Decision support system is a computer-based system that is used to solve problems by semi-structured and unstructured conditions. In this case, the best solution can be found from certain criteria and provided alternatives and is easy to use by users. In this study, researchers designed and built a website-based decision support system to select athletes in PERBASASI Malang with the provided test criteria, namely the hit test, catch test, throw test, and run test. The purpose of this study was to provide recommendations for participants who passed the selection based on test scores that have been processed using the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method. From the results of calculations, the use of the VIKOR method for this case study produced an accuracy value of 90.90%, a precision value of 93.33%, and a recall value of 93.33%. In addition, the VIKOR sensitivity test showed a consistent ranking of the calculation of the value with veto (value of v less than 0.5), by consensus (value of v is 0.5), and voting by majority rule (value of v more than 0.5). User testing that was applied by using each level of the existing account, i.e. administrator account level, selection account level, and members account level conducted on this information system concluded that the system that was built was running smoothly and was easy to use.

AbstrakPenelitian ini menekankan pada penerapan Metode Fuzzy Sugeno dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil pada tempat studi kasus Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Penerapan metode fuzzy sugeno dilakukan dengan tahap pendefinisian input dan output, pembentukan himpunan fuzzy dan penyelesaian dengan metode fuzzy sugeno. Hasilnya adalah metode fuzzy sugeno dapat membantu mengatasi masalah Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil di tempat studi kasus. Selain itu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Berbasis Komputer untuk Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil menggunakan Fuzzy Sugeno menghasilkan persentase kelayakan masing-masing konsentrasi jurusan teknik sipil dan memberikan rekomendasi konsentrasi yang paling layak bagi mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy SugenoAbstractThis research emphasizes on the application of Fuzzy Sugeno method in Decision Support System for Determining Concentration of Students Civil Engineering at Case Study of Civil Engineering Department of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. Pharmacists are professional workers who have basic education and skills in the field of pharmacy and are given the authority and responsibility to carry out pharmaceutical work. In the pharmaceutical industry, both those that have been operating and are about to be established, there must be at least 3 (three) Indonesian pharmacists. Decision Support System (SPK) has the aim of providing predictions, providing information and directing information users to be able to make decisions more effectively. Decision Support System (SPK) applications use a flexible, interactive and adaptable CBIS (Computer Based Information System) that was developed to support solutions to specific unstructured management problems. The VIKOR method is used to overcome the problem of complex multi-criteria systems that focus on ranking and selection of alternatives. The first proposed procedure calculates the ideal and negative solutions by considering the criteria and weights of each alternative, and the corresponding utility.

<em>Indonesia is a tropical country which consists of summer and rainy season. During the summer the room temperature will be high, so that will cause people who are in the room will feel uncomfortable or hot. To create comfortable conditions, air conditioning is needed. SPK is part of a computer-based information system. There are several stages in the decision support system, namely defining the problem, collecting relevant and appropriate data, processing data into information, and determining alternative solutions. The number of AC products on the market makes people feel difficult in choosing the right AC so that a decision support system is made. The VIKOR method focuses on ranking and choosing from a set of samples with conflicting criteria, which can help decision-makers to get a decision.</em>

The purpose of this study is to make a decision support system that makes it easier for Sumberlawang District in terms of determining candidate villages receiving clean water in the area. So that the determination of distribution becomes faster and precise. The system built by the author uses a decision support method that is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In performing attribute selection, the author uses 4 criteria in determining the selection of water recipient village candidates. The programming language of the author uses the programming language HyperText Preprocessor (PHP). The software that supports in making applications that Macromedia Dreamweaver, Mysql, and Adobe Photoshop. The author in terms of performing performance calculations of the system using Blackbox method by applying the method, then the performance of the application built by the author has a system performance level of 100%. The result of the use of SAW method is the creation of a Decision Supporting System Support System for Water Recipient Village in Sumberlawang Sragen Using Simple Additive Weighting Method which is very helpful to Sumberlawang Sub-District in Determination of Potential of Recipient of Clean Water.Keywords: Decision Support System, SAW Method, Water Distributor.

SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method makes cracking on alternatives based on criteria that have been determined with an ideal compromise solution or the best solution, so that this system can later be beneficial for the SUMUT Bank to get the title in determining the best branch head.Keywords: Decision Support System, North Sumatra Bank, Branch Head, Vikor

The reception of journalists at the Waspada Daily Medan always went through several rigorous selections before being determined to be accepted as journalists at the Waspada Medan Daily. There are several criteria that must be possessed by each participant as a condition for becoming a journalist in the Daily Alert Medan. To get the best participants, the Waspada Medan Daily needed a decision support system. Decision Support Systems (SPK) are part of computer-based information systems (including knowledge-based systems (knowledge management)) that are used to support decision making within an organization or company. Decision support systems provide a semitructured decision, where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. In this study the authors applied the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) as the method to be applied in the decision support system application. The VIKOR method is part of the Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) Concept, which requires normalization in its calculations.
