Objective. To study the qualitative value of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) dynamic enhancement scanning for solitary nodules (SPN) of the chest. Methods. In this paper, 40 cases of chest nodules (including 25 cases of malignant nodules, 8 cases of inflammatory nodules, and 7 cases of benign nodules) were first scanned to determine the scope of nodules. At the two rates of 5 ml/s and 3 ml/s, CT dynamic enhancement scans were performed at the center of the nodule, and the CT values, peak enhancement (PH) and peak time (PT) before and after SPN enhancement, were recorded. It is mainly strengthened, with 80% (20/25) of net added value between 20 and 60 Hu, and 20% (5/25) >60 Hu or <20 Hu. The enhancement peak and peak time are (31.31 ± 10.62) Hu and 45 s, respectively. The time-density curve (T-DC) showed a slowly rising type; the inflammatory nodules were mainly severely strengthened, with a net increase of >40 Hu. The enhancement peak value is (49.25 ± 12.44) Hu, and the peak time is 80 s and 140 s. There is a characteristic of rising and falling and then rising in the curve. Conclusion. Multislice spiral CT dynamic enhancement scan reflects the dynamic characteristics of chest nodular blood flow, which can be used to noninvasively evaluate and diagnose SPN.

Absztrakt A szerzők a világirodalmi ritkaságnak számító atraumaticus (spontán) mellkasfali tüdősérvet ismertetik. Két operált betegük kapcsán bemutatják a sérv kialakulását elősegítő körülményeket és a kórkép klinikai jellemzőit. Mindkét betegük spontán mellkasfali (intercostalis) sérvét chronicus obstructiv syndroma (COPD) okozta makacs köhögés váltotta ki. Az elvégzett multislice spirál CT (MSCT) vizsgálat, valamint a speciális szoftver segítségével készített másodlagos 3D „volume-rendering” (VRT) rekonstrukciós képek egyértelműen utaltak a ritka kórformára. Az MSCT-vizsgálatok a Kaposi Mór Oktató Kórházban készültek, Siemens Somatom Emotion 6 MSCT-berendezéssel. A pontos diagnózis birtokában végzett mellkasfali korrekciók tartós gyógyuláshoz vezettek. A szerzők röviden ismertetik a mellkasfali sérvekkel kapcsolatos hazai és fontosabb külföldi irodalmi vonatkozásokat. A kórkép rendkívüli ritkasága ellenére a kialakulásában szerepet játszó COPD elterjedtsége miatt érdemel figyelmet. A hasonló esetek diagnosztikájában nagy segítséget jelenthet a bemutatott korszerű képalkotó eljárás alkalmazása.

Avocado is a versatile and valuable product. Its oil is comparable to olive oil in terms of nutritional quality. It can also be used in cosmetics, in particular, in soaps, shampoos and lotions. Despite all these important attributes that avocado has, it is highly perishable and coupled with the lack of farm-to-market roads, a lot of it is lost after harvest during the peak season. The introduction of methods that will transform avocado to products with a long shelf life and added value will go a long way to solving the problem of post-harvest losses and poverty. One of these methods is the production of avocado oil. In addition, in order to reduce the colour of the pigments without altering their quality, discoloration tests were carried out by adsorption on bleaching grounds (a montmorillonite, a kaolinite and activated carbon). The colour intensities of the oils before and after adsorption were determined using two complementary methods: a UV-Vis spectrophotometer and a Konica Minolta spectrophotometer CM-5. The UV-Vis spectrophotometer show that the activated carbon has a best fixing capacity of the pigments; According to the Colorimetric parameters (CIE-Lab) the coordinates L* a* b* that showed brightness (L*) of the avocado oil was half of the olive oil (41.13±0.02 vs 84.85±0.02). The activated carbon was better in fixing the red (a*) (4.99±0.01vs 15.73±0.01 before adsorption) and yellow (b*) (63.71±0.09 vs 70.07±0.09 before adsorption) pigments, while the other two adsorbents have very little influence on the red colour of avocado oil. RésuméL’avocat est un produit versatile et de grande valeur. Son huile est comparable à huile d’olive en terme de qualité nutritionnelle ; elle peut également être utilisée en cosmétique en occurrence dans les savons, champoings et lotions. En pleine saison, l’on fait face à une abondance des avocats dans les zones de production qui sont très souvent enclavées ; c’est ainsi que face aux difficultés de transport et les routes peu praticables pour l’importation, l’on se retrouve en train de perdre de très importantes quantités d’avocats après les récoltes. Or la production d’huile d’avocats permettrait de réduire les pertes post récolte, réduirait le chômage et permettrait de lutter contre la pauvreté après la vente des huiles extraites. De plus, dans le but de réduire les pigments colorés, des tests de décolorations effectués par adsorption sur des terres décolorantes (une montmorillonite en provenance de Maroua, une kaolinite en provenance de Douala et le charbon actif) sont effectués. Les couleurs des huiles mesurées avant et après adsorption à l’aide deux appareils complémentaires : Le spectrophotomètre UV-Vis et du Konica Minolta spectrophotomètre CM-5 montrent. Les analyses spectrophotométriques UV-Vis montrent que c’est le charbon activé qui présente la meilleure adsorption des pigments ; D’après les coordonnées L*a*b*, la clarté de l’huile d’avocat est pratiquement la moitié de celle de l’huile d’olive (41,13±0,02 contre 84,85±0,02), le charbon activé fixe mieux les pigments rouges (a*) (4,99±0,01 contre 15,73±0,01 avant adsorption) et jaunes (b*) (63,71±0,09 contre 70,07±0,09 après adsorption), tandis que les deux autres adsorbants influencent très peu sur la coloration des huiles.

