Use of a method of share tendencies in the analysis time of some R-R intervals of the electrocardiogram after performance of 20 knee-bends and after 1 minute of restoration has allowed to establish a role of the centers of vegetative nervous system in restoration of a rhythm of heart at 4-th level of dynamic hierarchy. After 20-ти knee-bends and through 1 minutes of restoration the maximum vegetative centers of the central contour dominate. In interaction of the central and independent contours each center entering into them is characterized with distinctive features of dynamics which are shown in an increasing role of the centers of an independent contour after 1 minute of restoration.

Test systems have been developed for the detection of phytopathogens, combining recombinase polymerase amplification and membrane test strips. Test systems provide detection of potato virus X, potato spindle tuber viroid, potato blackleg pathogen (Dickeya solani), as well as multi-analysis of three viruses. Amplification is carried out at 37 °C. The analysis time does n ot exceed 30 min.

Motility is a very important parameter to determine the quality of semen. Spermatozoa motility assessment can be done manually (subjectively) or with CASA. The superiority of motility assessment using CASA compared to manually is more objective, accurate, fast, efficient and able to provide detailed motility of spermatozoa. However, in implementation, assessments with CASA produce varied data. So far, there has not been a spermatozoa motility standard with CASA, except by minimizing variations in the factors that influence the results of analysis with CASA. The purpose of this paper is to describe factors that affecting spermatozoa motility analysis using CASA to reach optimal motility analysis. Some influencing factors include: CASA settings, semen diluent, spermatozoa concentration, chamber, analyst, sample preparation and analysis time. Recommendation standard motility assessments using CASA include: experienced and consistent analysts, sample preparation properly (mixing, pipeting and sampling), spermatozoa concentration of 20 million / ml, consistent in chamber type (conditioned 37°C), semen diluents and CASA settings (frame rate of 60 Hz and frame per field 30) and fast implementation of analysis (<2 minutes).

Dietary fiber (DF) intake is associated with a number of benefits and these effects depend not only on intake as well as its composition. The DF includes polysaccharides such as cellulose, hemicellulose, pectins, gums, oligosaccharides and lignin, and can be divided into soluble and insoluble. The concept of DF was expanded to include resistant starch, inulin and fructo-oligosaccharides. The determination of DF costly and time depends on methods that have been modified for this new concept. The AOAC Official methods of determining all components present in a DF, without specific methods for each component. Studies show innovative techniques to ensure a shorter analysis time, less waste generation by the use of reagents and more convenience in the analysis.
