Pre‐relocation measures as well as measures collected subsequent to it were used to predict employees’ post‐relocation adaptation in a case where an entire plant relocated its premises. The distance between the old and the new site did not require home relocation, with the result that the change was deemed less of a “family issue” than an essentially work and organizational change. The sample consisted of 176 employees, for whom matched before and after questionnaires were available. Pre‐relocation measures included demographics, justification of management’s decision to relocate, and positive and negative emotional reactions to the move. In addition, measures of perceived changes were taken after the move. The three post‐relocation adaptation measures were work satisfaction, loyalty to the organization, and relocation satisfaction. Findings are discussed in the light of previous findings, although most of that research dealt with individual as opposed to plant relocation, and of very few studies dealing with post‐relocation variables.

In Nepalese society, female people feel that they are facing many obstacles in their career development such as individual, family, organization barriers, etc. In this regard, this study is conducted to analyze barriers in female career development. So, the study's main objective is to analyze the impact of individual and family barriers on female school teachers' career development. ausal effect research design has been employed in this study to analyze the impact of the barriers on female career development. The study used a judgmental sampling technique to gather the real picture of data from female school teachers in Kathmandu valley. Multiple regression analysis techniques has been adopted to analyze the data. From the result of data analysis, it is concluded that the family issue has hampered the career development of female school teachers. This means that Nepalese female teachers have to do their office duty along with giving time for their family members, housework and child-caring, etc. This could be beneficial to school administrators, trainers, and human resource professionals who want to help female teachers for the advancement of their careers.

The research aims to know (1) The caused of the employee resignation at outsourcing company (2) The majority reasons of those resignation. This researchused qualitativemethod with research locationSemarang City. Data used for this were primary and secondary data. Primary data or main data is taken from the informants itself, while secondary data or additional data are collected from many sources such as books, journal, company’s notes and other valid source to support this research completion. Total informants weretwenty eight, based on employee’s data for resignation periode January 2020 – December 2020 at PT Transcosmos Indonesia (Tokopedia Semarang Project). Data collection were done by interviewed with those twenty eightinformants, then being analysed by two theoriessuch as Social Judge Theory and Information Integration Theory. Research showed that there were four (4) main reasons employee submitting resignation such as : getting a new job, family issue, health issue, and wanting to be an entrepreneur. Divorce is a family issue and not only an individual concern; a family systems perspective is proposed as a more appropriate framework when working with the post-divorce families. This is an intervention model. Guided by the family systems perspective, two multiple family groups for post-separation and post-divorce families were organised. The evaluation results of the two groups and their implications to the social work profession at clinical and macro levels will be discussed in this article. 离婚是一项影响深远的家庭事件,在离婚适应过程中,家庭成员的功能间存著互为影响的关系,以提升个人功能为主辅导模式并未能处理这种关系,家庭系统理论则能补此不足。多家庭小组是结合家庭系统理论及小组辅导的一种创新性介入模式,本文将简介两个多家庭小组的检讨结果及其对社会工作专业在实务和宏观层面之启示。
