Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can increase employee performance which affects achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study to determine mediating role of organizational commitment on work satisfaction and performance of employees of Krisna by Typical Bali I. The population of this study were 55 people, with a saturated sample method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews, analyzed by SEM - PLS. The test results shows job satisfaction has significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has positive significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has negative significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has  positive significant effect in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The company is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee commitment to the company so that employee performance will increase. This can be realized by treating employees well, giving awards to employees with good performance Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment variables on variable job satisfaction and turnover intention of contract employees at PT. Kharisma Duta Anggada. The population of this study was 187 people, with sampling using a saturated sample method. Methods of collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires were analyzed using path analysis and sobel test. The test results of getting job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention through mediating organizational commitment. The results of this study are expected to benefit employees of PT. Kharisma Duta Anggada and company leader. The company is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee commitment to the company so that the employee turnover intention level will be lower. This study investigated the impact of emotional leadership of leaders on organizational commitment of hotel employees, as well as the mediating role of job satisfaction. The results indicate that: (1) Emotional leadership and job satisfaction have positive effects on organizational commitment. (2) Emotional leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. (3) Job satisfaction plays a mediating role between emotional leadership and organizational commitment.

Employee performance is important because it is the foundation and direction of every organization. In this paper, we attempt to investigate the effect of self-efficacy on organizational commitment and employee performance, then the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. The objectivity of the study refers to 100 informant units obtained through a survey of employees in the Tourism and Culture Office of East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. The sampling approach uses a saturated sample method with Structural Equation Medelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). These findings indicate that self-efficacy has a significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Similar to the previous results, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. With these findings, it can contribute to the role of a leader who must have optimal leadership characteristics, so that self-efficacy, organizational commitment, and employee performance continue to be optimal as expected.

This study aims to analyze the effect of caring climate on employee performance by mediating variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to gender proportions. Caring climate is a way for people to make decisions that prioritize the welfare of all people. The sample of this study was 96 employees of Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang. Fit test is conducted to find out whether the research model meets the structural equation model assumptions or not, the data is said to be fit after deleting 10 data, so that the remaining 86 sample data. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the AMOS program. The results of this study are that Caring climate influences organizational commitment through the mediating role of job satisfaction, Caring climate influences employee performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction, but Caring climate does not affect employee performance through the mediating role of organizational commitment, Job satisfaction does not affect employee performance through the mediating role of organizational commitment, and Gender becomes a differentiator in the perception of male and female respondents towards caring climate, employee performance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh caring climate terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi variabel kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi menurut proporsi gender. Caring climate merupakan cara orang dalam mengambil keputusan yang mengutamakan kesejahteraan semua orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 96 karyawan Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata Semarang. Uji fit dilakukan pertama untuk mengetahui model penelitian memenuhi asumsi model persamaan struktural atau tidak, data dikatakan fit setelah menghapus 10 data, sehingga tersisa 86 data sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Caring climate berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui peran mediasi kepuasan kerja, Caring climate berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui peran mediasi kepuasan kerja, tetapi Caring climate tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui peran mediasi komitmen organisasi, Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui peran mediasi komitmen organisasi, dan Gender menjadi pembeda persepsi responden laki-laki dan perempuan terhadap caring climate, kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi.

Police officers duties and roles in today’s democratic society are getting complex. As theparty whose responsibility is to enforce law and order, it makes their performance matter themost. This research is aimed to figure out the effect of organizational culture on employeeperformance with the mediating role of organizational commitment. The researchmethodology that used in this study is a case study with survey research method. Purposivesampling technique is used to determine the sample for this research. The sample of thisresearch are 200 police officers of Polres Ciamis. SPSS and Amos statistical software arebeing used for data analysis purpose. The results of this study indicate that organizationalculture has a positive effect on both organizational commitment and employee performance.Additionally, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance aswell as mediating the causal relationship between organizational culture and jobperformance. The result of this study is expected to give the implications to Polres Ciamis inincreasing the performance of its officers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. The number of samples taken was 65 employees, with the method used was the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis (path analysis) and multiple analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the better the transformational leadership carried out by the leader the employee's performance will increase as well. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, this means the better leadership of a leader will increase employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work motivation provided, the better the employee's performance increases. Work motivation is positive and significant in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance.  The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of ethical leadership and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and to know the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of ethical leadership on job satisfaction. The populatio used in this study was all permanent employees at DharmawYadnya Hospital and used a sample of 98 people using saturated sample method. DataRwere analyzed using Partial Least Squares. The results of the study found that ethical leadership and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational commitment is found to mediate ethical leadership to job satisfaction. The implications of this study to improve job satisfaction with regard to the ethical leadership of the director or management have not disciplined employees who violate ethical standards, so directors or management utilize absentees to deduct employee salaries or provide warnings. Decision making procedures in the company also have not created a fair and balanced perception related to the objective or not the decisions taken by the director or management thus need to do transparasi related information.

The objectives of this study is to know: 1) Is work environment has positive effect on organizational commitment, 2) Is job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, 3) Is work stress has negative effect on organizational commitment. The data collection in this study is done using questionnaires to the kindergarten and elementary teachers in school X at West Jakarta. Teachers at School X were recruited as participants using saturated sample method. Partial Lease Square analysis was conducted using SmartPLS3.0 Program to analyze the data. The finding of this study are that work environment, job satisfaction have positive effect on organizational commitment. On the other hand, work stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment. Contribution of this study can provide input to school X management to maintain and manage work environment, job satisfaction, and work stress to make it better in order teachers can give better contribution on their performance and decide to work in the same school for the longer period time. Keywords—Work Environment; Job Satisfaction; Work Stress; Organizational Commitment Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) Apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, 3) Apakah stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada guru TK dan guru SD di sekolah X di Jakarta Barat. Guru di Sekolah X direkrut sebagai responden menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis partial lease square-structural equation modeling (pls-sem) dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS3.0 untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Di sisi lain, stres kerja memiliki efek negatif pada komitmen organisasi. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada manajemen sekolah X untuk memelihara dan mengelola lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja lebih baik agar guru dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dari kinerja mereka dan mutuskan untuk tetap bekerja di sekolah yang sama dalam periode waktu yang lebih lama.