The agricultural sector occupies an important economic and social position in Morocco. In this sense, in recent years our country has adopted a new strategy for the agricultural sector called the "Green Morocco Plan". This plan is based on two pillars, the first is that which provides agriculture with high added value, high productivity, and competitiveness, the second is that which offers solidarity-based agriculture, based on the fight against poverty, increasing the income of small farmers, particularly in disadvantaged areas (such as unfavourable stock areas, mountains or oases, plains and plateaus in semi-arid regions). In our present study, we are particularly interested in the project to convert 760 ha of cereal crops into olive groves in the province of Tetouan. On the one hand, all stages of olive tree planting in cereal crops were monitored, as well as a comparison of yields, area, income, productivity and employment before and after the project was carried out. And on the other hand, an analysis of the various positive (social, economic and environmental) and negative (ecological) impacts of the project on the rural population in the province of Tetouan and on the environment in general. On the contrary, this project encountered several constraints, including natural, economic and social constraints.

Objective (1)Through the blood physiological and biochemical tests during the altitude training, to analyze the body function of swimmers in this stage.(2) Through the individual lactate threshold tests before and after the altitude training,to analyze the effects of altitude training. Methods Eight swimmers took a 26-day altitude training session.The individual lactate threshold test was carried out by the Swedish Monak839E power cycle progressive loading method before and after the training;During the altitude training period, 5ml of the subjects' elbow vein was extracted and tested on an empty stomach and in a quiet state every Monday morning. Results (1)When swimmers reached the plateau, the hemoglobin value was indistinguishable from the plain(male 156.2±7.01,female 135.7±8.75g/L),From the hemoglobin value (male 154.03 + 5.67, female 134.23 + 9.66g/L), there was a decrease in both male and female in the second week.But hypoxia stimulated red blood cell production, and the body itself was gradually adapting to the training load.Thus, the hemoglobin value of the third week (male 157.17 + 3.7, female 141.93 + 10.06g/L) was significantly improved, and higher than the level of the first week.During the altitude training period, the mean value of male’s blood testosterone was 474.33 + 97.06ng/dl, and the female’s blood testosterone was 33.67 + 17.25ng/dl.Male’s blood testosterone was lower than the mean of the national team, because the study participants were youngers who were not fully developed and had shorter training years.There were different trends in blood testosterone value between male and female. Male’s blood testosterone values during the Monday morning of these three weeks were 479.67±76.25、492.33±83.61、451±153.41ng/dl respectively.female’s blood testosterone values during the Monday morning of these three weeks were 29.33±21.83、32±23.26、39.67±9.29ng/dl respectively.These further indicated that this altitude training plan was more suitable for male with shorter training years, and the body had certain fatigue accumulation, but the decrease range was within a reasonable range.However, the increase of blood testosterone per week in female indicated that the training stimulation depth was not enough, and the potential of athletes should be further explored.According to the changes of creatine kinase, the sensitivity of male to the change of altitude training intensity was also shown, and the highest value of creatine kinase was 731U/L in the first week.(2) From the value of the individual lactate threshold before and after altitude training, no matter male or female,the change was not obvious, but was generally improved, this may be the altitude training adopted the pattern of three and a half weeks, training time was short.Secondly, as a professional athlete, the "plastic space" gradually decreased with the extension of the training years.Most of the peak blood lactate occurred in 1-3 minutes of recovery period.and the average value increased from 8.96 + 1.86mmol/L before altitude training to 9.99 + 1.47mmol/L.Among them, the peak value of male’s blood lactate was increased from 8 + 2.22mmol/L before the altitude training to 10.91 + 1.43mmol/L, and there was a significant difference in the peak of blood lactate before and after the altitude training.However, the peak value of female’s blood lactate was decreased from 9.92 + 0.79mmol/L before the altitude training to 9.07 + 0.88mmol/L. This was mainly due to the fact that a member of the swimmers had caused the result, and this swimmer’s enduring lactate level was lower than the one before the plateau. Conclusions The altitude training generally improved athletes’ training ability, but based on factors such as training age, gender, should be targeted according to the individual situation of each athlete training plan, so as to achieve more from less.

