<p>This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, competence and governance to employee performance and quality asset management at the regional Work Units (SKPD) of The Makassar city government. This research is an explanatory research,  by observing cross-section a on the 203 civil servants who work in the 64 Regional Work Units (SKPD SKPD) Government of Makassar, using total sampling as sampling technique. Analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) through Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) Ver. 18 is used as a data analysis tool.  </p>Hypothesis testing results provide evidence that organizational commitment, competence and good governance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitments have a negative and significant effect on the quality of asset management. The different results shown on the competence, good governance and employee performance are positive and significant effect on the Quality asset management for local Governments. Organizational commitment and competence indirectly significant effect on the quality asset management for local Governments: The mediating role of employee performance. On the other mediator variable testing, good governance indirectly has a significant effect on the quality of asset management: The mediating role of employee performance.

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can increase employee performance which affects achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study to determine mediating role of organizational commitment on work satisfaction and performance of employees of Krisna by Typical Bali I. The population of this study were 55 people, with a saturated sample method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews, analyzed by SEM - PLS. The test results shows job satisfaction has significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has positive significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has negative significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has  positive significant effect in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The company is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee commitment to the company so that employee performance will increase. This can be realized by treating employees well, giving awards to employees with good performance Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of caring climate on employee performance by mediating variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to gender proportions. Caring climate is a way for people to make decisions that prioritize the welfare of all people. The sample of this study was 96 employees of Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang. Fit test is conducted to find out whether the research model meets the structural equation model assumptions or not, the data is said to be fit after deleting 10 data, so that the remaining 86 sample data. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the AMOS program. The results of this study are that Caring climate influences organizational commitment through the mediating role of job satisfaction, Caring climate influences employee performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction, but Caring climate does not affect employee performance through the mediating role of organizational commitment, Job satisfaction does not affect employee performance through the mediating role of organizational commitment, and Gender becomes a differentiator in the perception of male and female respondents towards caring climate, employee performance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh caring climate terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi variabel kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi menurut proporsi gender. Caring climate merupakan cara orang dalam mengambil keputusan yang mengutamakan kesejahteraan semua orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 96 karyawan Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata Semarang. Uji fit dilakukan pertama untuk mengetahui model penelitian memenuhi asumsi model persamaan struktural atau tidak, data dikatakan fit setelah menghapus 10 data, sehingga tersisa 86 data sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Caring climate berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui peran mediasi kepuasan kerja, Caring climate berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui peran mediasi kepuasan kerja, tetapi Caring climate tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui peran mediasi komitmen organisasi, Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui peran mediasi komitmen organisasi, dan Gender menjadi pembeda persepsi responden laki-laki dan perempuan terhadap caring climate, kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi.

Police officers duties and roles in today’s democratic society are getting complex. As theparty whose responsibility is to enforce law and order, it makes their performance matter themost. This research is aimed to figure out the effect of organizational culture on employeeperformance with the mediating role of organizational commitment. The researchmethodology that used in this study is a case study with survey research method. Purposivesampling technique is used to determine the sample for this research. The sample of thisresearch are 200 police officers of Polres Ciamis. SPSS and Amos statistical software arebeing used for data analysis purpose. The results of this study indicate that organizationalculture has a positive effect on both organizational commitment and employee performance.Additionally, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance aswell as mediating the causal relationship between organizational culture and jobperformance. The result of this study is expected to give the implications to Polres Ciamis inincreasing the performance of its officers.

The success of an organization is not only determined by natural resources but human resources (HR) depending on the quality and behaviors that arise within the organization. Expected behavior is behavior that can improve the quality of the organization, namely Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of the study was to explain and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational support for OCB mediated by organizational commitment. This research was conducted in the Department of Manpower and Energy and Mineral Resources of Bali Province as many as 100 civil servants using non probability sampling methods, collected through questionnaires using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, path analysis and sobel test. The results showed that Organizational Culture, Organizational Support and Organizational Commitment each had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as well as the mediating role of Organizational Commitment to OCB that strengthened the relationship between organizational culture and organizational support. The Department of Manpower and Energy and Mineral Resources must pay attention to the existing organizational culture within the organization and organizational support that must be improved so that OCB behaviors can be improved for better quality employees. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of authentic leadership (AL) on employee performance (EP) and to examine the mediating role of organizational commitment (OC). Design/methodology/approach Data were obtained from all employees (216) of tourism agencies in Guilan province (Iran) using a 19-item survey. In total, 173 questionnaires were returned, yielding a response rate of 80 percent. A mediation model was outlined and tested using structural equation modeling. Findings The results showed that AL had a significant effect on EP and OC. The findings further demonstrated the significance of the relationship between OC and EP confirming the mediating role of OC. Practical implications This study suggests that managers can promote OC and consequently EP by adopting an AL style. In addition, the managerial and theoretical foundations generated by this study can be considered a solution for improving EP. Originality/value This study contributes to the EP literature by providing a plausible explanation of the mediating role of OC in connecting AL to EP.

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of empowerment and compensation on employee performance is mediated by organizational commitment. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 honorary employees in regional organizations in Denpasar using the proportionate random sampling method. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of PLS ​​analysis show that empowerment, compensation, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance. Finally, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on mediating empowerment and compensation for employee performance. The results of this study imply that empowerment and compensation are important factors in improving employee performance. In addition, the mediating role of organizational commitment can also contribute to improving performance. The management of each regional apparatus organization in Denpasar City needs to pay attention to these matters so that organizational goals can be achieved.
