The number of vehicles in Indonesia continues to increase every year. This also happened in Ponorogo regency. It will also be directly proportional to the number of people who have problems with their vehicles, such as leaked tire quotes for being nailed or other causes. And will also increase the need for tire services. For motorists who are less aware of the surrounding area when experiencing damage to motorcycle tires, then of course to find a place nearest tire patch will be quite difficult. Therefore in this study developed information media for Android-based applications to map the locations - tire patch locations in Ponorogo, as well as looking for the closest tire patch with the rider. This app is a location-based service (location-based service) to the driver with the nearest patch of the banal location. Based on the results of testing this application can help users find the location of location preservation, tar bambal patch location, tire repair shop list, and tire repair shop list distance. This application can also show each other the location in accordance with the location of google maps applications.

ABSTRACT -  Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) also known as UMKM is growing rapidly and has become one of many sectors to support the Indonesian Economy. The lack of ability to have NPWP has been a problem for UMKM and also people. The same problem also found at UMKM in Kangkung Village. The purpose of this community service is to train the entrepreneurs about preparing and register oneself to get a NPWP. This community service is consist of four steps which started by survey of service location then collecting data on village potentials and the role of the community , Preparation for the implementation of assistance and training and training activities. After participating in the training, the entrepreneurs become more understanding and can register NPWP. This community service is expected to be held continuously for the UMKM in Kangkung village Keywords: Small and Medium Enterprises, UMKM, NPWP

AbstractA critical requirement in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) is its ability to automatically discover existing services as well as their locations. Several solutions have been proposed in various communication domains which could be classified into two categories: (1) directory based, and (2) directory-less. The former is efficient but suffers from the amount of control messages being exchanged to maintain all directories in an agile environment. However, the latter approach attempts to reduce the amount of control messages to update directories, by simply sending broadcast messages to discover services; which is also a non-desirable approach in MANETs. This research work builds on top of our prior work (Nazeeruddin et al. in IFIP/IEEE international conference on management of multimedia networks and services, Springer, Berlin, 2006)) where we introduced a new efficient protocol for service discovery in MANETs (MSLD); a lightweight, robust, scalable, and flexible protocol which supports node heterogeneity and dynamically adapts to network changes while not flooding the network with extra protocol messages—a major challenge in today’s network environments, such as Internet of Things (IoT). Extensive simulations study was conducted on MSLD to: (1) initially evaluate its performance in terms of latency, service availability, and overhead messages, then (2) compare its performance to Dir-Based, Dir-less, and PDP protocols under various network conditions. For most performance metrics, simulation results show that MSLD outperforms Dir-Based, Dir-less, and PDP by either matching or achieving high service availability, low service discovery latency, and considerably less communication overhead.

The emergency service facilities location is one of the most important issues in the emergency management. This study focused on the location set covering problem (LSCP) for emergency service facilities under fuzzy environment. On the basis of defining the signed distance of trapezoidal fuzzy number, the ranking rules of trapezoidal fuzzy number are defined, the model of emergency service facilities location with fuzzy restraints is proposed, and the solution algorithm for the emergency service location based on the ordering rules of trapezoidal fuzzy number is given. Finally, a numerical simulation is used to illustrate the application of the method, which shows that the algorithm is feasible and advantageous.
