The knowledge of landscapes’ positional - dynamic structure enabled us to include it in the work on urban landscape and ecological planning, with its ownspecifics as environmental management objects. The aim is to create cartographic models of a positional-dynamic territorial structure of Kharkiv landscape to ensure a balanced use of nature in environmental management. Methods: a positional-dynamic structure of urban landscape was selected by compiling andanalyzing cartographic works of landscape strips, tiers and districts. Territorial configuration of different types of landscape strips were identified and established based on the classical scheme of landscape locations typology by water-geochemical regime proposed by B. Polynov and supplemented by M. Glazovska, which includes 9 main types. Technically, synthesis of parameters combinations and determination of the territories affiliation to certain types of landscape strips was carried out using spatial analysis tools (in particular, reclassification and raster calculator) of initial data on morphometric relief parameters in ArcGIS. Results. A set of qualitative parameters is proposed, based on the characteristics of each type of landscape strips by which they can be identified.Composition and territorial configuration of positional-dynamic landscape strips of the urban landscape are established as a result of systematization and processing of geodata parametric features of the water-geochemical regime. Cartographic models of the positional-dynamic structureof Kharkiv landscapes have been developed, including 13 types of landscape strips with individual features united in 5 groups by types of lateral migration of substances due to the peculiarities of their positionality (common position in relation to frame lines of flow directions) and factors of relief morphology similarity, nature of income and intensity of substances transfer. The identified mode types and the nature of the spatial distribution of the corresponding landscape strips have been described in detail. Conclusions. Cartographic models of the positional-dynamic territorial structure of Kharkiv, developed during the inventory stage of landscape-ecological planning, make it possible to choose areas of balanced nature management of a particular area.

An integrated geoecological approach to the optimization of the landscape-ecological organization of the territory (LEOT) of the Ternopil region, which is focused on determining the priorities and criteria of optimality in modern ecological-social-economic conditions, is considered. The features of the geoecological situation, as well as the natural resource potential of the region, are taken into account. A SWOT analysis of the objective prerequisites and subjective factors of the landscape-ecological organization of the territory has been carried out and the need for its implementation has been brought to light. Based on the materials of the development of economic spheres of the region, a comparative analysis of the existing development with optimal guidelines is carried out. The priority priorities in the modern conditions of the complication of the ecological situation - anthropoecological and environmental protection are not targeted and are considered in most projects and regional programs as secondary and are planned in the old-fashioned way behind a residual principle. The prospects for the development of agro-industrial are considered. water, recreational and forestry sectors of the economy as priorities for the existing in the region structure of production natural resource potential. Particular attention is paid to the formation and development of 12 promising regional landscape parks, the creation of which was proposed more than 15 years ago. Their creation with additions of environmental authorities is planned for all landscape areas of the region, including new administrative areas. In the tables below. describes the territorial structure, and their location, as well as the planned year of creation. An assessment of their role in recreational nature management was carried out, which made it possible to determine the stage by stage of their creation. In addition, this will provide an opportunity to optimize nature conservation management - to act as natural cores and eco-corridors of the regional eco-network. A schematic map has been created that takes into account the accessibility of the RLP and NPP of the region for recreants (Fig. 1) on which the entire territory of the region and significant parts of the neighboring regions are covered by the radius of visitor accessibility.  Taking into account transport accessibility, this will make it possible to determine the spatial directions of creating and improving the existing recreational infrastructure, the formation and development of new elements of the territorial recreational system. The analysis of the existing ecological-geographical situation (EGS) in the locations of the proposed RLP was carried out and a conclusion was made about the prospective improvement of the natural conditions of the local population's life in the need for the creation of the three most functionally and infrastructurally developed RLP Berezhanskoe Opolye, Sredneseretskiy and Knyazhiy forest. The system of the considered proposals will make it possible to strengthen the resource-saving spheres of the economic complex, to balance the ecological-socio-economic development of the regional region and the participating local communities in the interests of the people. Key words: LEOT, SWOT analysis, optimization, balanced development, living conditions.

The guiding ideology of modern urban planning has changed from space theory to the ecological theory. Urban landscape ecological planning is concerned about “Design with Nature” based on the ecological and the holistic point of view. The philosophy of the aesthetic visual ecology is to achieve the transformation from the traditional “physical planning” to the “ecological planning” in the urban design. The consideration of the aesthetic visual ecology will be a major step in humanizing and re-shaping the urban landscape, which will also serve as a guide in the urbanization of China.

The article explores ways of forming a modern concept of rational nature management of agricultural waste. The analysis of the nomenclature of agricultural waste was carried out, their influence on the environmental situation was studied. The modern technologies of rational nature management of agricultural waste are systematized, the most promising areas of waste recycling are identified. The ecological effect of the application of technologies for the rational environmental management of agricultural waste was studied.

Increasing land utilization, population aggregation and strong land–sea interaction make coastal areas an ecologically fragile environment. The construction of an ecological security pattern is important for maintaining the function of the coastal ecosystem. This paper takes Jiaodong Peninsula in China, a hilly coastal area, as an example for evaluating landscape ecological risk within a comprehensive framework of “nature–neighborhood–landscape”, based on spatial principal component analysis, and it constructs the ecological security pattern based on the minimum cumulative resistance model (MCR). The results showed that the overall level of ecological risk in the study area was medium. The connectivity between the areas of low landscape ecological risk was relatively low, and the high risk areas were concentrated in the north of the Peninsula. A total of 11 key ecological corridors of three types (water, green space and road corridors) and 105 potential corridors were constructed. According to the ecological network pattern, landscape ecological optimization suggestions were proposed: key corridors in the north and south of Jiaodong Peninsula should be connected; urban development should consider current ecological sources and corridors to prevent landscape fragmentation; and the ecological roles of potential corridors should be strengthened. This paper can provide a theoretical and practical basis for ecological planning and urban master planning in coastal areas in the future.

Benefiting from the rapid development of global economy, a growing number of post-industry products spring up. In comparison to the population in the suburb, the urban population presents a significantly increasing tendency. Undoubtedly, the efficient lifestyle, the convenient way of traveling and the industrial products have caused irresistible threat and damage to the nature. The soil desertification, saline-alkali land, forest degradation and else environmental issues occur as an obvious warning from the nature to us. Therefore, it is an imminent research subject at the moment to seek for symbiotic and harmonious relationship between the human and the nature. The urban landscape is a type of highly artificial design. In it, the urban corridor develops to steer the development of the overall urban landscape pattern. In the process of urban corridor design, the landscape ecological theory is essential in practical application. Spirited by ecological design, the natural ecology landscape is added on the basis of artificial restoration. This paper profoundly studied the sustainable development of the urban landscape setup, thus providing healthier and livelier design on the green ecological corridor for the urban dwellers.