Teluk Kenidai Village is located in Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. Teluk Kenidai Village has the potential for natural tourism in the form of beaches, which are one of the alternative tourist destinations for the community. The activities carried out are playing various kinds of rides and swimming on the banks of the Kampar River. The visitors to the island of love in Kenidai Bay are the largest visitors of all tourist objects in Kampar Regency. The existence of the island of love tourism can develop the community's economy by providing special foods as souvenirs and drinks for tourist visitors. Alternative foods that can be done are processed crispy monitor fish and lime syrup drinks because these two things have very high potential in Kampar Regency, and can provide added value to people's lives. The purpose of the activity is to empower the people of Teluk Kenidai Village, to process various crispy monitoring fish and to increase the attractiveness of the island of love for visiting tourists. The benefits of the activity are opening up people's insights in increasing the potential of natural resources, gaining skills and abilities in making crispy monitor fish and lime syrup to improve the economy. The method is carried out by demonstration and hands-on practice in the manufacture of crispy monitoring fish and lime syrup. The target communities are the people living in Teluk Kenidai Village and village customary leaders and the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) totaling 15 people. Evaluation is carried out by giving questionnaires to all participats before and after the delivery of counseling materials and practices. The results of the evaluation of the community service activities that have been carried out show that the increasing desire of the community in practicing extension activities to earn additional income by opening this bussines, especially in the tourist area of Pulau Cinta in Teluk Kenidai Village.

Objective. To investigate the application of multislice spiral CT in volume reconstruction of congenital microtia. Methods. Sixty patients who underwent auricle reconstruction in Otolaryngology Hospital of our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected. All patients had no mental disorders and normal cognitive ability and volunteered to participate in this study. Multislice spiral CT was used to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of multislice spiral CT by scanning the morphology of the ossicular chain and the bone destruction of the selected patients. Results. MSCT can clearly display the structure of ear. Conclusion. MSCT can clearly reflect the external ear and the structure of the ear in patients with congenital microtia and distinguish the different types of patients obviously. Multiplane reconstruction and volume reconstruction can clearly display the fine structure of the patient’s ear, which has important reference value for surgery.

This study was to discuss the application of multislice spiral computed tomography (CT) in the staging diagnosis of bladder cancer and the effect of ceramide glycosylation. The hybrid iterative reconstruction algorithm was applied. Immunohistochemistry and western blot were used to detect the normal bladder tissues (30 cases) of GCS in group 1 (100 cases) and group 2. The scanned images of all the research objects were obtained, the images with the iterative reconstruction algorithm were reconstructed, and statistical analysis on the CT value under the algorithm was conducted. The results showed that the image quality, blood vessel sharpness, average image score, signal-to-noise ratio, and radiation dose after the spiral CT and iterative reconstruction algorithm all increased, while the noise value decreased. The optical density value of glucosylceramide synthase in group 2 patients increased by 71%, and the optical density value of group 1 increased by 29%. The optical density expression of glucosylceramide synthase in group 1 patients was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two ( P < 0.05 ). Among the results of multislice spiral CT for tumor staging, the lesions larger than 5 cm and in the range of 1.1–2 cm in diameter were more sensitive. In 41 patients, there were multiple lesions. A total of 142 cancer lesions were found. The diameter of the tissue ranged from 0.5 to 6.8 cm, with an average diameter of 2.03 ± 0.35 cm. The optical density of glucosylceramide synthase in the group 1 was 5526, and the optical density in group 2 was 2576. The OD expression of GCS in group 1 was greatly higher in contrast to that in group 2, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ). The multislice spiral CT examination under this algorithm found that the diagnosis and staging accuracy of lesions with a diameter greater than 5 cm and tumor diameters in the range of 1.1 to 2 cm was higher. The image processed by the hybrid iterative reconstruction algorithm had good effect, high definition, and accuracy.
