The article is devoted to the formation of a versatile harmoniously physically developed personality, ready for active creative self-realization in the space of universal human culture. The article discusses the health-improving orientation of table tennis lessons among students. Table tennis is one of the means of physical development, increasing the role of physical culture in the upbringing of student youth, health promotion, increasing in the volume of physical activity of students, developing their physical qualities and improving physical fitness, instilling skills in a healthy lifestyle Training efficiency depends on the degree of rational organization of closeness of employments, optimal dosage of  loading, account of individual features   of  stu-dents. Depending on these factors and stage of  preparation, employments can be conducted by means of different organizational forms (group, individual, frontal forms of training). The work of the table tennis section contributes to the development of basic physical qualities, the formation of vital motor skills and abilities, the development of coordination abilities and special psychophysical qualities, such as reaction, attention, thinking. The game contributes to the upbringing of a harmoniously developed personality, aimed at long-term preservation of a high level of general performance, upbringing of positive personality traits, collective interaction and cooperation in educational and competitive activities. The main advantage of table tennis is that it is a game. The game can be viewed as a kind of model of the elements of real life, reproducing the practical behavior of a person within the boundaries of predetermined conditions.

The article discusses the issues of rational organization of the warehouse process of storing inventory, the sequential implementation of warehouse operations, the improvement of labor organization and technological solutions, the effective use of various equipment involved in the performance of technological operations at the warehouse of the carriage depot of the Joint Stock Company «Uzpasstrans». The issues of creating a database for storing goods, an effective system for organizing their account are considered. The ER-diagram of the database of warehouse inventory of spare parts and components has been developed. The functions and procedures for working with database data on components and spare parts located in the warehouse of the carriage depot have been determined.

The article is devoted to such a type ofagitation and propaganda work, which was actively used in the 1920s, as staged agitation courts (agitsudy). According to the idea of their popularizers, they should have been an integral part of club work, being evaluated as a sufficiently effective way to revive cultural work and involve the broad masses in it, and become one of the many forms of rational organization of free leisure time. The article considers the range of topics covered by the agit-sudy and their place in cultural and propaganda work in the context of the transformation of everyday and leisure culture. The author comes to the conclusion that agitation courts, when properly organized, helped to combine indoctrination with entertainment, thereby contributing to the involvement of the broad masses in agitation and propaganda work. With minimal organization costs, they were more effective than lectures and plays due to the active involvement of the audience in the process. The topic of the processes depended on the most relevant tasks for the time and place and was often associated with the ongoing political campaigns. If initially agitsudy were organized not only to accuse, but also to re-educate, educate and integrate new values into everyday life, then by the end of the period there is a tendency to weigh down the charges and increase the severity of sentences.

Abstract For an air staged combustion boiler, the rational organization of jets to form closing-to-wall film using as little air as possible plays a key role in resolving the high temperature corrosion problems. In this work, a comprehensive computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model including hydrodynamics and coal combustion is established for a 660 MW opposed wall fired boiler. Based on the grid independence and model validation, the flow field, temperature profile, and species concentration are predicted, and the influences of the structure of nozzles and the operation parameter of jets are further evaluated. The results show that the corrosion area of the side wall is dependent on the jet projection velocity and nozzle structures. The increase of the jet velocity does not always have an active influence on the reduction of corrosive area. Only increasing the nozzle diameter does not always have a positive impact on the improvement of the corrosion. The increase of the jet inclination angle can extend the jet trajectory, contributing to increase the oxygen coverage area. Reasonably adjusting the jet inclination angle of each layer can obtain the lower corrosion area. The increase of jet row number leads to a decrease in the spacing between rows, which enables the downstream jet to penetrate deeper into the cross stream. By increasing the number of jet layers and reducing the jet velocity of each layer, the lowest corrosion area can be obtained.

