This chapter studies the application of information technology in tourism promotion, particularly through Internet. In the context of tourism management, this chapter penetrates different usage of Web technology to disseminate maximum level of information for tourism promotion. This chapter is designed to determine the conditions of Websites as well as application of different application of Web technology like Virtual Reality (VR), CRS, etc. used in tourism promotion to identify the obstacles faced in this type of promotion via Web. The chapter adopts a survey from 200 respondents. Collected data is analyzed through different statistical tools like correlation analysis, simple average method, and Cronbach Alfa for reliability of the data. The results show that tourism promotion through the Web helps to increase competition as well as tourism demand if Web design helps to disseminate information about the tourism offers to the tourists' desire. Both sexes consider the Website design as a means helps to ensure the information veracity of tourism offers. The chapter recommends continuing development of the role of tourism promotion through the Internet in spreading information about tourism offers, so as to achieve the greatest possible benefits. This study also indicates how to develop and upgrade Web for promotion of tourism information and offer better tourism service excellence, while promoting less popular tourist spots.

Sector Tourism sevice is one of the effort that can improve tourism interprice in those area. This research is to know and always the tourism condition, strategy to improve the sector tourism service done by public young service, sport, culture and tourism of Mojokerto district. But tourism sector still has some obstacle so is is need some strategies to improve the quality of service by the district goverment at tourism in Mojokerto. To know the strategy to improve the quality of tourism sector service, so in this research , the researcher used qualitative method with description approach. Based on the research, the researcher found that there were there strategies which were used by the public young service, sport, culture and tourismof Mojokerto district to improve the quality of the tourism sektor service. Those were improve the tourism, tourism promotion, and contruction tourism interprise. But in those strategies still have some obstacles whether internal or external obstacle.Key words : Strategy, Tourism Service, Quality of Service.

Interest in religious tourism in the Pringsewu Kapubaten, Indonesia is still relatively low. The purpose of this study is to reveal whether there is an influence of tourism image, service quality, and tourism promotion on the interest of Muslim religious tourism in the Pringsewu district. The research method used is a quantitative method using an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 19.0. The originality of the research lies in the sharia economic approach which is carried out to reveal descriptively the results of the influence of three independent variables on the interest of Muslim religious tourism in Pringsewu that have never been revealed by previous studies. The results of the study stated that the percentage contribution of the three variables together amounted to 51.9%. This explains that the image of Muslim religious tourism, service quality, and tourism promotion can be a strategy to increase the interest of Muslim religious tourism in the Pringsewu district.
