<p>The aim of this study is to determine whether E-Service Quality and E-Recovery influences repurchase intention in online stores in Surabaya by using customer loyalty as a mediator. This research was conducted from January 2020 to May 2020. The research method used was a survey method with a Likert scale. The population in this study was Surabaya residents who had already made a purchase in online stores. The researcher distributed 135 questionnaires to mostly 17-25 year old respondents, using purposive sampling methods. There were 117 respondent questionnaires that were suitable to be processed. Data analysis techniques using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9, PLS with structural equation analysis (SEM). The results show that the variable mediated by customer loyalty has a large influence on repurchase intention. In this study, it can be explained that there are significant influences between the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Recovery mediated by customer loyalty towards repurchase intention.</p><p><em><strong>Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia.</strong></em> P<em>enelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui</em><em> adakah pengaruh antara E-Service Quality dan E-Recovery terhadap niat beli kembali pada toko online di Surabaya dengan menggunakan loyalitas pelanggan sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Januari 2020 hingga Mei 2020. </em><em>Metode survei digunakan dalam peneltian ini dengan menggunakan skala likert</em><em>. Populasinya adalah orang Surabaya dan sudah melakukan pembelian di Toko Online. Peneliti membagikan 135 kuesioner kepada sebagian besar responden berusia 17-25 tahun, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Ada 117 responden yang cocok untuk diproses. Teknik analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.2.9 PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan analisis persamaan struktural (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang dimediasi oleh loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian kembali. </em><em>kemudian</em><em>, </em><em>dijelaskan lagi </em><em>terdapat pengaruh antara efek Kualitas E-Layanan dan E-Recovery yang dimediasi oleh loyalitas pelanggan terhadap niat pembelian kembali.</em></p>

This study investigates the effect of service quality and perceived price on customer satisfaction and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This study also seeks to determine the mediating role of customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and price perceptions and customer loyalty. This study focuses on observations on 100 students in Sidoarjo who have made purchases at Indomaret-Sidoarjo. The research hypothesis testing adopted the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique using SmartPLS. This study found that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty and perceived price also has a significant effect on customer loyalty. However, this research proves that service quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Purpose The abolishment of the wine tax in Hong Kong has led to increased wine consumption and increased demand for wine-related professionals, such as sommeliers. Yet the importance of sommeliers’ value-adding performance in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants has not been examined. To address this gap, the SERVQUAL framework is adopted to examine the influence of sommeliers’ service quality (SQ) on customer satisfaction (CS) and loyalty in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Design/methodology/approach The survey method is used to collect data from 302 units of the population of interest, partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to test the links between constructs. Findings Four of the seven dimensions of sommeliers’ service quality, namely, empathy, tangibles, credibility and assurance, have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, whereas the impact of perceived value and responsiveness on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is positive but only marginally significant. Reliability has a weak and non-significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Research limitations/implications Examining a small number of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong limits generalisation of the findings to other contexts. Replication of the research in different contexts will enhance generalizability. In terms of implications, the discussion highlights the importance of sommeliers’ service performance on customers’ SQ perceptions SQ, CS and loyalty, all of which are important variables for restaurateurs. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study of the influence of the quality of sommelier’s SQ on CS and loyalty in upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Given the lack of attention to this service role in the literature, the study contributes theory from which further understanding can develop.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-servicescape terhadap trust dan dampaknya pada repurchase intention.  Populasi adalah seluruh pelanggan Tokopedia yang berdomisili di Kota Denpasar yang sudah pernah berbelanja di Tokopedia. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui Google form. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu structural equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui program SmartPLS.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) aesthetic appeal secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap trust, 2) layout and functionality secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap trust, 3) financial security secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap trust, 4) trust secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi Tokopedia dalam membuat strategi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen agar pembelian kembali konsumen meningkat terutama melalui bagian dari e-servicescape.

The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship of service quality on agents’ satisfaction, service quality on agents’ loyalty, and satisfaction on loyalty when they used the insurance portal XYZNet as a digital tools provided by PT Asuransi XYZ Indonesia for their agents’ to increase market share in retail business in Indonesia. Where the portal was facing the challenge of the low number of usage. This study used a quantitative approach, involved 100 respondents which have minimum five times using this portal as samples. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with the help of SmartPLS version 3.2.8 software. The results indicated that service quality positively influenced agents’ satisfaction, satisfaction also positively influenced agents’ loyalty. However service quality did not significantly influenced agents’ loyalty. The finding also indicated that satisfaction was a significant variable that mediated the relationship between service quality and loyalty. The study gives positive impact to the future researchers to do similar study. Furthermore, the finding could help PT Asuransi XYZ Indonesia and insurance company in general to improve their service quality.