One of the current directions of development of modern energy-saving and energy-efficient technologies for ship and stationery (including municipal) energy is the use of ejector refrigeration machines, which can be used for air conditioning systems together with an absorption refrigeration machine (cascade cycle) or vapor compressor refrigeration machine as part of cogeneration or trigeneration units. Such circuit solutions can be used together with ensuring the rational organization of work processes in the main elements of the refrigeration machine, in particular in the jet device - ejector, the appropriate design of which, in turn, will further increase the thermal coefficient. Improving the design of the ejector is a rather complex and long process and does not always give positive results. It is primarily because many tests are required on full-scale models. Therefore, computer simulation of the ejector operation at different variable input parameters, considering the geometric characteristics of the flow part and variable mode characteristics during operation is more attractive in terms of finding options for rational (optimal) design. The paper presents the results of software development for modeling hydrodynamic processes in the flowing part of the ejector, considering the variable operating modes of the ejector refrigeration machine. The existing method for calculating the pressure and circulation characteristics of jet devices is used. The developed software complex "RefJet" in the design mode defines the maximum achievable coefficients of ejection of a jet ejector. In the simulation mode - provides determination of the ejection coefficients of the already designed (certain sizes) ejector at variable values of pressure at the inlet and outlet in specific operating conditions, considering its operation at the limit and partial modes. The work of the software package was tested in the development and analysis of circuit solutions of ejector refrigeration machines as part of the heat recovery circuits of three-generation units based on internal combustion engines and gas turbine engines.

The analysis of the literature, reflecting the problem of potentiality in creating complex systems, including human-machine complexes (HMC) is carried out. On the basis of the generalized data, potentiality is defined as a fundamental property of objective reality, an integral part of the integrity structure of complex objects, which in the process of their functioning manifests itself in the form of engineering control situations unforeseen by the developers. A strategy for solving the problem of revealing the potential properties of HMC is considered from the viewpoint of comparing two approaches of “passive” and “active” strategies. A “passive” strategy means that the situations that arise unforeseen by the developers are taken into account by them, usually in the future when improving the technique. This approach does not consider the specifics of manifesting the systemic properties of the HMC and is incorrect from the methodological positions of modern systemic studies that assert the equivalence of subject-object relations in HMC. An “active” strategy for solving the problem under study includes a targeted search, disclosure and actualization of the potential properties of an object not only at the stages of its design and creation, but also at the stages of the exploitation in the joint activity of all professionals, namely developers, operators, engineering psychologists. This approach is based on forecasting and studying the potential properties of an exploited object on the basis of organizing a systematic and controlled cognitive process and studying the dynamics of changes in its operational characteristics under conditions of external factors that go beyond normal situations. It is concluded that to assess the characteristics of the HMC and determine the rational organization of its structures, it is necessary to develop an “active” strategy that allows using any type of information, including accurate data obtained on the basis of the deterministic methods of analysis, and inaccurate data obtained on the basis of an analysis of intuition, experience, considering all specialists’ values of judgments and figurative guesses, which will contribute to disclosing the potential of the created technical objects in the process of ergonomic support for their design and operation.

A model of the structure of accounting in conjunction with the functional departments of management and its controlled system is proposed. A model of the organizational structure of the accounting service in the context of the digitalization of the economy of agricultural organizations has been developed. The indicators of analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the functioning of accounting and the work of its apparatus in agricultural organizations have been determined.

