Quickly estimating the main engineering quantity and project cost of the project is conducive to the management staff to have an overall grasp of the project in the early stage and to grasp the development direction of the project in advance. Moreover, it can play an important guiding role in the further construction management of the project and can help managers prevent the emergence of unfavorable factors in the project, make corresponding construction deployments, and avoid risks. This paper combines artificial intelligence technology to construct a construction project cost simulation system. In this system, BIM is mainly used to simulate construction engineering, and the construction engineering cost is simulated and analyzed in combination with the pricing file. Finally, the results of experimental research show that the intelligent model proposed in this paper can play an important role in the cost of construction projects.

The determination of construction project cost is one of the important contents of construction project management, but the estimation of construction project cost generally has the disadvantages of large errors and long preparation time. With the continuous development of computer science, artificial intelligence theory is one of the hot research topics. The purpose of this article is to study the construction cost estimation based on artificial intelligence technology. Based on the theoretical basis of artificial neural network, genetic algorithm, and engineering cost, this paper proposes an optimized radial basic function (RBF) model based on genetic algorithm (GA). The search feature combines the width, center, and hidden layer weights of the RBF network with genetic algorithms to self-correct, thereby greatly improving the accuracy of the model calculation results. In this paper, according to the model’s error (actual output-expected output), the four test samples were tested separately, and the error values obtained were 0.0125, 0.1009, –0.0791, and 0.0514. This shows the accuracy of the experimental results of the model [R] higher.

Artificial intelligence technology has been widely used in all aspects of our life. Similarly, the application of artificial intelligence in the field of construction engineering is a necessary trend in the development of engineering industry, especially in the traditional construction engineering department. Under the background of the times, from the perspective of knowledge, artificial intelligence technology has appeared a huge development, which may have an impact on the employment of Chinese labor force, may create new jobs, or replace traditional jobs. This effect on employment is essential. From the perspective of machine learning and artificial intelligence, this paper reviews the transformation prospects of engineering industry and the development of agricultural industry in construction industry, and examines the intellectual transformation of individual human capital in Chinese labor force.

Themain content of the construction project cost management including costforecast, cost plan, cost control. Do cost forecast, cost control goal set, must be ahead of the labor, material, cost forecasting, construction scheme ofchange of the cost forecast and the prediction of auxiliary construction cost.Cost control should follow the principle of conservation and comprehensivecontrol, there are some effective ways to realize the cost control, forexample, take organizational measures to control the project cost, take technicalmeasures to control the project cost, to take economic measures to control theproject cost, strengthen quality management and control of rework rate, etc.

It is very important to identify fires in substations. Traditional fire alarm systems have problems such as low sensitivity and slow response. This article introduces the working principle of a fire alarm system based on artificial intelligence. And this article also designs different smoke particle sampling schemes for different areas in the substation, such as functional rooms/cable trenches, to ensure the correct operation of the system combined with the actual conditions of each area. Resulting that the fire alarm system based on artificial intelligence can detect the fire at the early stage and alarm in time.

A novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, was identified as the cause of an outbreak of viral pneumonia in Wuhan, China. The disease, later named coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), subsequently spread globally. COVID- 19 is an aggressive disease with a low median survival rate. Ironically, the treatment process is long and very costly due to its high recurrence and mortality rates. Accurate early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of COVID-19 are essential to enhance the patient's survival rate. Mount Sinai researchers are the first in the country to use artificial intelligence (AI) combined with imaging, and clinical data to analyze patients with COVID-19. They have developed a unique algorithm that can rapidly detect COVID-19 based on how lung disease looks in computed tomography (CT scans) of the chest, in combination with patient information including symptoms, age, bloodwork, and possible contact with someone infected with the virus. AI has huge potential for analyzing large amounts of data quickly, an attribute that can have a big impact in a situation such as a pandemic. There is increasing evidence that some racial and ethnic minority groups are being disproportionately affected by COVID-19.

<p class="DRAbstrak">Cost estimation is the art of estimating the amount of cost required for an activity based on available information. The conceptual cost estimate is an early stage in planning a construction project. This estimate provides the cost that must be budgeted for a construction project. Cost conceptual estimates have low accuracy because the time of calculation and available information is limited. This study aims to obtain a conceptual model of the conceptual cost of short-spaced bridges. The method used is the cost index. The cost index is a figure indicating the cost per m2 of bridges at a given time. The required data are contract documents and drawings design that are built in 2012 - 2015 in Banyumas residency area. Span of bridge 4 - 38.8 meters and width of bridge 2 - 7 meters with caisson  foundation. The data were obtained from Dinas Bina Marga and Public Works Agency. The results showed that the conceptual cost model of reinforced concrete bridge with caisson foundation was BJiL = (100.540.56t2-404.528.636,58t + 406.914.286.088,58) x P x W, with t = year, P = span bridge, and W = bridge width. The error value of validation of this model is 2.31%.</p>

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s social economy, significant advances have also been made in the field of construction engineering. At the same time, with the advancement of urbanization and the increase in the demand for the construction of various infrastructure and service facilities, the number of construction projects has continued to increase. In project construction, project cost control plays a vital role. Implementing effective cost control measures at all stages of the project is an important task to ensure the company's economic benefits. Hereon, this article focuses on the importance of project cost, the factors that affect the cost control, and the related measures to reasonably control the cost at various stages of the project. It is hoped that this will have a certain reference value and will contribute to the improvement of project cost management and control.
