To overcome the problems of low evaluation accuracy and efficiency existing in traditional resource development efficiency evaluation methods, this paper proposes a new evaluation method of cultural industry tourism resource development effect based on wireless sensor technology. The method takes into account the data of cultural industry resource development collected by the wireless sensors and transmits it to the computer system by wireless transmission technology. Based on the collected development data, the evaluation index system is constructed and the index weight is calculated. Furthermore, the multiobjective weighted function is employed to calculate the development effect evaluation score and complete the evaluation of cultural industry resources development effect. Experimental results show that the proposed method can successfully improve the evaluation accuracy and efficiency, and the highest evaluation accuracy is stable at 98%. Therefore, this method has high reliability.

As the input ratio of regional distribution network increases year by year, higher requirements are put forward for high quality and high reliability of power consumption. Under this background, this paper involves 11 evaluation indexes from three dimensions of reliability, economy and environmental protection, and designs the evaluation index system of investment effect of regional distribution network. The multiattribute AHP-TOPSIS-entropy weight combination evaluation method for the investment effect of regional distribution networks is constructed. And select distribution network A, B, C area for example analysis, the results show that the n-1 pass rate, power supply reliability, power consumption growth and emission reduction of clean energy generation are positively correlated with the investment effect of regional distribution network.

Tourism has played an active promoting role in the development of economy growth as pillar industry of Xingwen County. Based on exploration of resources engineering, evaluation index system about tourism resource value and tourism conditions for supporting force has been established. The first step was determined weights of the evaluation factor by applying AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), and then the fuzzy mathematical evaluation method was used to calculate comprehensive scores of the tourism resource. The results show that the tourism resources are a distinct characteristic of Xingwen Geo-park and have great potential for further development. However, with a relatively slow economic growth, its current development is not that impressive. In terms of the evaluation results and the actual situation of the Geo-park, the author has put forward some measures which aim at providing a reference for the healthy development of the Geo-park tour.

Sensing, distributed computation and wireless communication are the essential building components of a Cyber-Physical System (CPS). Having many advantages such as mobility, low power, multi-hop routing, low latency, self-administration, utonomous data acquisition, and fault tolerance, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have gone beyond the scope of monitoring the environment and can be a way to support CPS. This paper presents the design, deployment, and empirical study of an eHealth system, which can remotely monitor vital signs from patients such as body temperature, blood pressure, SPO2, and heart rate. The primary contribution of this paper is the measurements of the proposed eHealth device that assesses the feasibility of WSNs for patient monitoring in hospitals in two aspects of communication and clinical sensing. Moreover, both simulation and experiment are used to investigate the performance of the design in many aspects such as networking reliability, sensing reliability, or end-to-end delay. The results show that the network achieved high reliability - nearly 97% while the sensing reliability of the vital signs can be obtained at approximately 98%. This indicates the feasibility and promise of using WSNs for continuous patient monitoring and clinical worsening detection in general hospital units.

Background: An objective, comprehensive and scientific evaluation of emergency medical rescue capability (EMRC) is of great realistic significance in assisting the health administrative department to grasp the overall response capability of all emergency medical rescue teams, enabling each team to have a full understanding of its own strengths and weakness and improve itself accordingly. At present, the research on the evaluation of EMRC in Hazardous Chemicals Accidents (HCA) is not systematic and in-depth, and the existing research results also have some shortcomings, such as, the lack of strong theoretical support for the evaluation index system, the relatively single function of evaluation methods, and so on. Objectives: The objective of this article is to research the evaluation index system and a new evaluation method of EMRC in HCA to overcome the above shortcomings. Methods: It establishes an emergency medical rescue capability model by employing the competency model and then constructs the evaluation index system on the basis of the analysis of all the factors of emergency medical rescue capability in hazardous chemical accidents and sets up an evaluation model based on the theory of connection numbers and partial connection numbers. It determines the competence ranking of several emergency medical rescue teams and the competence state of an individual emergency medical rescue team by calculating the connection principal value, and it also predicts how the emergency medical rescue capability will develop based on the values of partial connection numbers. Results: The example shows that the calculation process of this model is relatively simple, and its assessment results are objective and authentic, and moreover, its multi-functions can make up for the deficiency of the simplified function of other evaluation models. Conclusion: This method is scientific and rational to some extent and can provide reference for evaluation problems of the same kind.

This paper has put forward a comprehensive assessment model of the emergency management capability of the coal mine accidents which is based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and has made an empirical analysis. Firstly, the meaning and the key contents of the emergency management capability of coal mine accidents was elaborated. Secondly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine accidents emergency management capability was established. And then, the first class index weights were determined by AHP. Finally, this paper made a comprehensive evaluation of a certain regions emergency management capability of coal mine accidents by means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

To scientifically and accurately evaluate the status of the development of green airports in China, evaluation methods of green, ecological airports are established in this paper. To address the shortcomings in subjective and objective weighting methods, we propose a combination weighting method based on Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient and evaluation grades based on interval approximation. At the same time, by taking into account resource conservation, environmental friendliness, operation efficiency, and people-oriented service, we propose an evaluation index system and an interval number for each index. Lastly, the theory is applied to five large airports in different regions of China. Analysis of the evaluation results shows that Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN) have the highest scores for the resource conservation and environmental friendliness indexes, thus indicating that the development of a green ecological airport is closely related to its passenger transportation scale and economic strength. All considered airports showed the need for upgrading public  service facilities and constructing intelligent equipment. The method proposed in this paper is reasonable  and reliable; therefore, it can provide guidance for the evaluation and construction of green, ecological  airports.
