The development of copper-pyrite deposits in the southern Urals is characterized by an increase in depth and, consequently, a complication of mining and geological conditions. As a result, there is a significant increase in the volume of work on the sinking of mine workings, delivery, and rollback of the extracted ore mass. Justification of management decisions on the delivery of diesel fuel to the mine is executed to find the optimal model of the technological scheme of delivery of diesel fuel (diesel fuel) and other fuels and lubricants (further – fuels and lubricants) in the deep horizons of the underground mine (in the sequel - in the mine) with the development of recommendations on designing an optimal model of method of delivery. The latter is achieved by comparing the competitive models of delivery of DT to the mine: fuel tankers (hereinafter-TK) on an inclined ramp, through a pipeline laid in a cased well and in specially equipped mine trolleys and their combinations with a reasonable choice of the optimal model of the technological scheme. According to the results of the research developed methods of rational organization and management of the movement of diesel fuel based on material flows on the principles of logistics concepts, ensuring the formation of counter-flows model logistic schemes. From the above studies, it follows that the delivery of DT to the mine in special trolleys is optimal with minimal time and cost of delivery to deep horizons Gaiskiy underground mine.

Within the Western slope of the Southern Urals, there are plenty of basite dyke complexes of Riphean to Vendian among Precambrian terrigenous-carbonate formations. In metamorphic formations of the Taratash complex (Archean to Early Proterozoic, the northern closure of the Bashkirian meganticlinorium) there was observed the andesitic dyke with isotopic age of 71±1 Ma (U-Pb SHRIMP II on zircons) and near Bakal two bodies of gabbroids with zircons of similar ages were found. These are the first evidence of possible Mezozoic magmatism in this region.

The secondary birch and aspen forests of middle stages of succession of the central elevated part of the Southern Urals are studied. 4 subassociations, 1 community, and 7 variants in the alliances of Aconito-Piceion and Piceion excelsae are allocated. It is shown that the floristic composition of aspen and birch secondary forests in the age of 60—80 years is almost identical to the natural forests. However, a slight increase the coenotical role of light-requiring species of grasslands and hemiboreal forests in the secondary communities of the class Brachypodio-Betuletea was noticed as well as some reduction of role the shade-tolerant species of nemoral complex and species of boreal forests of the class Vaccinio-Piceetea. Dominant tree layer under the canopy of secondary series is marked by an active growth of natural tree species.

Xerophillous pine-larch forests of the Southern Ural have been described as a new alliance Caragano fruticis—Pinion sylvestris. They occur on steep slopes of upper parts of mountain ridges with poorely developed stony soils. Alliance asigned to the class Brachypodio pinnati—Betuletea pendulae, order Chamaecytiso ruthenici—Pinetalia sylvestris. Associations Carici caryophylleae—Pinetum sylvestris and Ceraso fruticis—Pinetum sylvestris with four subassociations are described. Ecological and floristical peculiarities of new alliance in comparison with another alliances of the order Chamaecytiso-Pinetalia and with siberian class Rhytidio rugosi—Laricetea sibiricae have been discussed.

The syntaxonomy of the Southern Urals’ forest margins in Bashkortostan Republic is presented. Three new associations and four communities are described. The criteria of identifying the forest margins communities to belong to the class Trifolio-Geranietea and the eastern border of the class distribution are discussed.

The article presents the results of studying the diversity of pear rootstock forms in terms of yield and seed productivity. The research was carried out at the experimental sites of the Orenburg Experimental Station of Horticulture and Viticulture of AllRussian Horticultural Institute for Breeding, Agrotechnology and Nursery and the Botanical Garden of the Orenburg State University in 2017-2019, in typical soil and climatic conditions of the Orenburg city. The purpose of the study is to identify pear rootstock forms characterized by high yield and stable seed productivity for use in the future as a seed rootstock. During the research, 15 pear accessions were studied; the planting scheme was 6x4 m. As a result of research, it was found that the rootstock form Temno-zelenaya is characterized by a high yield (40 kg/tree). High seed productivity of more than 6 seeds in one fruit was observed in samples: Vernaya (6.0-6.5 pcs.), SK-1, SK-3 (6.1-7.8 pcs.), SK-2 (7.0-7.5 pcs.), Chang Bai Li (7.4-7.7 pcs.), Semennaya 214 (7.5-7.8 pcs.). It was revealed that the Xiao he Bai Li variety is characterized by the maximum weight of 1000 seeds (65.2 g). Analysis of accessions by seed yield established that a consistently high yield is observed in the varieties Chang Bai Li (2.5-4.2 %), Vernaya (3.96-4.18 %) and forms SK-1 (2.0-3.25%), SK-2 (2.25-2.75 %), SK-3 (1.43-4.0 %). Pear rootstock forms Chang Bai Li, Vernaya, Semennaya 214, SK-1, SK-2, SK-3 were identifi ed, which can be recommended for production testing as seed pear rootstocks for the conditions of the steppe zone of the Southern Urals.
