition, a new power grid development diagnostic evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed in order to diagnose and assess power grid status quo and the actual level of development comprehensively, objectively and systematically ,which will help power grid enterprises conveniently to find the main reason of affecting the power grid and enterprise development and encourage enterprises to continuously improve the targeted improvement measures and the level of grid development.

In order to solve the financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis problem, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used in this paper. By constructing evaluation index system and calculating index weights, the model can reasonably evaluate the financial risks of electric power enterprises. For illustration, an electric power enterprise example is utilized to show the feasibility of the model in solving the problem Results show that financial risk of the electric power enterprise is general. The paper provides a new way for financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis, and makes its research further perfected. Thus, electric power enterprises can control and prevent financial risks better.

Implementation of reverse logistics is the foundation of developing circular economy and realizing sustainable development. According to the characters of green logistics, multi level evaluation index system of green degree of reverse logistics system is built in this paper, the weight of each index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process, the system green degree is evaluated by applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the result is analyzed. The result shows that the method is simple, accurate and has a good application.

The high-speed rail passenger terminal is the center of external transport and urban city traffic; public and private transport and convert a variety of other passenger transportation. This paper by analyzing Transport passenger flow line organizations in the status, it was confirmed the main factors that affected the transport passenger flow line organizations, then set up the evaluation index system of the major city passenger flow line organizations, and using the AHP to determine the target system in all levels of the weight factors. On this basis, by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it was assessed the transport passenger flow line organizations of Beijing South Railway Station.