Актуальность темы обуславливается важным значением рациональной организации перевозок для повышения эффективности работы судоходных компаний. При этом в качестве форм организации понимаются типовые организационные подходы согласования взаимодействия между различными объектами и элементами транспортной системы. В работе проводится анализ существующих подходов к выявлению устойчивых форм организации движения, их влияние на показатели работы транспортных компаний. Авторами отмечается снижение эффективности использования флота в России, переформатирование отношений в России между перевозчиками и грузовладельцами, нестабильность грузовой базы речного транспорта. Это привело к трансформации форм организации перевозок и движения флота. Поэтому многие теоретические положения в области организации работы речного флота нуждаются в адаптации к новым условиям и, следовательно, в доработке. В статье формулируются актуальные научные задачи, направленные на совершенствование научно-методического обеспечения системы организации речного судоходства в современных условиях. Предлагается система оценочных показателей, характеризующих организационные формы судоходства. Для оценки степени устойчивости схем движения судов предлагается использовать показатель, учитывающий число разных переходов судов между грузопотоками за определенный период и повторяемость этих переходов. Авторами также были сформулированы признаки, свойственной каждой из форм организации судоходства. Приводятся результаты экспериментальных расчетов оценочных показателей для крупной судоходной компании России «В.Ф.Танкер», занимающейся перевозками нефтегрузов. При этом были рассмотрены рейсы, выполненные танкерным флотом компании проекта RSD-27 за навигацию. The relevance of the topic is determined by the importance of rational organization of transportation to improve the efficiency of shipping companies. At the same time, typical organizational approaches to coordination of interaction between various objects and elements of the transport system are understood as forms of organization. The paper analyzes the existing approaches to identifying sustainable forms of traffic management, their impact on the performance of transport companies. The authors note the decline in the efficiency of fleet use in Russia, the reformatting of relations in Russia between carriers and cargo owners, and the instability of the cargo base of river transport. This led to the transformation of the forms of organization of transportation and fleet movement. Therefore, many theoretical provisions in the field of organizing the work of the river fleet need to be adapted to new conditions and, consequently, to be finalized. The article formulates actual scientific tasks aimed at improving the scientific and methodological support of the system of river navigation organization in modern conditions. A system of evaluation indicators that characterize the organizational forms of navigation is proposed. To assess the degree of stability of ship traffic patterns, it is proposed to use an indicator that takes into account the number of different transitions of ships between cargo flows over a certain period and the repeatability of these transitions. The authors also formulated the features inherent in each of the forms of navigation organization. The results of experimental calculations of estimated indicators for a large Russian shipping company "V. F.Tanker", which is engaged in the transportation of oil and gas cargo. At the same time, the flights performed by the tanker fleet of the RSD-27 project company for navigation were considered.

Breast cancer is the most common female cancer worldwide. The side effects of chemotherapy require rational, correct and selective use of rehabilitation measures. The principle of individualization is one of the fundamental principles in the rehabilitation process. Currently, there are separate studies on the use of rehabilitation techniques in the treatment of patients who have had breast cancer. For a more detailed understanding by practitioners of the clinical possibilities and prospects for the use of various rehabilitation technologies In the presented review article, modern data on the goals and principles of rehabilitation programs for patients who have undergone breast cancer treatment using therapeutic physical culture, massage, physiotherapy, as well as alternative medicine and psychocorrection methods are disclosed.

Introduction. The control unit coordinating interaction of all other blocks of a digital system is one of the central blocks and is a sequential circuit. As a rule, when synthesizing control unit circuits, the problem arises of reducing hardware costs. Methods for solving this problem depend on features of both the architecture of the control unit and the elemental basis. Purpose. The main goal of this work is to reduce hardware costs and power consumption of control units of digital systems by taking into account features of the element base of the control unit and rational organization of addressing microinstructions. FPGA (field-programmable logic array) microcircuits, widely used for the implementation of modern digital systems, were chosen as an elementary basis. Methods. Methods of set theory, synthesis of automata, and software modeling as well as the library of standard automata and FPGA Virtex-7 from Xilinx were used for assessment the effectiveness of solving the problem. Results. The paper proposes a method for optimizing the circuit of the microinstruction addressing unit based on splitting the set of outputs of elementary linear operator circuits, which is based on the idea of double coding of states. The proposed method, under certain conditions, makes it possible to reduce the number of levels in the microinstruction addressing circuit to two. Conclusion. Studies have shown that double coding of states can increase performance, reduce hardware costs (the number of LUTs and their interconnections) and power consumption in Mealy’s circuitry. Based on these results, it can be expected that, with the number of conditions exceeding the number of LUT inputs, the proposed approach will improve the characteristics of the composition microprogram control unit in comparison with the equivalent control unit U1.
