The energy strategy of Russia predetermines to bring the level of production of oil with gas condensate up to 445 million tons per year by 2020. This will undoubtedly increase the anthropogenic impact on the environment because these processes will happen in the conditions of aging of facilities of production, processing, refining and transport of hydrocarbon materials. Adherence to the basic directions of rational nature management, stated in this article, will permit not only to eliminate the negative changes occurred in the environment due to the technological processes of FEC enterprises, but also to prevent them.

The article explores ways of forming a modern concept of rational nature management of agricultural waste. The analysis of the nomenclature of agricultural waste was carried out, their influence on the environmental situation was studied. The modern technologies of rational nature management of agricultural waste are systematized, the most promising areas of waste recycling are identified. The ecological effect of the application of technologies for the rational environmental management of agricultural waste was studied.

The main aim of the article is to consider the modern scientific and practical legal views on the principle of rational nature management. To meet the objective of the study, the universal systems approach as a methodology of cognition is used. The summary of the article includes the conclusion that any use of natural resources should be rational, which implies the use of fewer natural resources while meeting the needs of the same level, provided there is no or minimal residual environmental harm. In the end, some practical recommendations are made to be taken into consideration in the future relevant studies

The strategic context of the European Green Agreement for Ukraine analyzed in the article. Ways for developing the process of formation the tasks and measures for the second and third stages of implementation the “Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2035: security, energy efficiency, competitiveness” were elaborated. The strategic priorities of Ukraine in the field of energy efficiency, energy security and energy saving identified due to the contemporary trends and prospects for EU development in the direction of energy efficiency and energy saving. Moreover, these priorities considering the European integration orientation of Ukraine. The main elements of the European Green Agreement, the scope of EU policy on its implementation are outlined. The provisions of “Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2035: security, energy efficiency, competitiveness” correlated with the provisions of the European Green Agreement. The necessity of formation the priorities and measures of strategy on the basis of concepts of energy efficiency, energy safety and sustainable development is substantiated. It is substantiated that the existing legislative and regulatory support in the field of nature management and environmental protection is insufficient and doesn’t correspond to modern economic and social situations. Moreover, external and internal threats to the strategy implementation have been identified. The algorithm for the formation and implementation of the energy security and energy efficiency strategy has been developed. The main directions of structural restructuring of the economy and placement of productive forces are worked out within the framework of the strategy due to the requirements of sustainable development and energy security. It was grounded that. The innovative direction of development should be decisive and based on active use of knowledge and scientific achievements, stimulation of innovative activity, creation of favorable investment climate, renewal of production means, formation of high-tech activities and branches of economy. Growth based on attracting investment in the use of renewable energy sources, in environmentally friendly production and “green” technologies.

Existing forecasts of Russian energy sector development have a number of general provisions and differ in approaches to their construction. The most realistic forecast is made within the framework of the Energy Strategy of Russia for the period up to 2035. However, the dynamism and high uncertainty of economic processes, international relations, domestic policy and the rapid growth of scientific and technical progress need a systematic correction of any forecast. The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for making a forecast for the development of the Russian fuel and energy complex based on the application of the factor approach. The forecasting results are used in the development of management decisions, therefore, the authors of the article take into account the influence of various factors while making the forecast, but they (factors) are all quantitatively commensurable. To make a reliable forecast, the internal environment of the research object is studied in detail, organizational and economic problems in the development of the Russian fuel and energy complex are revealed, and methods for their elimination are suggested. The external environment is also analyzed and trends in the development of world energy markets are revealed. To forecast the state of the fuel and energy complex, an integral indicator is chosen reflecting the level of its technical and economic development.

Improvement of the methodology for determining the anthropogenic pressure on the region's environment, assessment of individual components and the total anthropogenic pressure, analysis of its formation and distribution in Rostov region. The main factors of anthropogenic impact on the environment are divided into four groups and presented in the form of demographic, industrial, agricultural and transport pressure, which, when summed up, give the total anthropogenic pressure. When determining certain types of anthropogenic pressure in the calculations, materials of statistical yearbooks and official data of regional reports on the state of the environment were used. For each type of anthropogenic pressure, indicators of anthropogenic impact and their numerical values were determined. The total anthropogenic pressure was determined by the sum of points. The features of the formation of anthropogenic pressure in Rostov region have been established. In cities with an industrial type of nature management, an increased and average anthropogenic pressure prevails. In rural areas of suburban urbanized zones and the development of mineral raw materials with an agrarian-industrial type of natural resource use, maximum indicators of environmental impact for agrarian areas, increased and average values of industrial, demographic and agricultural pressure have been established. Rural areas with an agrarian type, remote from industrial centers, are characterized by an increased agricultural pressure, lower and low values of the total pressure.
