The problem of finding linear unbiased estimates of the linear operator of unknown matrices — components of the observations vector, is investigated. It is assumed that the observation vector additively depends on a random vector with zero expected value, and the unknown correlation matrix belongs to a known bounded set. For the introduced class of linear estimates, necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions of operator equations that determine the unknown parameters of the vector estimate, are proved. The form of the guaranteed mean square error of the estimate is introduced on the sets of constraints of the problem parameters. The influence on the linear unbiased estimate of small perturbations of known rectangular matrices, which are the composites of the observations vector components, is also investigated. The analytical form is given through the parameters of the perturbed set of singularities for the introduced special operators that depend on a small parameter, which determine the corresponding operator equations, as well as their approximate solutions, in the first approximation of the small parameter method. A test example of solving the problem of finding a linear unbiased estimate under the condition of perturbation of both linearly independent and linearly dependent known observation matrices is presented.

The paper considers the issues of constructive analysis of the de la Vallee – Poussin boundary-value problem for the second-order linear matrix differential Lyapunov equation with a parameter and variable coefficients. The initial problem is reduced to an equivalent integral problem, and to study its solvability a modification of the generalized contraction mapping principle is used. A connection between the approach used and the Green’s function method is established. The coefficient sufficient conditions for the unique solvability of this problem are obtained. Using the Lyapunov – Poincaré small parameter method, an algorithm for constructing a solution has been developed. The convergence and the rate of convergence of this algorithm have been investigated, and a constructive estimation of the region of solution localization is given. To illustrate the application of the results obtained, the linear problem of steady heat conduction for a cylindrical wall, as well as a two-dimensional matrix model problem is considered. With the help of the developed general algorithm, analytical approximate solutions of these problems have been constructed and on the basis of their exact solutions a comparative numerical analysis has been carried out.

The vibration characteristics of a nonuniform, flexible and free-flying slender rocket experiencing constant thrust is investigated. The rocket is idealized as a classic nonuniform beam with a constant one-dimensional follower force and with free-free boundary conditions. The equations of motion are derived by applying the extended Hamilton’s principle for non-conservative systems. Natural frequencies and associated mode shapes of the rocket are determined using the relatively efficient and accurate Adomian modified decomposition method (AMDM) with the solutions obtained by solving a set of algebraic equations with only three unknown parameters. The method can easily be extended to obtain approximate solutions to vibration problems for any type of nonuniform beam.

In this paper, the complex projection synchronization problem of fractional complex-valued dynamic networks is investigated. Considering the time-varying coupling and unknown parameters of the fractional order complex network, several decentralized adaptive strategies are designed to adjust the coupling strength and controller feedback gain in order to investigate the complex projection synchronization problem of the system. Moreover, based on the designed identification law, the uncertain parameters in the network can be estimated. Using adaptive law which balances the time-varying coupling strength and the feedback gain of the controller, some sufficient conditions are obtained for the complex projection synchronization of complex networks. Finally, numerical simulation examples are provided to illustrate the efficiency of the complex projection synchronization strategies of the fractional order complex dynamic networks.

The response of a cantilever beam with a lumped mass attached to its free end subject to harmonical excitation at the base is investigated by means of the Optimal Homotopy Asymptotic Method (OHAM). Approximate accurate analytical expressions for the solutions and for approximate frequency are determined. This method does not require any small parameter in the equation. The obtained results prove that our method is very accurate, effective and simple for investigation of such engineering problems.

В работе изучается задача граничного управления для вырождающегося гиперболического уравнения второго порядка. Установлены необходимые и достаточные условия управляемости данными Коши за минимальный промежуток времени. Граничные управления предъявлены в явном аналитическом виде. The paper studies the boundary control problem for a degenerate second-order hyperbolic equation. Necessary and sufficient conditions are established for minimal time controllability over Cauchy data. Boundary controls are presented in an explicit analytical form.

The paper deals with the Korteweg-de Vries equation with variable coefficients and a small parameter at the highest derivative. The asymptotic step-like solution to the equation is obtained by the non-linear WKB technique. An algorithm of constructing the higher terms of the asymptotic step-like solutions is presented. The theorem on the accuracy of the higher asymptotic approximations is proven. The proposed technique is demonstrated by example of the equation with given variable coefficients. The main term and the first asymptotic approximation of the given example are found, their analysis is done and statement of the approximate solutions accuracy is presented.
