This paper report on research and fabrication of an electric vehicle prototype that will be capable of balancing itself without human effort. This vehicle will be implementing a control moment gyroscope for balancing purpose. The project also concerned about the environmental effects of conventional internal combustion Engines and to effectively use the alternative propulsion system which is electric traction system, where using Electric motors the vehicle is propelled. The system uses a control moment gyroscope to static balancing of the vehicle and using its angular momentum and precessional moment. Along with the fact that it uses a electric traction motor he implementation of new optimizations for power and mileage the efficiency is improved.

The Central University of Technology (CUT) in South Africa compels that all programmes without a Mathematics module to offer Numeracy to first-year students. Initially, the Department of Mathematical and Physical Sciences at CUT was requested to facilitate this module from 2014 within the first semester. However, Numeracy was offered in a general manner without considering the applicability to the Design and Studio Art programme. The aim of this study was to revise the current curriculum and modify it to be applicable to the Design and Studio Art programme. Thus, the objectives of this study were firstly, to identify the gap in the current curriculum, which related to mathematical concepts within the Numeracy module which seemed to be not applicable to this programme. Secondly, to identify the mathematical concepts within the Numeracy module that could possibly be applicable to this Programme and modify them, accordingly. These concepts were identified as geometry, ratios and proportions, scale drawings, grid system, units and conversions. The final objective of this study related to the teaching of these concepts into the programme. The purpose of this paper report on the reflective observations on the revision and modification of the curriculum, more specifically on the application of these concepts in the Drawing module of the Design and Studio Art programme. A qualitative research approach was employed through reflective observations by the lecturer in the drawing lesson of 38 students who were enrolled on this programme. An analysis was further done on students’ abilities to apply mathematical concepts in their drawing project and what they have learnt in the Numeracy module. Findings revealed students’ abilities to apply mathematical concepts with ease- this after the lecturer explained the relations amongst these concepts to drawing. It appeared as though this intervention benefited mostly the students who were struggling with drawing. A key recommendation is that the application of the stated mathematical concepts be practiced in other modules within the Design and Studio Art programme at CUT.

This paper report are design of autoloader center less grinding To reduce the man power during the total process of Top Link Crank Shaft. To reduce the Muri (for loading the 0.750 kg's part one by one in centre less grinding manually). Due to manual loading process production is depend on operator. , Delay for loading job or excess pressure applied on job during Grinding Incomplete grinding , Chances of accident , Extra load on centre less grinding machine (Grinding Wheel, Control Wheel & Carbide Plate).

Megaduodenum is a clinical syndrome which is characterized by the remarkable expansion of duodenum. Megaduodenum can be caused by mechanical or functional chronic duodenal obstruction. Functional chronic duodenal obstruction of megaduodenum in children is a clinical syndrome characterized by non-mechanical obstruction of the duodenum and marked expansion. It is an extremely rare congenital disease. Our paper report a 1-year-old girl with functional chronic duodenal obstruction caused by megaduodenum.

Synthetic cannabinoids are commonly known as Gorillas Tobacco, Hanomans Tobacco or Ganeshas Tobacco in Indonesia. Those products are camouflaged as a tobacco related to the number of smokers in Indonesia. The 5F-ADB (5F-MDMB-PINACA) has become an issue since 2016. It was undetectable by conventional drug testing methodology such as immunoassay method. GC-MS as a routine method analysis is not recommended also for detecting the metabolites from biological specimen with low concentration. The paper report LC-HRMS based method for identification of 5F-ADB and its metabolites in urine sample. Various of volume injections (1, 3, and 6 µL) was studied. Sample was acidified with concentrate of HCl, then undergo extraction with EXtrelut® Column NT3 prior to LC-HRMS analysis. The full method was operated for MS/dd-MS2 identification. The 5F-ADB and its ester hydrolysis metabolite, 5F-ADB metabolite 7 (C19H27FN3O3+) was detected in urine sample.

The COVID-19 outbreak dramatically changed hospital everyday life, impairing the course of previous routine activity, also in urology. In the next months, together with keeping the focus on the prevention of contagion recrudescence, the health care system will face another stringent issue, i.e. to restore all the services not COVID-related. Leonardi et al. in their paper report an equilibrate overview on the incoming “Phase 2”, in order to set up so-called COVID-free hospitals and departments. The authors offer an insight from a practical point of view, detailing protocols for any of the steps of the path of care, from the outpatient visit to surgery

This paper report presents the interdisciplinary science showcased at the Young Scientists Retreat 2019. The retreat was jointly organized by young researchers from Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência (Portugal) and Institut Curie (France) and took place in Pedrógão Pequeno, a small village in the central region of Portugal in September 2019. Three keynote speakers were invited to present their work, Alfonso Martinez-Arias, Biola Javierre Martínez, and Sara Magalhães. In addition, accepted talks and posters from young researchers were presented at the retreat. Talks were organized in sessions, which included: epigenetics and evolution, immunology, cell biology and metabolism, biostatistics and public health, biophysics, proliferation and morphogenesis, and cell polarity. A post-retreat survey, complied both by IGC attendees as well as a sample of non-attendees, discovered the existence of barriers that prevented the full participation of some junior scientists, especially female postdocs and postdocs with families. We discuss ways in which future retreats could help address this and additional issues common to young researchers in general.
