In this article the latest stage of development of the regional legislation of the Republic of Crimea in the sphere of regulation of the legal regime of lands of specially protected territories is analyzed, it is described the steps for its further improvement. The emphasis is placed on the importance of specially protected natural areas for solving a number of social and economic problems of the region. It is pointed out that the legal regime of nature management in specially protected territories depends on the degree of “severity” of their protection. There are negative factors that occur in violation of the regime of use of specially protected natural territories in the Crimea. The author draws attention to the regulation in the documents of long-term strategic planning of the issue of involvement of specially protected natural territories in the development of ecological tourism and notes the perspective of this type of tourism for the Crimean Peninsula.

The article explores ways of forming a modern concept of rational nature management of agricultural waste. The analysis of the nomenclature of agricultural waste was carried out, their influence on the environmental situation was studied. The modern technologies of rational nature management of agricultural waste are systematized, the most promising areas of waste recycling are identified. The ecological effect of the application of technologies for the rational environmental management of agricultural waste was studied.

The main aim of the article is to consider the modern scientific and practical legal views on the principle of rational nature management. To meet the objective of the study, the universal systems approach as a methodology of cognition is used. The summary of the article includes the conclusion that any use of natural resources should be rational, which implies the use of fewer natural resources while meeting the needs of the same level, provided there is no or minimal residual environmental harm. In the end, some practical recommendations are made to be taken into consideration in the future relevant studies

Based on the study, many years of information and analytical materials «Kyrgyzhydromet» and «Kazhydromet», as well as the Department of State Statistics of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan, characterizing the formation of water resources and their use in the economic sectors of the catchment area of the Shu River basin, were considered as a model of the "activity-natural system", which performs runoff, environment-forming, ecological and social functions and is the spatial basis of nature management for a comprehensive assessment of the state of the territory and water bodies. As a basis for assessing the main functions of the catchment area of the Shu River basin, a geosystem approach was used, which determines the scientific and practical feasibility of geomorphological schematization, within the framework of which it becomes possible to construct their ecological profile on a spatio-temporal scale, which makes it possible to establish trends in the development of cognitive and transformative activities that determine the direction and intensity of anthropogenic activity. in the region. The main natural function of the river basin of the formation of a hydrogeochemical flow, which has one object for its discharge, determines the qualitative state of the ecological profile of the catchment area of the Shu River basin, that is, depending on the zonation from the mountainous class of landscapes to the lowland class of landscapes (superaquial and subaquial facies), natural hydrological facies are gradually disrupted. rhythms, affects the hydrogeological and soil-reclamation processes and environmental conditions, especially in the lower reaches of river basins, which are zones of storage of return (collector-drainage and waste) waters of industrial and agricultural facilities.

The energy strategy of Russia predetermines to bring the level of production of oil with gas condensate up to 445 million tons per year by 2020. This will undoubtedly increase the anthropogenic impact on the environment because these processes will happen in the conditions of aging of facilities of production, processing, refining and transport of hydrocarbon materials. Adherence to the basic directions of rational nature management, stated in this article, will permit not only to eliminate the negative changes occurred in the environment due to the technological processes of FEC enterprises, but also to prevent them.
