The concept of form stability is considered. A semifinished product in the form of a ring from a thermoplastic mass based on SiC powder has been made on the installation for injection molding developed at the Bakul Institute for Superhard Materials of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine  in accordance with the established technological parameters optimized by the results of computer modeling. Schemes of loading and dividing the ring into samples in the form of prismatic segments are presented. A technique for the preparation of experimental samples is proposed. The study of the compressive strength of the samples from the injected semi-finished product has been carried out on the FP-5 mechanical test machine and a corresponding здще of its change has been constructed. The formation of a barrel shape during compression tests of samples, both along the radial and tangential directions, has been established. The values of the minimum and maximum loads at which the samples are destroyed have been determined. An increase in the compaction of the thermoplastic mass around the injection point has been experimentally proved. The scheme and the actual image of crack distribution as a result of destruction of samples have been presented. It is shown that the failure occurs in the area of the presence of the calculated parting lines, which have become stress concentrators.

Mechanical test machines play an important role in providing simulation data to underpin careful analysis of high rate processes. In many cases elements of the test frame or testpiece can vibrate when subjected to a high rate force. The transducers attached to the machine frequently register this vibration superimposed on the true signal and thus may mask the signal required for analysis [1-4]. At impact all the parts of the test machine oscillate at their natural frequency (dependent on stiffness and mass). Ringing in test machines is determined by the rate at which the testpiece is deformed, the elastic characteristics of test material and resonances in components of load train anvils in compression. In the current work high rate hot compression tests are being developed to underpin best practice measurement guides on test methods for studying the dependence of strength on deformation rate and temperature, [5-7]. At higher rates of deformation ringing is observed in the transducer signals for load and displacement and this measurement note summarises the results of systematic tests to investigate this issue. A purpose built software tool was developed for analysing the time dependence of the transducer signals.

The report is based on the first results of the study "The History of the Evangelical Christians-Baptists in Ukraine", carried out in 1994-1996 by the joint efforts of the Department of Religious Studies at the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Odessa Theological Seminary of Evangelical Christian Baptists. A large-scale description and research of archival sources on the history of evangelical movements in our country gave the first experience of fruitful cooperation between secular and church researchers.

Under this name, on November 20-21, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference took place in Poltava, which became one of the many events devoted to the 2000th anniversary of the Nativity of Christ. Its organizers were Poltava Regional State Administration, Department of Religious Studies at the Institute of Philosophy named after G. Skovoroda, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Poltava State Pedagogical Institute. VG Korolenko. The conference was attended by scholars: religious scholars, historians, philosophers, ethnographers, cultural experts, teachers from Kyiv, and many regions of Ukraine.

Since ancient time, herbal drugs were highly used in the prevention and cure of various human illnesses. In India, Azadirachta indica being commonly known as Neem or Margosa is one of the multi-functional trees; belonging to Meliaceae family. In 1992, the US National Academy of Sciences was published a report entitled ‘Neem- a tree for solving global problems’. It is still considered as ‘village dispensary’ throughout the India. There are two species of Azadirachta which have been investigated; Azadirachta indica that is found in the Indian subcontinent and Azadirachta excelsa Kack that is homegrown to Indonesia and Philippines. A large number of pharmacologically active substances have been identified and isolated from the different parts of neem including azadirachtin, meliacin, gedunin, salanin, nimbin, valassin and various other components which are derived from these main compounds. Many different studies have been evaluated and authenticated for its various traditional and pharmacological activities like itching, leprosy, wound healing, spermicidal, anti-inflammatory, insecticidal, antidiabetic and analgesic etc. In the beginning of 1979, patenting on neem was started by CSIR to separate the active compounds from neem oil. Its great implantation fights with soil erosion, global warming, deforestations and desertification world-wide. In 2002, World Neem Conference raised the neem tree as an industrial or commercial plant. This review is going to explore comprehensively; traditional, pharmacological potential along with patenting, environmental & industrial significant of various parts of neem tree with safety concerns.
