As the foundation of the national economy, agriculture is a high-risk, weak industry. Affected by many factors, agricultural production is subject to catastrophe risks from time to time. Agricultural production is mainly faced with two major threats, natural disaster risk and market risk. As an effective risk management tool, the production and promotion of agricultural insurance have played an essential role in guaranteeing the development of the agricultural industry in some developed countries and major agricultural countries in the world. This article combines the Internet of Things and Markov model for agricultural insurance risk management. First, we combine the structure of the Internet of Things and select relevant statistical data. Then, we build a panel data system, starting from two perspectives in different regions and analyze agricultural insurance’s current development and characteristics at each stage. In addition, we use the Markov model to build a panel data model to explore the specific impact mechanisms deeply. We also study the effects of disaster risk levels in different regions on the development of agricultural insurance. After simulation verification, we believe that this model can effectively promote the balanced regional development of agricultural insurance.

There has been a consensus on the development of ecological agriculture to promote the leap from traditional agriculture to ecological agriculture, but the unavoidable fact is that the development of ecological agriculture is still relatively slow at the present stage and has not formed a major climate and great influence. The rise of the Internet is a technology that has promoted the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture, changed the traditional agricultural production mode, and accelerated the scientific and technological integration of information. In view of the characteristics and difficulties of agriculture, this paper builds an Agricultural Internet of Things (IoT) management system to realize the integrated management of Internet equipment and realize the management of environmental data, video data, and agricultural expert knowledge. Then from perception technology, transmission technology, and the perspective of three intelligent information processing technologies, this paper introduces the present state of agricultural IoT, analyzes the Internet of Things to the economic benefits of agricultural production, to research the problems of China’s agricultural development of the Internet of Things, and puts forward China’s agricultural Internet of the future research emphasis and direction of development.

With the development of modern agriculture construction, various types of supporting agriculture automation equipment began to use and achieved good economic benefits, at the same time, linkage, information transfer between the various devices become the bottleneck to limit the scale of agricultural production. In this paper, the research object, describes the control, the temperature in the greenhouse automation equipment in humidity control, ventilation system, irrigation system, automation equipment and its linkage, linkage alarm mechanism, the Internet of things technology control system model and the hardware and software realization scheme is given based on. Finally through the network implementation of the joint of various types of equipment and system control and alarm in the greenhouse, avoids some potential risks in agricultural production, saving the modern agricultural production cost and management cost.

In this paper we present an understanding of cyber risks in the Internet of Things (IoT), we explain why it is important to understand what IoT cyber risks are and how we can use risk assessment and risk management approaches to deal with these challenges. We introduce the most effective ways of doing Risk assessment and Risk Management of IoT risk. As part of our research, we also developed methodologies to assess and manage risk in this emerging environment.  This paper will take you through our research and we will explain: what we mean by the IoT; what we mean by risk and risk in the IoT; why risk assessment and risk management are important; the IoT risk management for incident response and recovery; what open questions on IoT risk assessment and risk management remain.

Abstract The article describes the organization of a digital network for collection and analysis of agrometeorological data. This digital network is based on the concept of an integrated approach to the collection, systematization and analysis of agrometeorological data for forecasting and developing recommendations for agricultural producers. The digital network is three-tiered and consists of meteorological stations, agrometeorological posts and agrometeorological probes installed directly on the fields. The presented modern network for monitoring meteorological parameters is an important tool of modern agricultural production, which is especially relevant in a dynamically changing climate. It is reasonable to build such systems in the ideology of the Internet of Things (IoT).

Purpose: to study, analyze and generalize the current state and prospects of IoT technologies in agricultural production, which allow making the right decisions, reducing risks and increasing the profitability of agricultural production based on the use of a unified information field, formed according to the data of all participants in the production process. Methods: as a basic methodological approach, the method of comparative analysis which made it possible to characterize the main approaches to the use of innovative technologies in the agricultural sector of the economy and determine the prospects for the development of unified scientifically grounded information systems integrated into the country's digital economy in agricultural production was used. Results. The analysis of the digitalization state of agricultural production and the Internet of Things market in domestic agriculture has been carried out, which revealed the need for their formation and development in accordance with the requirements of the departmental project “Digital Agriculture”. The main innovative solutions that characterize the concept of smart agriculture are presented, and the possibility of their application is established at the present time. The technical and technological equipment of agricultural production in the development, implementation and use of information technologies is characterized. The examples of innovative solutions, services and digitalization projects of agricultural production processes successfully implemented in the industry are given. The prospects and directions of using the Internet of Things technologies in the crop production system of the domestic agro-industrial complex are shown. The factors restraining the evolution of innovations of digitalization in agricultural production are determined. Conclusions. The planned introduction of IoT technologies will allow to reduce costs and production risks, as well as to increase labor productivity in agriculture in the Russian Federation by 2 times by 2024.
