This study discusses one of the topics in Living Hadits found in Merariq (Marriage)  tradition in Dusun Lendang Simbe. The case indicates the instance of various interpretations and Muslim society’s receptive mode of Hadits. In this vein, Hadits has not been only served as books and readings; it could be managed as ‘driving force’ in a broader understanding and tolerance. It seems that the Sasak Muslim could mingle the positionality of Islam in the face of cultural aspect. The study shows that Muslims lived in Lendang Simbe following the command of ‘Tuan Guru’ to avoid the tradition of ‘bebait’ (kidnapping). In the case of ‘nyongkolan’ tradition, they still preserved it with a little modification on the outfits without diminishing  the Sasak’s value and meaning.

Although still widely read in the 1950s, Bernanos has now become an out dated author, if not entirely forgotten. Though he had a very high reputation among his fellow writers — Claudel, Mauriac, and Malraux admired him — Bernanos has always remained an isolated figure. His Catholic faith was the driving force behind his whole work, as a novelist and a polemicist, and is likely to be the reason why his writings have become obsolete. Fulminating against the liberalizing spirit of modern France, which led to spiritual decadence, Bernanos was part of the circle of Charles Maurras and Léon Daudet until 1932. Maurras and Daudet were the intellectual leaders of the monarchist and extreme right movement L’Action Française. Nevertheless, Bernanos deeply denounces the violence of the pro-Franco, as well as the dangers associated with Fascism and Nazism, in his famous pamphlet Les GrandsCimetières sous la lune (1938). His novels, always extremely profound, present the spiritual conflict of good and evil. His two most famous novels, Sous le soleil de Satan (1926) and Journal d’un curé de campagne (1936), revolve around the humble figure of a country priest confronted with the apparent absence of God in the gloomy landscapes of Northern France; they exemplify the Christian message of salvation in the face of failure and death.

Motivation in learning is the basis for encouragement, encouragement in the face of ongoing learning. Good motivation when you learn it can affect the state of students, that is, from not wanting to take lessons to want to learn. The role of motivation is to encourage individuals to do something in the learning situation.Motivation can occur in a child's life because of the influence in himself to achieve the goals to be achieved and the influence of others, in this case the teacher motivates students. Because of that the teacher must have a big contribution to motivate the child is not wrong, in following the lesson specifically following the Christian Religion Education.First, learning motivation can provide excitement or encouragement to someone in doing work to achieve something in accordance with what is desired and can provide direction for someone to establish learning activities. Secondly, the motivation of an activity contained in a person that can influence his behavior to carry out his learning activities. Third, motivating learning is important in the learning process, because it functions as a driving force, driving, and can direct learning activities, in this case the teacher who plays a role by preparing methods and materials effectively. Fourth, learning motivation has a tremendous influence on learning achievement, both from within and outside of the student's own influence. Fifth, the emergence of student motivation depends on how the role of a teacher in presenting lesson material to students and by using appropriate teaching methods, as well as PAK teachers.

The human sweat duct (SD) reabsorbs NaCl from lumen to blood over a wide range of luminal concentrations. The physiological strategies employed by the SD to cope with such extreme transport loads remain elusive. When we employed intracellular Cl-sensitive microelectrodes, we found that at high (150 mM) luminal NaCl concentrations ([NaCl]) transcellular Cl absorption occurs through passive diffusion that is evidenced by a large Cl conductance (GCl) in both cell membranes and by a favorable electrochemical driving force for Cl (delta psi Cl) across the apical and basolateral membranes. However, lowering the luminal [NaCl] to 15 mM markedly altered the electrochemical gradient for Cl and reversed the direction of delta psi Cl. Under these conditions, passive absorption of Cl was not feasible, so that Cl can only be absorbed by a nonconductive transport carrier. We surmise that, in the face of such changes in delta psi Cl as a function of luminal [NaCl], continuous transcellular Cl transport in SD could only be sustained if both electroconductive and carrier-mediated Cl transport are present in the SD.

