The article deals with the problem of modeling the quality of e-services on the basis of evolution analysis and comparison of object factors of theories of technologies’ adoption and continuous use. The author identified and systematized factors of technology adoption in view of consumer characteristics of the service and showed the cyclic nature of model development, when from complicated composition of factors in initial models of technology diffusion and the theory of intellectual acts through simplified ideas of factors in the theory of technology adoption the shift to current complex multi-level models was accomplished. The analysis of theories of technology continuous use showed that they were based on traditional categories of quality, expectations, perception and satisfaction of customer, as well as on the phenomenon of intentions to continue the use, which is applied in the theory of marketing. The analysis gave the author an opportunity to find the necessity to study the essence and features of eservices on the basis of modeling the start and pilot quality of e-services. Such approach helps answer the questions, which usually are not studied in quality management: which characteristics of service are important for customer to make a decision about its use and how his/her ideas about elements of service quality are transformed with acquiring experience of its use. Start quality of e-services, in our opinion, is a totality of e-service characteristics, which influence customer’s expectations concerning its ability to meet his/her needs before customer gets a factual experience of the service use. Start quality impacts the decision about using the e-service. Experience quality means the ability of e-service to meet the changing needs of customer in the process or after its use, which affects satisfaction and intention to continue the use of the e-service. The author put forward the model correlating start and experience quality of e-services.

Mosquitoes are vectors of many pathogens which causes serious human diseases like Malaria, Filariasis, Japanese encephalitis, Dengue fever, Chikungunya, Yellow fever and Zika virus which constitute a major public health problem globally. Mosquito borne diseases cause high level of economic impact all over the world and result in millions of death every year. They infect around 700,000,000 people annually worldwide and 40,000,000 only in India. The continuous use of synthetic pesticides to control vector mosquitoes has caused physiological resistance, toxic effect on human health, environmental pollution and addition to these, its adverse effects can be observed on non-target organisms. Synthetic chemical pesticides have been proved to be effective, but overall in last 5 decades indiscriminate use of synthetic pesticides against vector borne disease control have originated several ecological issues due to their residual accumulation and development of resistance in target vectors and their chronic effects.

The present study sought to make a descriptive account of how forms language use is violence against young women. It specifically sought to identify various forms of linguistics violence against women and assess the diversity of such linguistics violence on the women’s self image. The study involved 107 students of different levels of secondary education out of whom 71 were females and 35 males. Data were gathered through questionnaire and observation. The findings revealed that linguistics violence is plural as it involved different forms and strategies which were captured under six themes: pejorizing, sexualizing, animalizing, feminizing, masculining and stupidizing. I was also noted that of the six forms of linguistics violence, pejorizing was the most prevalent and most diverse. However, it was sexualizing which was the most pervasive and the most offensive since the women’s sexual and excretory organs and processes are used as disgusting and sickening sight. Further, the continuous use of female-related body parts and psycho-sexual behaviors and processes has resulted in women being adversely affected so much that they are not only the source of linguistic repository from which insults are mined and served to male and female victims, but also the perpetrators of the same.
