The YouTube platform is pointed as a space for growth of the evangelization on the internet. Evangelical youtubers use it for both evangelization and to gain visibility through it, by reaching a larger number of people, which is not possible in traditional evangelization events. Therefore, the aim of this article is to investigate how non-leader women in their religious segments conduct evangelization through their own production. To achieve this purpose we analyzed the 10 most viewed videos on FafisMelo and FabiBertotti channels. While Fabiana approaches the issues from a biblical perspective, quoting verses in her speech, and says how a Christian should act in many everyday situations, especially sexual ones, Fabiola evangelizes more directly in a few videos, although she frequently presents Christian dialects and biblical principles in your thoughts.

Within the different lessons that develop in the courses of Primary Education and Master of Teacher Education, a principal aspect is the professional competence and teacher’s noticing (Mason, 2002). Through this, the students, as future teachers, begins to interpret the teaching situations and reflects on how learning to learners in the different classrooms and subjects occurs. One of several proposals for improving this educational look passes through the new possibilities of the Internet. In this paper we analyze some teacher’s blogs as a platform for the development of this "teacher’s noticing" and reading competence. We start from general examples of educational thinking and educational action blogs (Balagué and Zayas, 2007) to focus on teaching of language and literature and children's literature, spaces of academic reflection on literary education, reading comprehension and e-literacy.After analysis of twenty-five models we conclude that all these spaces allow us to develop the professional noticing of students to teachers of different educational stages. Reading comprehension of the content contained in these blogs allows students to demonstrate the development of the noticing.

Pre-service teachers who use the Internet both for course preparation and student resources need to be aware of and also help their future students understand the influences under which the Internet operates. In this paper, the authors explore pre-service teachers’ awareness of Internet hegemonies and investigate whether and how this awareness changes after a classroom lesson, activity, and practice focused on media literacy. Qualitative methods were chosen to deeply explore the teacher education students’ ideas about, perceptions of, and process for considering the issues raised. Seventy teacher education students participated, and the data indicate that even brief exposure to media literacy principles might make a difference in the ways that teachers perceive and use computer-based media. Implications and suggestions for teacher education are noted and proposals for further research included.

In New Zealand, teachers and students have been collaborating through digital connections since the early 1990s. Digital integration began as a structural collaboration between rural schools to share staff and resources, developing in a second stage to include regional intranets. In 2007 it is possible to collaborate with the global educational environment from within a classroom or office. A third stage of digital integration in schools is emerging as a result of students and teachers being connected to the internet through broadband, using web 2.0 applications to construct knowledge collaboratively beyond the classroom walls. This paper outlines the three stages and examines their implications for teacher education.

This chapter presents a survey aimed at identifying the level of usability and applicability of interoperable educational tools in Nigeria language teacher education. The background summarizes the benefits of e-technologies in learning process. It then explores the different types of interoperable tools and e-competencies required by pre-service teachers in a second language context. Utilising one Nigerian University as a case study, the survey sampled one hundred teacher trainees selected from 300 level English Education students’ of the Department of Arts and Social Science Education, University of Lagos, Nigeria. Two research questions were posited while two instruments- the Internet Application Competence Assignment (IACA) and the Internet Literacy Competency Questionnaire (ILCQ) were used in data sourcing. Analysis of data involved descriptive and inferential statistics. On the whole, findings show that 39% of the pre-service teachers operated within low level Internet skills, 49% were able to operate within higher competency level while the consolidated level skills posed the most difficult area of competency in usability of interoperable educational tools in language teacher education. The chapter ends with proposed solutions and recommendations for futuristic research directions within the context of global e-learning support.

The habit of cohabitation is an increasing phenomenon in our society. It is usually seen as a trial marriageto test the compatibility of the partners involved. Although it has become socially acceptable, it contradicts the most fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith. The question is therefore whether cohabitation could indeed be accepted as a trial marriageor even a marriage that differs in name only. Unfortunately most Christians find it difficult to give an answer to this question because they are not properly informed of the biblical view in this regard. Biblical direction is therefore important. This is done from a dogmatic-ethical perspective. The emphasis is not on counselling or the exegesis of certain scriptures as such, but on relevant biblical principles concerning this topic. This does not mean that scriptural passages could be ignored. It stands to reason that biblical principles should be derived from specific Scriptures, and the aim is to deal with these Scriptures in a responsible way. This means, inter alia, that context and historical background are important. In doing so, these principles will not only be identified as guidelines in dealing with the habit of cohabitation, but also as principles that make sense in applying them. This was done by identifying some of the problems involved in cohabitation, followed by a biblical perspective of that which constitutes marriage over against cohabitation.
