The research presented in this paper is a literary analysis of 91 papers of 31 different journals of world recognition from different countries (England, Poland, Spain, China, Switzerland, Netherlands); focusing on productivity improvement inside a business through Internet of Things (IoT) in the manufacturing industry. It is essential to know the implications in the use of IoT for productivity improvement because IoT is having great influence in different context, one of them is businesses. The objective of this paper is to know the implications of the use of IoT to increase productivity, focusing on security and data privacy in the manufacturing sector. Suggestions are made regarding big data, digital manufacturing, the supply chain, cybersecurity, and monitoring and control systems for implementing IoT to improve productivity in a manufacturing industry. The use of new tools and technologies for improving productivity imply that the detailed aspects for its implementation must be analyze.

Research has been carried out on the use of the Internet of Things in smoke density levels monitoring and camera movement control. Internet of Things as long distance communication for monitoring and control systems. In this research, the system can detect smoke levels and can monitor it via an android phone, besides this system is equipped with camera movement control so that the camera position can be controlled remotely to be positioned towards the center/source where smoke is detected, so this system is needed as building and industry security as a fire prevention. This study uses a smoke density detection sensor type MQ-2, Arduino Uno as a controller, Esp8266 as a Wifi module and a servo motor as a camera driver. The results of the tests that have been carried out prove that the system has been successfully integrated and works according to the target, which is to detect the concentration of smoke and monitor remotely via an android phone and camera movement control properly.

The productivity of any organization can be increased by optimizing the work process. Low productivity of workers is one of the reason behind the delay in delivery in manufacturing sector we know that in manufacturing sector labor is prominent thing. Improving the productivity means to make the best possible use of available resources and achieve maximum output. This paper focuses on the productivity of machine as well as labor by using fixtures, updated systematic layout and use of material handling equipment. This paper also covers the, what is productivity, which factors are affecting on productivity and efficiency. Maximum efficiency or productivity is trademark of any successful organization The objective of this paper is to identify the problem in medium scale industry due to time and effort required for any operations is high To tackle and understand a detailed analysis regarding processes using time study and work study. Due to implementation of all the measures the productivity of an organization is increases resulting in reduced effort and time required for operation and all operations done optimally.

Statistical process monitoring and control has been popularized throughout the manufacturing industry as well as various other industries interested in improving product quality and reducing costs. Advances in this field have focused primarily on more efficient ways for diagnosing faults, reducing variation, developing robust design techniques, and increasing sensor capabilities. System level advances are largely dependent on the introduction of new techniques in the listed areas. A unique system level quality control approach is introduced in this paper as a means to integrate rapidly advancing computing technology and analysis methods in manufacturing systems. Inspired by biological systems, the developed framework utilizes immunological principles as a means of developing self-healing algorithms and techniques for manufacturing assembly systems. The principles and techniques attained through this bio-mimicking approach will be used for autonomous monitoring, detection, diagnosis, prognosis, and control of station and system level faults, contrary to traditional systems that largely rely on final product measurements and expert analysis to eliminate process faults.

The low cost effective wireless sensor network that The low cost effective wireless sensor network that allows for embedded system to monitor and control virtually any space and environment and to form the so called Internet of Things or Internet of Everything. The research work is intended to address a general problem associated with effective water utilization management, among others is the issue of water leakages, there is the need to effectively detect cases of leakages and address them appropriately. However, the sensitivity of the flow rate sensors used poses a number of challenges, hence the need to setup an appropriate calibration scheme that will allows for the flow rate sensor, effective adoption and usage ,isolating false alarm due to deficiencies associated with operation of the flow rate sensor as well as detecting leakages  . A frame work build around a flow rate sensor, solenoid valve, a microcontroller equipped with internet connectivity and a log in service monitoring and control platform on the cloud is used. Several simulated tests were carried out to explore a number of leakage scenarios. Based on the analysed data obtained overtime, appropriate algorithms were developed to allow for quick detection, remote monitoring and control of deduced cases of leakages. The work has significantly addressed the challenges poses to the effect leakages with the adopted framework.
