Today, with the increasingly rapid economic development and diversified consumer demands, the printing and publishing industry is also facing challenges and opportunities. Under this background, the emerging digital printing technology, which USES modern digital system to transmit graphic information to digital printing machine through network, has gradually become the core technical content of the printing field. Based on the emergence and characteristics of digital printing, this paper focuses on the application of digital printing technology in packaging printing, and predicts the future development trend of digital printing technology, hoping to help readers understand the knowledge of digital printing technology.

Oasis city ecological environment and socio-economic development is the only way to achieve regional sustainable development. The paper takes the use of Wuwei City in 2000-2010 statistics to simulate the next 10 years the sustainable development of the Urban System, using SD simulation model in system dynamics to comparative analysis three simulation program of complex systems including population, economy, water resources, land resources, environmental pollution and other subsystems, and explore the problems of Urban System sustainable development in Wuwei City in the future. The results showed that: only when the various factors within the system have maintained stable development trend, that steady economic development, population growth steady, steady increase water consumption, water emissions control increases, so that Wuwei City will maintain the situation of the balance between supply and demand of resources and environmental pollution, and improve and achieve ultimately the sustainable development of complex n Oasis city System.

Recent global economic and social challenges confirm the existence of a number of systemic problems in socio-economic relations. Thus, the spread of the concept of sustainable development, which combines social, environmental and economic aspects, became a characteristic feature of the global development trend in recent decades. Highly developed world countries are currently implementing the principles of social economy (a special state management model for socio-economic development) in their policies with the aim to overcome abovementioned challenges and to reach the millennium development goals. The implementation of these principles, realized by the state management in these countries during the last decades, enables us to evaluate the available results and highlight the characteristics of individual national business models of social economy. The study of the most important social and economic global indicators by means of modeling, clustering and regression analysis made it possible not only to emphasize the most important indicators characterizing socio-economic development, but also, taking into account the establishment of interrelationships between social and economic parameters, to single out separate groups of countries (exclusively the European region has been selected for the research) united by common principles and methods of social and economic policy and its implementation outcomes. The obtained results allow us to predict further trends of socio-economic development of separate groups of countries taking into account the available material and technical resources, the situation on the labor market and the level of competitiveness of national labor resources, the features of the functioning of the monetary and tax systems, etc. Given the results of clustering, it was possible to identify both specific models for socio-economic development specific to certain groups and their inherent tendencies of functioning. Besides, a set of specific methods and mechanisms of government control which are common and the best suitable for these systems is determined.

The sunrise industry of sports characteristic town under the transformation of economic development and the change of social demand contradiction is also a new growth point of sports industry economy. If we avoid homogeneous competition and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of small towns with sports characteristics, it will be a hot issue studied by scholars at home and abroad. The “Diamond Model” theory finds out the shortcomings of the development of sports characteristic towns by analyzing the factors of production, demand conditions, relevant supporting industries, and development strategies and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. MATLAB simulation results show that the “Diamond Model” theory can improve the comprehensive competitiveness of sports characteristic towns, reduce the consumption of existing resources, and make a good prediction of the future development trend. Therefore, Porter’s “Diamond Model” theory can provide guidance for the improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of sports characteristic towns, and this study can provide theoretical and case support for relevant domestic research.

The rates of growth and stability of economic development of the countries of the Portuguese world in the years 1870-2018 are investigated. The comparison has been carried out for 15 economic cycles, which are grouped into following historical periods: monarchical, dictatorial and democratic. The developed method for researching economic development policies makes it possible to quantitatively assess the historical fate of territories in terms of growth and risk. The indicators of the standard deviation of the growth rates of real gross domestic product were used as an indicator of sustainability. The features of progressive, regressive, conservative and aggressive policies of economic development are described. It is shown that during the entire studied period, only Spain which is beyond the Portuguese-speaking word demonstrated similarity in development with Portugal. Brazil's development trend deviated from the metropolis after 130 years of independence and 60 years of obvious institutional differences. African colonies in their turn immediately began to demonstrate a drastically different development policy. This proves that culture has a more significant and long-term impact on economic development than state and social institutions. The results obtained show that the Portuguese world has not formed a separate civilization with special and peculiar traits to be united with the common historical fate.

In order to explore the economic development trend in the postepidemic era, this paper improves the traditional clustering algorithm and constructs a postepidemic economic development trend analysis model based on intelligent algorithms. In order to solve the clustering problem of large-scale nonuniform density data sets, this paper proposes an adaptive nonuniform density clustering algorithm based on balanced iterative reduction and uses the algorithm to further cluster the compressed data sets. For large-scale data sets, the clustering results can accurately reflect the class characteristics of the data set as a whole. Moreover, the algorithm greatly improves the time efficiency of clustering. From the research results, we can see that the improved clustering algorithm has a certain effect on the analysis of economic development trends in the postepidemic era and can continue to play a role in subsequent economic analysis.