In this chapter, the authors show how studying stressor appraisal and resulting adaptive coping potentially provides a parsimonious explanation of psychological resilience. Extra-individual factors such as social support, favorable environmental conditions, or positive cultural influences have all been found to be associated with people maintaining mental health in the face of adversity. It thus appears logical that the inclusion of extra-individual factors into models of psychological resilience will improve our understanding of the concept. However, these multisystemic approaches to resilience sometimes ignore that the presence of adversity is an essential part of the concept of psychological resilience: some individuals stay mentally healthy despite being exposed to significant stressors. As a consequence, extra-individual factors that reduce or limit individuals’ overall exposure to stressors (e.g., material support, healthy living conditions, safe neighborhoods) may be beneficial for their mental health, but they do not, as such, inform about resilience. Classifying these buffers as resilience factors blurs the resilience concept, because by removing stressors they remove a driving force for mental health deteriorations rather than help individuals to not let the stressors drive mental health changes. The authors argue that the primary mechanism for mental health in contexts of stressor exposure remains individual appraisal of difficult situations in a way that produces adaptive stress reactions. These reactions promote coping with the threat but do not overly burden or unnecessarily consume an organism’s resources, thereby containing the deleterious consequences of stressor exposure on mental health.

Reclamation activities conducted in the Bay of Manado, at the seaward side on Pierre Tendean Street (Boulevard), has changed the face of the city of Manado including the coastal area. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the realization of reclamation activities seen were as planned. The second purpose was to determine the appropriate policy strategy to ensure that the utilization of reclaimed land can be optimal. The data was collected through observation to compare actual conditions with the original plan. For policy options, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis was used. The study revealed that there are changes from the original plan, such as the extent of the area was originally planned 1185 m2, but the actual area was 781.305 m2. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the most appropriate policy option adopted is to optimize the role of land reclamation as one economic driving force in the city of Manado.

Rat kidneys were perfused with an artificial solution at constant pressure. The infusion of angiotensin II (AII) (1.5––6 ng min-1) reduced renal perfusate flow (RPF) from 36.6 +/- 2.4 to 19.3 +/- 1.4 ml min-1 (P less than 0.001) (n = 13); GFR rose from 0.48 +/- 0.06 to 0.63 +/- 0.04 ml min-1 (P less than 0.05), and filtration fraction (FF) rose accordingly from 0.015 +/- 0.002 to 0.033 +/- 0.003 (P greater than 0.01). The same results were obtained with purified renin substrate (synthetic tetradecapeptide, 100 ng min-1, n = 8); RPF fell from 31.5 +/- 2.9 to 17.2 +/- 2 ml min-1 (P less than 0.001), GFR rose from 0.36 +/- 0.05 to 0.51 +/- 0.04 ml min-1 (P less than 0.05), and FF increased from 0.021 +/- 0.002 to 0.034 +/- 0.006 (P less than 0.01). The effects of renin substrate were completely prevented by the converting enzyme inhibitor SQ 20,881 (3 X 10(-5) M). In another six experiments the effects of renin substrate at the same dose were fully reversed by addition of the analogue [Sar1,Ala8]AII. We interpret these findings to indicate that both exogenous and endogenous AII produce preferential vasoconstriction of the efferent arteriole, increasing the driving force for ultrafiltration and thereby maintaining or increasing GFR in the face of a reduced plasma flow.

In the face of the impact of the epidemic on the industrial chain and supply chain, it is an inevitable requirement for industrial development to ensure the dynamic balance of the supply chain. Supply chain is the basis for the generation of industrial chain. Industrial linkage can promote the rational layout of industries. The operation mode of supply chain is the main driving force of industrial linkage. To build a dynamic and balanced supply chain, we must focus on symbolic industries and adopt measures of chain protection, chain supplement, chain creation and chain financing.
