Modern age is the age of Information Communication Technology (ICT). Every sectors are enhancing their performance, capacity and quality of job through the use of ICT. So implementing Information Communication Technology in the field of Land Administration is highly essential. Indeed it’s a need of time. On this way, in our context DoLIA is vigorously working on modernizing land administration and approaching towards paper and pencil free land administration and establishing Land Information System (LIS) in Nepal with full effort and dedication with limited manpower and resources.

Purpose: Information communication and technology (ICT) has remained an innovation that has shifted attention from traditional working arrangement to a modern day of doing things in several organizations. The general objective of the study was to the study was to establish influence of integrated information communication technology on public education institution. Methodology: The paper used a desk study review methodology where relevant empirical literature was reviewed to identify main themes and to extract knowledge gaps. Findings: The study found out the use of ICT in schools, leads to educational and pedagogical outcomes which is useful to both the facilitators, teachers and the students. The use of ICT across educational institutions can promote collective, zealous and long-life learning, enhancing students’ enthusiasm, provide better convenience to information, enhance shared working resources, generating and deepen comprehension, and help learners reason and express communication creatively Recommendations: The study recommends that there should be more funding to particularly the public schools which are the most constrained, as well as all the others, so that the schools may afford to procure computer hardware, management software, and Internet connectivity which are critical in supporting management functions in the schools and also for the investments sustainability. Such funding will address the initial high cost of ICT infrastructure as well as the recurrent cost of maintenance and operations like hardware servicing, acquisition of requisite and updated software, printing and data

The globalization process gave birth to an era known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which was marked by the existence of Information Communication Technology (ICT) such as artificial intelligence, advance robotic, autonomous vehicles, virtual reality, and cyber-physical systems. ICT raises a major and fundamental change in human life where there has been a shift in activities that were originally carried out in the real world now carried out in cyberspace. All digital and all activities carried out online or internet media. This study aims to obtain the development of the Smart Campus strategy in the Indonesia Naval Technology College (STTAL), to improve excellent human resources. The method applied in this research is to use an operational approach to qualitative analysis on a real strategy implemented. The results obtained are the development of Smart Campus at STTAL carried out with integrated and systemic e-Office, e-Learning, e-Library, and Academic Information System programs. The Smart Campus program development strategy can increase STTAL's human resources to be excellent and advanced. Human resources include professional lecturer resources, smart students, stakeholder partners, and educational employees. The conclusions and contributions obtained are the development of Information Communication Technology (ICT) based on Smart Campus (e-Office, e-Learning, e-Library, and integrated Academic Information System) has a high role to improve professionalism in organizing advanced and quality higher education so that it can produce excellent Indonesian human resources.

Abstract The problem of professional training of skilled human personnel in the industry of information communication technology, the urgency of which is recognized at the state level of Ukraine and the world, has been considered. It has been traced that constantly growing requirements of the labour market, swift scientific progress require the use of innovative approaches to the training of future ІТ specialists with the aim to increase their professional level. The content of standards of professional training and development of information technologies specialists in foreign countries, particularly in Japan, has been analyzed and generalized. On the basis of analysis of educational and professional standards of Japan, basic requirements to the engineer in industry of information communication technology in the conditions of competitive environment at the labour market have been comprehensively characterized. The competencies that graduate students of educational qualification level of bachelor in the conditions of new state policy concerning upgrading the quality of higher education have been considered. The constituents of professional competence in the structure of an engineer-programmer’s personality, necessary on different levels of professional improvement of a specialist for the development of community of highly skilled ІТ specialists, have been summarized. Positive features of foreign experience and the possibility of their implementation into the native educational space have been distinguished. Directions for modernization and upgrading of the quality of higher education in Ukraine and the prospects for further scientific research concerning the practice of specialists in information technologies training have been suggested
