Com base nas instruções do sistema Tesauro foi possível analisar, recuperar e indexar a informação, tornando o resgate desse tema disponível como um registro documental padronizado contribuindo para outros pesquisadores/estudiosos que demonstrem interesse na temática, seja pelo tema crustáceos ou pela estruturação.ABSTRACTThe thesaurus is a method of listing scheme that works as an instrument of document organization where words have a semantic relationship within a specific subject/theme, and this relationship is established hierarchically through descriptors that establish a pattern and greater specificity of the theme being worked on, from the chosen theme “Crustaceans used in Alagoas cuisine”. During the production of this article, it became noticeable that the literature on the theme of seafood on the coast of Alagoas is not arranged in an organized way, so it was found that the topic would be convenient for the elaboration of this experimental thesaurus. Based on the instructions of the Thesaurus system, it was possible to analyse, retrieve and index the information, making the rescue of this theme available as a standardized documental record, contributing to other researchers/scholars who show interest in the theme, whether by the theme of crustaceans or by structuring.

The environment is also called the natural environment is a phenomenon that forms around life rather than humans, either biotic or abiotic. The surrounding phenomenon that affects people is not limited to physical factors solely, on the contrary social factors play an important role to explain how human activity can affect the environment and the natural surroundings. The essence and falsafa of development is a change, growth and equity in all fields and dimensions to a better state. Development communication is part of a major process that requires social, economic, political and cultural change in line with the requirements of the local community. The simultaneous formulation of information dissemination carried out by radio, is no longer the only option of society, because the community has designed and determined what information they need. Television broadcasting has an influence on patterns of public action to model, imitate information gained through impressions. Community participation in safeguarding the environment to achieve harmonious and balanced development is the driving and driving force for social change to achieve sustainable development.

Information and telecommunication technologies have radically changed all social relations. This required corresponding changes in the information legislation. System of legal norms regulating information relations has been updated and increased. However, this changes did not improve legal regulation of information relations. Scientists emphasize that imperfection of information legislation depends on inadequacy of legal norms. Legal scholarship discover different defects of legal norms: antilogy, deficiency of law, inadequacy in logic, duplications and declarativity of norms. Legislation on information dissemination is also characterized by these defects. They entailed problems of application by the courts. Scientific immaturity of legal regulation of information relations is noted. The necessity for creating special legal act, which will regulate relations on information dissemination, is justified.

Abstract Motivation Deciphering the language of non-coding DNA is one of the fundamental problems in genome research. Gene regulatory code is highly complex due to the existence of polysemy and distant semantic relationship, which previous informatics methods often fail to capture especially in data-scarce scenarios. Results To address this challenge, we developed a novel pre-trained bidirectional encoder representation, named DNABERT, to capture global and transferrable understanding of genomic DNA sequences based on up and downstream nucleotide contexts. We compared DNABERT to the most widely used programs for genome-wide regulatory elements prediction and demonstrate its ease of use, accuracy and efficiency. We show that the single pre-trained transformers model can simultaneously achieve state-of-the-art performance on prediction of promoters, splice sites and transcription factor binding sites, after easy fine-tuning using small task-specific labeled data. Further, DNABERT enables direct visualization of nucleotide-level importance and semantic relationship within input sequences for better interpretability and accurate identification of conserved sequence motifs and functional genetic variant candidates. Finally, we demonstrate that pre-trained DNABERT with human genome can even be readily applied to other organisms with exceptional performance. We anticipate that the pre-trained DNABERT model can be fined tuned to many other sequence analyses tasks. Availability and implementation The source code, pretrained and finetuned model for DNABERT are available at GitHub (https://github.com/jerryji1993/DNABERT). Supplementary information Supplementary data are available at Bioinformatics online.

This study aimed to examine the effects of regulatory focus and emotions on water-saving information dissemination. The findings revealed that when water-saving information is framed with a prevention focus, sad emotion fosters more active willingness to engage with the information dissemination than cheerful emotion. However, a promotion focus coupled with cheerfulness is slightly more persuasive than a promotion focus coupled with sadness. Furthermore, compared to the individuals in the nonfit group of emotions who had a regulatory focus, the individuals in the fit group formed a more favorable water-saving attitude and demonstrated a slightly higher willingness to disseminate water-saving information. This article is the first to contribute to exploring the dissemination of water-saving information from the perspective of the interactive effect of individual cognitive motivation and emotion.