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of service quality, price perception, and trust directly on customer loyalty or indirectly through customer satisfaction. The population of this study was 100 Pertamina gas station customers in Jakarta. The data collection technique used is convenience sampling by distributing online questionnaires. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results of this study are service quality and trust affect customer loyalty directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction, but price perceptions can only affect customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga, dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 100 pelanggan SPBU Pertamina di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner daring. Data analisis dengan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pelanggan, tetapi persepsi harga hanya dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggansecara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pelanggan.

Background: Transportation is a service that Government across the world recognize as being an important facet in the advancement of environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable communities. However, the public transport usage is still much lower than automobile in most of the regions around the globe, and therefore,, novel strategies requires to be updated to promote the usage public transportation. Purpose: This research aims to explore the antecedents and consequences of customer/passenger’s satisfaction in the context of transportation industry in Ghana. In addition, to investigate the mediating role of customer satisfaction between service quality and customer loyalty. Design/methodology/approach: The study randomly selected respondents and data was collected through sharing online survey form generated using Google form. The study used partial least square structural equation modeling for the path analysis of 423 passengers of bus transport. Findings: The research findings of the study includes the direct positive and significant effect of service price and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention and customer loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction partially mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. Conclusion: This research has implications for practitioners and scholars interested in exploring importance of service quality and customer satisfaction in the context of transportation. It builds an empirical, hypothesized model, which has 38.5% explanatory power.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence and relationship of Service Quality, Brand Loyalty and Customer’s Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The subject of the research is Indonesian-based local restaurant Pizza E-Birra under the management of Ismaya Group. The research is based on quantitative research with non-probability purposive sampling as the sampling technique and the data will be analysed using SEM Structural Equation Model with Smart PLS 3.0 as analysis tool.The research is using 5 dimensions of Service Quality, which are Physical Evidence (Tangible), Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance as the independent variable and its impact toward Brand Loyalty as dependent variable and also measuring the Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The result show that all the hypotheses are accepted and some managerial implications needs to be done for management of Pizza E-Birra to improve their Service Quality which leads to their customer satisfaction overall for the dining experience hence will increase the level of brand loyalty among its patronage in the future ultimately. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Layanan (Service Quality) yang mempengaruhi Loyalitas Merek (Brand Loyalty) secara langsung dan pengaruhnya jika dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Pelanggan (Customer’s Satisfaction). Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 dimensi dari Kualitas Layanan (Service Quality) yaitu : Physical Evidence (Tangible), Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness dan Assurance, serta faktor Kepuasan Pelanggan (Customer’s Satisfaction) sebagai variabel mediasi, semuanya akan diteliti secara simultan untuk membuktikan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh variabel bebas dan mediasi tersebut  dalam mempengaruhi Loyalitas Merek (Brand Loyalty) pada restoran Pizza E Birra. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketiga hipotesa yang diajukan didukung, artinya Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap Loyalitas Merek, Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan dan yang terakhir Kualitas layanan berpengaruh pada loyalitas merek dengan mediasi kepuasan, dengan beberapa masukan kepada management Pizza E-Birra , untuk lebih memperbaiki tingkat kualitas layanan, yang berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan yang akhirnya akan mempengaruhi tingkat loyalitas merek atas restoran Pizza E-Birra.

Purpose Logistics service quality and customer loyalty have recently become the topic of discussion in both developing and under-developing countries. The purpose of this paper is to understand the logistics service quality factors contributing to customer loyalty in a developing country context. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 250 respondents who were direct or indirect clients of logistics firms, through online questionnaire distribution. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling was used to examine the hypothesized relationships. Findings The findings of this research revealed that operational logistics service quality (OLSQ) and relational logistics service quality have a significant impact on customer loyalty. Moreover, for enhancing customer loyalty, relationship quality is the key factor. Practical implications Research reveals that even in a developing country like Pakistan, it is important for carriers to establish high-level relational and OLSQ to satisfy shipper. It will correspondingly add worth to the discussion in the literature and it shall also provide the basis for future research studies. Originality/value The novelty of this paper is logistics service quality and its effect on customer loyalty from the perspective of a developing country, specifically due to geographical importance in the context of the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor.
