Disclosure of information reflects the presentation of the company's annual report. One general purpose of disclosure is as a basis for decision making. This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance (ROA, DER, CR), board of commissioners (BS, BI), blockholder ownership, auditor type, and firm age on voluntary disclosure. The population of this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The number of data is 196. Sampling is conducted using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of data analysis show that firm age has no effect on voluntary disclosure, while blockholder ownership has a significant negative effect on voluntary disclosure. Financial performance, board of commissioners and auditors type have a significant positive effect on voluntary disclosure. The impact of this research is that voluntary disclosure can be used to increase the completeness of company information for investors and creditors.

ROA is a comparison between pre-tax profit and total bank assets. Factors that can influence ROA must be observed by bank management in order to obtain optimal ROA. Optimal ROA shows that banks are able to make good use of assets owned to generate profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, DER and LAR partially on ROA in commercial banks on the IDX for the period 2013-2015. The sample in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2015, which totaled 31 banking companies, which were taken using the census method. Data collection is done by nonparticipant observation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between CAR and ROA. NPL shows a significant negative effect on ROA. DER shows a significant negative effect on ROA, and LAR shows a significant positive effect on ROA. Keywords: CAR, NPL, DER, LAR, ROA

The company's financial performance can be used as a tool to measure the overall level of health of a company. One indicator that is often used to measure a company's financial performance is profitability. Profitability is the level of a company's ability to generate profits and measure operational efficiency and the efficiency of the use of its assets. There are several factors that are thought to affect profitability including intellectual capital and leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and leverage on company profitability. This research was conducted on 11 insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with the purpose sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The final results show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on profitability and leverage has a negative effect on company profitability. This study investigates the impact of firm attributes on the financial performance of deposit money banks in Nigeria’s financial sector. The scope of this research covered the period 2007 – 2018 using audited financial statements and reports of nine (9) deposit money banks listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The results revealed that bank liquidity has significant negative effect, while bank growth has insignificant negative effect on financial performance. On the other hand, bank size and leverage have insignificant positive effect on the financial performance of banks. It is recommended that banks should pay attention to liquidity management and use this to enhance performance. Also, the management of banks should endeavor to make use of their growth opportunities optimally.

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the impact of propping- related party transactions on company performance. The research sample was manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during 2017-2019 which were determined by purposive sampling and using the Generalized Least Square panel data regression analysis technique (cross-section weights). The results showed that propping (related party transactions related to account payables) had a positive effect on financial performance and had a negative effect on the company's market performance. Propping (related party transactions related to other payables) had a positive effect on the company's financial performance but doesn’t an affect on the company's market performance. Meanwhile, propping (related party transactions related to liabilities other than account payables) had a negative effect on financial performance but had a positive effect on the company's market performance.

The value of the company is one of the considerations of investors before deciding to provide funds to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of the ratio of Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and profitability on firm value. The population of this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The sample companies in this study amounted to 34 banking companies and the determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis which was previously tested with the classical assumption test. The data was processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that, (1) BOPO has a negative effect on firm value, this is indicated by a significant value of 0.005 which means it is smaller than = 0.05 with a coefficient value of -0.117. (2) LDR has a positive effect on firm value, this is indicated by a significant value of 0.003 which means it is smaller than = 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.524. (3) profitability has a positive effect on firm value, this is indicated by a significant value of 0.014 which means it is smaller than = 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.206.

This study seeks to examine the effect of company size, company age, profitability, solvency, and liquidity on audit report lag on tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The number of samples in this study were 16 companies, selected with certain criteria using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 9 software. The results showed that the firm age variable had a positive effect on audit report lag, while the profitability variable had a negative effect on audit report lag, while firm size, solvency and liquidity variables had no significant effect on audit report lag.

The research was carried out to find the influence of training material and methods of training toward workability. The study was conducted respectively from an employee of PD BPR Bantul Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is expected to be useful for stakeholders in seeing CSR disclosure in the company in testing and analyzing its effect on the company's financial performance and with the presence of anti-corruption exposure, whether it will strengthen the impact of CSR disclosure on the company's financial performance. The study population in this study were all mining companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 with a total of 63 companies. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique that was calculated by the Slovin formula so that 54 samples were obtained for analysis. Linear Regression Analysis and Moderation Regression Analysis were chosen as the analysis technique used in this study. The results show that CSR disclosure does not affect the company's financial performance, and anti-corruption disclosure does not affect the relationship between the two.

Tthe objective of this study is to determinethe effect of slack resources and board’s gender on the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosures. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis methods. The sample in the study were 28 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange and reported sustainability reports for 2015-2017, so that 84 observations were obstained. The results find that slack resources have negative effect on CSR disclosure quality, while the gender on board of directors have positive effect on CSR disclosure quality. There is no relationship between commissioner’s gender and CSR disclosure quality. The control variables used in this study are company size, profitability and leverage, company size and leverage has a influence on CSR disclosure quality while the profitability has no influence on CSR disclosure quality

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  leverage and  firm size on firm value with profitability as intervening variable on consumer goods industry  in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are companies in the consumer goods industry Indonesian Stock Exchange amounted to 46 companies 2014-2017. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sample that is obtained is 21, a company incorporated in consumer goods industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014-2017. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis and Sobel test. The result shows that leverage has significant negative effect on profitability  and firm size has significant positive effect on profitability. Leverage, firm size, and profitability have significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the effect of leverage on firm value significantly and profitability also mediates the effect of firm size  on firm value significantly.
