This study was aimed to find out which factors that become the most influence on customers switching behavior for online transportation and how the impact on their satisfaction and loyalty for future consumption. Transportation service is one of the service industry sectors that play a strategic role in human life. The intense competition in the online transportation industry and the various choice of brands in the market make the consumers easy to switch from their current product to other brand products. The research method used in this study was a quantitative method, with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SMART PLS 2.0 software. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with 400 respondents. The results of the study showed that the contribution of price, promotion and e-service quality simultaneously influenced on which directly affected customer satisfaction was 64.9%. Whereas, the results of the study also showed the contribution of price, promotion, e-service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously influenced on which directly affected customer loyalty was 48.3%. E-service quality has the biggest impact on customer satisfaction by 30.69%; meanwhile,  promotion has the biggest impact on loyalty by 3.17%.

<p><em>The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of price and service quality on customer satisfaction to increase words of mouth. Data were collected by distributes questionnaires to 110 patient of Bhayangkara Polda DIY Hospital. Then, data was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The result showed that service quality, price and image have positive effect on patient satisfaction and patient satisfaction has a positive effect on words of mouth. The results also shows that image have the highest effect in creating the satisfaction. Therefore, the models of words of mouth have acceptable.</em></p>

Intense competition has in many markets decreased the prospects for differentiation in terms of technology and product/service quality. For this reason, CSR becomes an important attribute that can enhance a company's image. To win customers' loyalty in today's markets, companies have to focus on building and sustaining customer loyalty. Nowadays, organizations looking forward to achieving a sustainable competitive improvement based on focusing on a customer-oriented concept which will lead to customer satisfaction, trust and finally to customer loyalty. In this regard, CSR has become a valuable tool. This research, therefore, aims to investigate the direct effect of CSR on customer loyalty by observing the intervening influence of Perceived service quality and trust. In this research, it is proved CSR aspects namely business practice CSR which is related to primary stakeholders, such as customers and employees, and philanthropic CSR, which is related to secondary stakeholders, such as the community has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty. Moreover, perceived service quality and trust also serve as an intervener between CSR and Loyalty. Data collected from account holders of three main banks in Kenya. Structural equation modeling is examined by using PLS software. The findings of this study would help scholars in developing more CSR based loyalty models. These findings can also aid the service industry such as commercial banks in Kenya to better incorporate CSR initiatives in their strategic planning process

The research aimed to see how the influence of service quality was on customer satisfaction and loyalty in Hunky Dory Barbershop. The research was an explanatory research. The sampling technique was done by giving questionnaires to random customers who came to Hunky Dory barbershop. Analysis applied Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to see the relationship between variables of service quality, price perception, trust, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. The results show that all variables affect customer satisfaction and loyalty, except price perception. It does not affect satisfaction since customers do not consider price when they are satisfied with the service. There is a significant positive relationship between service quality and loyalty which shows that the higher the service quality is, the higher the loyalty will be.

Purpose The aim of this study is examine customer relationship management (CRM) effect on enhancing customer satisfaction and on improving customer retention. In this study, the impact of CRM on loyalty in the pharmaceutical sector in Tunisia is studied. Service quality perception, customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and firm profitability have been tested as independent variables. This study highlights the importance of CRM and service quality perception in maintaining a sustainable and profitable relationship with customers. Design/methodology/approach A survey research design was used to collect data. In total, 221 respondents from 5 pharmaceutical companies in Tunisia were involved in the study. Exploratory and confirmatory analyses were adopted to examine the effect of CRM technology on profitability. Structural equation modeling was used to validate results. Findings The results show that there are significant relationships between CRM and quality perception, satisfaction and loyalty. However, there are no significant relationships either between CRM and retention or between CRM and profitability. Research limitations/implications Fitting CRM scale with the context of the study and the number of the survey companies was the limitation of this research. Practical implications This study provides significant results to practitioners to understand the role of establishing a CRM strategy and to understand the selected factors affecting customer satisfaction and retention as well. Originality/value This study was conducted in Tunisia to contribute to enrich literature in the implementation of information technology and customer satisfaction.

