<p>Setiap orang menginginkan keamanan dan kenyamanan di rumahnya, sebab keamanan dan kenyamanan hal yang sangat penting. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah sistem keamanan untuk menjaga kenyamanan rumah dari tindakan pencurian, kebakaran, ataupun bahaya lainya yang dapat mengganggu keamanan dan kenyamanan rumah tersebut. <em>Context Aware Smart Home</em> merupakan istilah bagi <em>smart home</em> yang mempunyai kecerdasan untuk melakukan otomasi perangkat rumah berdasarkan konteks dari penghuni tersebut. Paper ini bertujuan mengevaluasi dua fitur utama smart home yaitu <em>remote access</em> dan <em>home automation</em> untuk menunjang <em>context aware smart home</em><em> systems</em>. Artikel ini disusun dengan menerapkan metode analisis kritis terhadap literatur yang dipublikasikan sejak 2006 hingga 2018 dalam jurnal maupun prosiding berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Sebagai tindak lanjut penelitian di masa depan, artikel ini mengusulkan dikembangkannya rancangan sistem <em>smart home</em> berbasis <em>Internet of Things</em> yang menjadi solusi menjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan rumah. Berbagai fitur perancangan ini mempertimbangkan kapabilitas Wemos sebagai pengontrol utama sistem <em>context-aware smart home.</em><em></em></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci : </strong><em>Context-aware smart home, Internet of Thing</em><strong></strong></p>

This investigation presents a Zigbee and Sip based smart home system(ZSS) that automates home-service operations and remote access. The ZSS home system comprises five subsystems,namely home automation network,home IP netework,home gateway,remote access unit, and cloud service unit. The home automation network is a wireless sensor network , responsible to sample sensors data and control actuators by Zigbee instructions. Security system adopts IP network technology to  transmit videos from IP cameras to remote units. A home gateway middleware is designed to extract atomic service provied by a single device, then customize service rules which can meet variable user demands.Peer to peer transparent data channels between remote mobile phones and home devices are set up by Sip framework to overcome connection issues due to network address translation and dymaic public IP address. A novel  data stream algorithm named GCOKDE is exploited to get probability density distribution of environmental parameters which can be uesd for the condition value of service rule.At the end,this study constructes a prototype to reveal the procedure of realization.

Interacting with modern technology using the Internet provides a large number of remote control mechanisms. All of them somehow work with packet data transmission, but differ from each other by algorithms of packet formation, their transmission, as well as encryption methods. Remote access tools are mechanisms for communication both locally and globally (on the Internet). The purpose of this article is to develop a secure Protocol for “smart home” remote control technology. In the course of the study, a method was developed to control the devices of the “Internet of things” using the channel of information transmission in the form of instant messaging system on the Internet. The result of this work is a developed mechanism for secure data exchange between the client and the “smart home” server. This Protocol is a unique solution for protecting information exchange channels in the field of “Internet of things” devices, as well as the whole concept of “smart home”. The implementation of the tasks is fully achieved, and this Protocol can be used in real conditions. The relevance of protecting information in “smart homes” is a fundamental point in developing this technology. Developing this Protocol allows you to bring the information security of homes to a new level. The project can be used in mass use, and the safe mechanism can become an integral part in the homes of the future.

Now a day's technology is increasing rapidly. Automation in security part makes it progressively credible. There are numerous electrical hardware's are accessible in home which are in need of observing from a remote territory all at once. IoT (internet of things) is developing to an immense degree. it includes coordinated effort of various gadgets and at last accomplishing effective home automation as one application. It allows controlling home machines throughout the web. The house computerization is controlling the light ON/OFF condition using blynk app. This paper report overall mechanization and protection system. If a burglar is detected, the safety system is capturing the picture and sends it e-mails to the user. To trigger the alarm as well.
