Interest in religious tourism in the Pringsewu Kapubaten, Indonesia is still relatively low. The purpose of this study is to reveal whether there is an influence of tourism image, service quality, and tourism promotion on the interest of Muslim religious tourism in the Pringsewu district. The research method used is a quantitative method using an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 19.0. The originality of the research lies in the sharia economic approach which is carried out to reveal descriptively the results of the influence of three independent variables on the interest of Muslim religious tourism in Pringsewu that have never been revealed by previous studies. The results of the study stated that the percentage contribution of the three variables together amounted to 51.9%. This explains that the image of Muslim religious tourism, service quality, and tourism promotion can be a strategy to increase the interest of Muslim religious tourism in the Pringsewu district.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Oregon Circuit Training and Fartlek Training on VO2max levels in Sudirman Expedition VII athletes (goes to Aconcagua Mountain: Argentina). The research method uses pre-experimental with two groups pretest posttest design. The variables in this study are (1) independent variables: Oregon Circuit Training Fartlek Training. (2) dependent variable: VO2Max level. The population numbered 20 athletes and used a total sampling technique to obtain 20 samples. The research instrument uses the Multi Stage Fitness Test Instrument. This research was conducted in January 2018 until October 2018. Data analysis techniques were obtained by T-Test. The results showed that there was an Oregon Circuit Training effect on the increase in VO2Max of Sudirman VII Expedition Athletes as evidenced by p value = 0.002. In addition, there is the influence of Fartlek Training on the increase in VO2Max Soedirman VII Expedition Athletes as evidenced by p value = 0.001, and there is no significant difference in effect between the Oregon Circuit Training and Fartlek Training on increasing VO2Max athlete of Soedirman VII Expedition with ρ value = 0,740. these results, the two methods can be used as an effective and efficient training program to improve VO2Max.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on the decision to use the services of PT JNE in Nganjuk city. The research method used is quantitative research method with descriptive research type. The decision to use services (Y) is a dependent variable, while brand image (X1) and service quality (X2) are independent variables. Sampling technique using Accidental sampling technique is the form of sampling based on coincidence where, anyone who happens to meet with the researcher and considered suitable to be the source of data that will be the sample of this study. From the research result, it can be seen that multiple linear regression equation coefficient value of brand image 2,833 and value of service quality coefficient 5,316 and variable of brand image strategy (X1) have significant influence to decision using JNE (Y) service equal to 56,55% and service quality variable (X2) Significant effect on the decision to use JNE (Y) service equal to 67,77%, meaning that brand image and service quality equally influence to decision using JNE services. In the t test it can be said that if the brand image is increased 1% or one unit, it can improve the decision using JNE services of 53.9%, while if the quality of service increased 1% or one unit, it can increase the decision using services of 47 %. In the F test, the value of F arithmetic is 2.833. Because F arithmetic&gt; F table (2.833&gt; 0.677), it can be concluded that the model used is correct. When viewed from probability, where the probability (0,000) &lt;significance level (0.05), then the equation model Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 used is acceptable. This shows the effect of independent variables (brand image and service quality) simultaneously significant to delivery decisions, whereby the higher the influence of brand image on the decision to use services and the higher the quality of service, the decision to use services will increase and increase. The brand image is offered in accordance with the quality of services offered so that the decision to use is increasing.</p><p><br /><strong>Keywords:</strong> brand image and service quality, decision using JNE services.</p>

Taman Wisata Lebah is tourism service based on honey bees. It is one of the pioneer of the apitourism in Indonesia. The objective of this reserach are to analyze the service quality and customer satisfaction of Taman Wisata Lebah. Research method used in this research is quantitative. Respondent in this research are 100 respondents, using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Based on the calculation of CSI, the number is indicated that in general consumers of Taman Wisata Lebah are satisfied with the services provided. Findings. Based on the calculation of Importance Performance Analysis, there are five attributes with high importance and low performance and highly recomended to improve. The atributes consists of provide more safety equipment for customers, evaluate staff shifting schedule to ensure the existence of staff in field, improvement product knowledge for field staff, create safety box for bee colony. Overall, service quality in Taman Wisata Lebah is excellent.

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

<p>Customer is an important factor for the survival of a company. At a time, company sometimes didn’t know the level of customer satisfaction. If the company continues with this situation, the company would not know the next strategies to develop the company. There are many factors that connected with customer such as trust, facility and service quality. This research objective is to analyze if there is a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables which are trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable which is customers. In this research the object are the customers of PT Panah Persada Logisindo Semarang. The data sources are primary and secondary data using sampling technique of 80 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and partial significant between (t= 3,543 &gt; ttebal = 1, 99167) Trust, (t=4,976 &gt;ttebal=1,99167 ) Facility and (t =3,908 &gt; ttebal= 1, 99167) Service Quality effected by customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Keywords: Trust, Facility, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction</strong></p><p>Kepuasaan Pelanggan merupakan faktor penting terhadap kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Kepuasaan Pelanggandipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan, fasilitas dan Kualitas Pelayanaan. Perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian dan hipotesis pada latar belakang masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh yang positif baik secara individual dan simultan antara variabel independen yaitu kepercayaan, fasilitas, kualitas pelayanaan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasaan Pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini obyek yang diambil pengguna jasa Freight forwarder PT Panah Persana Logisindo Semarang Sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 80 responden teknik sampling yang digunakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis berganda dihasilkan persamaan : Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara ( t hitung = 3,543&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) kepercayaan, (t hitung4,976 &gt; t tabel =1,99167) Fasilitas ( t hitung = 3,908&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) Kualitas pelayanaan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Kepercayaan, Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelanggan. Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of good corporate governance and audit quality on fraud prevention. The research method used is quantitative method is a method of research data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The population used is all employees at CV. Agung Mas Motor, Sukabumi City, amounting to 35 people. The sample is determined by nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. Sources of data used in the form of data collection carried out through the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use hypothesis testing using SPSS 24. The results of research and data processing show that Corporate Governance has a significant effect on Fraud Prevention and Audit Quality that have no significant effect on Fraud Prevention. The results of simultaneous test between Corporate Governance and Quality Audit have a significant effect toward fraun prevention. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance dan kualitas audit terhadap pencegahan penipuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan analisis menggunakan statistik. Populasi yang digunakan adalah semua karyawan di CV. Agung Mas Motor, Kota Sukabumi, berjumlah 35 orang. Sampel ditentukan oleh nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam bentuk pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa Tata Kelola Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Penipuan sementara Kualitas Audit tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Penipuan. Hasil uji simultan antara Tata Kelola Perusahaan dan Audit Kualitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pencegahan kecurangan.

Tax reporting is the responsibility of taxpayers after making tax payments. The mismatch between the number of registered taxpayers and the number of taxpayers who report taxes is a separate problem for the government in managing the tax results received. Where the number who report taxes is very small compared to the number of registered taxpayers. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence individual taxpayer reporting compliance. The population used by all individual taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. While the sample was taken through simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques are data instrument test, classical assumptions, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results obtained, partially the application of e-filling and tax sanctions has a significant effect on tax reporting compliance while tax awareness and understanding have no significant effect. The f test results show that all the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable.