The main aim of this study is to explore the impact of the dimensions of Umrah service quality on customer satisfaction for Umrah and customer loyalty for Umrah in the travel industry. Increasingly intense competition and structural shifts in the business environment are now pushing companies to adopt a customer-focused strategy that elevates the value of customer-related constructs such as customer satisfaction, quality of service, and consumer loyalty in describing the success of a company. Umrah service efficiency, Umrah customer satisfaction, and Umrah customer loyalty were calculated from the literature using a 5-point Likert scale. Structural equation modeling was carried out to analyze the impact of Umrah service quality on customer satisfaction in Umrah and customer loyalty in Umrah. The result showed that all dimensions of service quality influenced customer satisfaction and loyalty of Umrah's customers. The study's key drawback is that it was confined only to the Malaysian nation. Second, the present study only focuses on the traveling industry in Umrah. The results clearly indicate the dimensions of the quality of Umrah service that the practitioners must concentrate on in order to provide a better quality of service.

Coffee is an important aspect of the modern lifestyle. Not only products but also services for most city goers, especially in the Jakarta and Tangerang areas. This research is motivated by the growing trend of coffee shops with the emergence of many local brands, even though there is a very strong brand that has entered this business for a long time, namely Starbucks. One of the strategies carried out by Starbucks is through the price promotion. This strategy increases consumer desire to buy and also influences consumer evaluation of product quality through food quality and service quality. The results of this study indicate a relationship between price promotion with food quality and service quality. In terms of satisfaction, service quality variables affect customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, food quality and price promotion have no effect on satisfaction. Repeat purchase intention is influenced by customer satisfaction and price promotion. The purpose of this research is to study and analyse the impact of service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty in insurance industry - case study of PT. Synergy Adhi Manunggal. The primary data was obtained by using the questionnaires to 100 customers of PT. Synergy Adhi Manunggal. The data is analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM analysis to test the hypotheses). Finding of this research shows that service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction towards customer loyal. It will be a great challenge for the PT. Synergy Adhi Manunggal in preparing their strategic plan in maintaining customer loyalty.

Research objectives - The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the repurchase intention of Starbucks Coffee Forward Oakwood Jakarta consumers related to service quality (servqual), customer satisfaction and brand trust.Design/Methodology/Approach - The quantitative analysis method uses structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with LISREL software version 8.80. Sampling was carried out for 4 months. Respondents who were selected as respondents had criteria as consumers who had visited and had made a one-time purchase at Starbucks Coffee Forward Oakwood Jakarta. The research instrument was a questionnaire and the respondents filled it directly on the google form.Findings - The proposed research model meets the Goodness of Fit (GOF) category. The factor that affects repurchase intention is servqual which is an important factor in increasing repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction mediates the influence of servqual and brand trust with repurchase intention.Research limitations - This study is limited to Starbucks Coffee Forward located in Oakwood Jakarta. In the future, research can be carried out on Starbucks Coffee Forward Oakwood in other areas such as those in Bali.Originality/value - This study raises customer satisfaction and repurchase intention depending on the brand trust that consumers have. The novelty of this study is the object of research, namely Starbucks Coffee Forward Oakwood Jakarta. This Starbucks has a characteristic that is different from other Starbucks

<p><em>As a primary factor in satisfaction and loyalty,</em><em> </em><em>service quality and image has been given a lot of attention</em><em>. </em><em>This research used a sample of 120 respondents and analyzed the data using structural equation modeling. Findings reveal that service quality and corporate image are antecedents of customer satisfaction, but customer satisfaction surprisingly does not have positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. </em><em>The implications for service providers in any platform service industry is that customer satisfaction has not key success to loyalty but continuously improves the quality of service and corporate image of satisfaction, but it creates loyalty to buy services and recommend to others.  </em><em></em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This study comprehends a framework for measuring strength of service brands in service industry of Pakistan using three fundamental pillars in building service brand equity i.e. service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The results validated through the structural equation modeling (SEM) indicates the significance of customer loyalty that is contingent to satisfied customers. Moreover, in the context of service sector organizations, customer satisfaction is highly dependent on service quality. The mediation testing further indicates that customer satisfaction mediates and strengthens the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, while, the latter fully mediates the relationship between customer satisfaction and service brand equity. Based upon the findings, this study develops a pyramid of building service brand equity. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications have been discussed.
