This paper aims to construct a proposed training program according to self-organized learning strategies for physics teachers and its effect on their technological enlightenment and productive thinking. The sample consists of (32) teachers and schools; (16) teachers as an experimental sample and (16) as a control sample. The tools are prepared, which are the Enlightenment Technology Scale, which was adopted by (Faez, 2016) consisting of (60) items. The Researchers have prepared the Productive Thinking Test, which consists of two domains: the Critical Thinking Field, which consists of (15) and the Creative Thinking Domain consisting of (9) situations. The stability of productive thinking is (0.88), and the results show that the proposed training program, according to some self-organized learning strategies, meets the training needs of the trainees with remarkable effectiveness to improve the level of their teaching and educational technological performance and achieve the desired goals. The training is influential in bringing about the transfer of training to their students in developing their attitudes towards self-learning. The recommendations are to; apply the training program to the applied students in colleges, reduce the burden on physics teachers, reduce the fear of physics and increase the efficiency of teaching and learning.

The purpose is to minimize color overflow and color patch generation in intelligent images and promote the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) intelligent image-positioning studio classroom in English teaching. Here, the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm is introduced to extract and classify features for intelligent images. Then, the extracted features can position images in real-time. Afterward, the performance of the CNN algorithm is verified through training. Subsequently, two classes in senior high school are selected for experiments, and the influences of IoT intelligent image-positioning studio classroom on students’ performance in the experimental class and control class are analyzed and compared. The results show that the introduction of the CNN algorithm can optimize the intelligent image, accelerate the image classification, reduce color overflow, brighten edge color, and reduce color patches, facilitating intelligent image editing and dissemination. The feasibility analysis proves the effectiveness of the IoT intelligent image-positioning studio classroom, which is in line with students’ language learning rules and interests and can involve students in classroom activities and encourage self-learning. Meanwhile, interaction and cooperation can help students master learning strategies efficiently. The experimental class taught with the IoT intelligent positioning studio has made significant progress in academic performance, especially, in the post-test. In short, the CNN algorithm can promote IoT technologies and is feasible in English teaching.

Research Goal: To measure the effectiveness of the use of a proposed training program based on active learning to develop teaching skills of Shari'a Sciences’ teachers and their attitudes towards it at the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Research depended on the descriptive approach during building the program that based on active learning strategies, as assign experimental method when applying the program to identify its effectiveness in developing teaching of Shari'a Sciences’ teachers for the secondary school in the city of Medina and their attitudes toward it in teaching. Research instruments: The Card Note of teaching skills consisted of (45) sub-skill divided into three main areas which are (planning, implementation and evaluation). The measure of the attitude towards active learning in teaching included (26) phrases, therefore, the program is based on active learning in developing the teaching skills. After the researcher has checked the sincerity of research instruments, he began to be apply it to a stratified random sample, which consisted of (34) teachers of Shari'a Sciences’ teachers for the secondary school. The research contain a number of appropriate statistical methods, which are arithmetic averages, standard deviations, (T) test for the associated groups, the coefficient of Peerson, ETA square, the equation of the Blak, the coefficient of alpha Cronbach and the equation of Cooper. After conducting statistical analyzes, the research found the existence of Statistical differences among the average performance of the research sample in the Card Note of teaching skills in (planning, implementation and evaluation) Separated and combined in the light of active learning before and after the proposed training program for the benefit of the telemetric. In the light of the findings, the research recommended: Taking advantage of the current research program in training Shari'a Sciences’ teachers in different stages of education, especially Secondary School Teachers, because of its positive impact on the development of their teaching skills, and benefit from the list of teaching skills of the current research when assessing teachers' performance during service.   ، ، ،
