This study aims to analyze the source and uses of working capital at PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk and its effect on the company’s profitability. The source data of this study is financial statements of the company and financial statements of several companies from similar industries. The data taken from idx.co.id for period 2016-2020. The analysis was carried out by analyzing reports on sources and uses of working capital, analysis of working capital requirements and analysis of profitability ratios. After analyzing the results obtained that the company has managed working capital well even though the company had experienced a lack of capital for a certain period. In addition, the company can take advantage of the resources it has to make a profit.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and commitment on employee work performance. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Licensing and Investment Service (DPPM DIY), both permanent and contractual. The number of samples taken in this study were 50 employees. The results of this study indicate that the effect of motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, commitment has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and motivation and commitment have a positive and significant effect on work performance of the employees of the Licensing and Investment Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DPPM DIY).

This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust, brand awareness and product quality on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones for all consumers of Xiaomi smartphone users in Yogyakarta. The population used in this study were all consumers who use Xiaomi smartphones in Yogyakarta, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that brand trust and product quality partially influence purchasing decisions. Brand trust, brand awareness and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Indonesia has a variety of cultural diversity and handicrafts from generation to generation. Preserving the art of woven crafts which is one of the arts that must be preserved, one of which is plastic woven bags. As times change to modern times, not many people use plastic woven bags because they are considered old-fashioned and less varied. Local products are also widely abandoned because the value is not of quality and also does not vary. The lack of interest in plastic woven bags has resulted in many craftsmen losing their jobs. So Taesthic.co is here to help craftsmen in marketing their products and introducing local products. Taesthic.co was formed in February 2020 located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which aims to collaborate with empowering craftsmen and also to develop local products of woven plastic bags in order to increase sales. The sales target of taesthic.co is women aged 25-45 years. In developing and increasing sales, Taesthic.co uses a canvas business model because it works together with plastic woven craftsmen from the Ponorogo area, emphasizing the quality and uniqueness of woven products, promotions are carried out using websites, social media and also e-commerce.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture, Kotabunan Branch, North Sulawesi. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. Based on the total employee population of PT. Estadana Venture Branch Kotabunan North Sulawesi as many as 34 people, the researchers took the total population to be used as research samples. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture Kotabunan Branch, North Sulawesi; work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture Kotabunan Branch, North Sulawesi and 43.4% job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture Branch Kotabunan North Sulawesi can be explained by the variables of compensation and work environment. While the remaining 56.6% the influence of other variables that are not in the study

The value of the company is one of the considerations of investors before deciding to provide funds to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of the ratio of Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and profitability on firm value. The population of this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The sample companies in this study amounted to 34 banking companies and the determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis which was previously tested with the classical assumption test. The data was processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that, (1) BOPO has a negative effect on firm value, this is indicated by a significant value of 0.005 which means it is smaller than = 0.05 with a coefficient value of -0.117. (2) LDR has a positive effect on firm value, this is indicated by a significant value of 0.003 which means it is smaller than = 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.524. (3) profitability has a positive effect on firm value, this is indicated by a significant value of 0.014 which means it is smaller than = 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.206.

Profitability is a tool used to analyze management performance, the level of profitability will describe the company's profit position. Profitability ratio is the ratio used in assessing a company's capacity to earn profits based on its normal business activities. This study aims to determine the effect of the quick ratio, total asset turnover, and debt to equity on profitability. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The companies sampled in this study were 34 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used by researchers is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach with data processing using the SPSS 25 for windows application. The results of this study indicate that, (1) the quick ratio has a positive effect on return on equity, this is indicated by a significant value of 0.019 which means less than α = 0.05 with a coefficient value of 2.397. (2) total asset turnover has a positive effect on return on equity, this is indicated by a significant value of 0,000 which means it is smaller than α = 0.05 with a coefficient value of 2.184. (3) debt to equity has a negative effect on return on equity, this is indicated by a significant value of 0.008 which means it is smaller than α = 0.05 with a coefficient value of -2.762.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of trust, convenience and quality of information on shopee consumers' online purchasing decisions. This study uses four variables, namely trust, convenience, quality of information and purchasing decisions. The research sample is students in Yogyakarta who are consumers of the shopee online buying and selling site. The data analysis tool uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) Trust, convenience and quality of information simultaneously have a significant effect on Online Purchase Decisions on the Shopee Online Buying Site. (2) Partially trust has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on Shopee Online Buying Sites (3) Partially convenience has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on Shopee Online Buying Sites and (3) Partially the quality of information has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on the Shopee Online Buying Site.

             Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out what factors determine online consumer purchasing decisions at Shopee and how the online consumer purchasing decisions process at Shopee. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Research related to consumer online purchasing decision factors at Shopee, the object to be studied is consumers who use the Shopee application. In social situations or research objects, the object of this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics, Cokroaminoto University, Yogyakarta, who actively use the Shopee application as a place to shop online, and who are considered to meet or know the research criteria. Based on the results of the discussion that the promotions implemented in the Shopee e-commerce store, such as the application of discount promotions, free shipping promotions, prices, product quality and trust given by the Shopee company, affect consumers' online purchasing decisions at Shopee and then the online consumer decision process. preceded by, problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decisions, post-purchase behavior, influenced by many factors. These factors can be internal factors, namely consumer psychology, and external factors, which consist of the socio-cultural environment of the community, marketing stimuli, and vendor control systems which include time efficiency in seeking competitive prices and good quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of product diversity, price perception, and location on repurchase intention through the intervening variable brand image on Rocket Chicken customers. The population in the study were 100 Rocket Chicken buyers. The sampling technique in this study was an online questionnaire via Google Forms which was distributed randomly to Rocket Chicken customers. The results show that product diversity and price perception have a significant effect on brand image with each significance value of 0.000 and 0.017 which is smaller than 0.05, then for locations that have a significant value above 0.05, namely 0.316, it does not have a significant effect. to brand image. Significant values of brand image and location on repurchase intention are 0.000 and 0.002 where a significant value below 0.05 means that these two variables have a positive influence on repurchase intention, while product diversity and price perception have a significant value on repurchase requests. are 0.098 and 0.245 have no significant effect on repurchase interest
