SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method makes cracking on alternatives based on criteria that have been determined with an ideal compromise solution or the best solution, so that this system can later be beneficial for the SUMUT Bank to get the title in determining the best branch head.Keywords: Decision Support System, North Sumatra Bank, Branch Head, Vikor

The process of selecting the North Sumatra Ambassador Language Finalists at the North Sumatra Language Hall is still subjective in that the assessment may not be based on established criteria or without looking objectively so that the selection process is carried out less precisely and the resulting decision is less satisfactory for the participants of the Ambassador Finalists North Sumatra Language. In this study, the authors used a decision support system with the Promethee II method to find the value of weights and criteria, and to find the final score or to find the finalist ranking of the North Sumatra Language Ambassador. Thus the Decision Support System is needed in order to help the North Sumatra Language Office in determining the Finalists of the North Sumatra Language Ambassador. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build a decision support system application for the selection of North Sumatra Language Ambassador Finalists using the Promethee II method so that it can help and facilitate the North Sumatra Language Hall in making a decision to choose the North Sumatra Language Ambassador and the resulting decision is satisfactory.Keywords: Decision Support System, Language Ambassadors, Promethee Method ii

North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. The North Sumatra Police Board award team headed by the Deputy Chief of Police conducted the election of Ditreskrimsus personnel each month by giving awards to personnel / apparatuses who had real and extraordinary achievements whose results could be proud of and beneficial for the advancement of institutional quality improvement. Decision support systems or often referred to as Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) function to carry out the selection process and assist someone in making accurate and targeted decisions. One method in the MCDM is Vlsekriterijumska Opimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR). Where this method is used to select more than one criterion and has advantages in compromising existing alternatives, then the best results selection process will be carried out, and can complete discretionary decision making. Pharmacists are professional workers who have basic education and skills in the field of pharmacy and are given the authority and responsibility to carry out pharmaceutical work. In the pharmaceutical industry, both those that have been operating and are about to be established, there must be at least 3 (three) Indonesian pharmacists. Decision Support System (SPK) has the aim of providing predictions, providing information and directing information users to be able to make decisions more effectively. Decision Support System (SPK) applications use a flexible, interactive and adaptable CBIS (Computer Based Information System) that was developed to support solutions to specific unstructured management problems. The VIKOR method is used to overcome the problem of complex multi-criteria systems that focus on ranking and selection of alternatives. The first proposed procedure calculates the ideal and negative solutions by considering the criteria and weights of each alternative, and the corresponding utility.

This study aims to apply the vikor method in the selection of scholarship receipts at Bengkulu Dehasen University. Designing the process by describing how the VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method should be used based on criteria (indications, achievements, credits and living expenses) fulfilled by prospective scholarship recipients in accordance with the provisions of Dehasen Bengkulu University in selecting scholarship acceptance. Based on the results obtained it can be proven that the condition of Acceptable stability in decision making is fulfilled (Namely a smaller value than 1) and Intan P Can be proposed to be a compromise solution which is the best ranking of scholarship recipients ranking by this VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method.

Students rank requires several considerations and criteria. Determination of the criteria must be prepared as much as possible because it is related to the selection of outstanding students. However, this ranking is considered less than optimal and requires a long time because it is processed manually by the school. The right Decision Support System is needed to produce quick and accurate ranking decisions. This study uses the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) as a Decision Support System. This method will use multi-criteria as the main input in decision making. PROMETHEE will be used to analyze criteria based on alternatives compared to rank according to students' grades and abilities. Based on the research sample data, the highest value was 0.739 for alternative A16. This shows that alternative A16 is the best alternative compared to other alternatives based on consideration of all criteria. The development of PROMETHEE with application-based Decision Support Systems is much better because it produces fast and accurate calculations.

Activities in the selection of candidates for PASKIBRAKA every year aim to find the best sons and daughters who will be assigned as heirloom flag raisers. Selection of candidates for PASKIBRAKA members is done manually, to determine the final score of each participant. The selection committee still uses paper and is separate from the assessment to one criterion with the other criteria. In the assessment process with a large number of participants it will take a long time. To simplify the assessment process, a decision support system is needed for the selection of PASKIBRAKA candidates, using the TOPSIS Method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). TOPSIS is one method that is easy to use to solve multi-criteria problems by taking into account the values ​​of existing criteria. Based on the results of the case example, the candidate PASKIBRAKA selection shows that the results of the experiment use the same system as the manual calculation. And the calculation of the TOPSIS Method will produce output in the form of ranking from PAKIBRAKA candidates

One form of appreciation that a company gives to employees is the selection of one or several employees to be the best employees, usually companies implement this program for the benefit of their respective companies. This program is also carried out by PT. Gotrans Logistics International Semarang branch to motivate the development of the quality of human resources to compete in a healthy manner which indirectly also has a good impact on the company. This best employee selection program will take a long time and the results are inaccurate if not assisted by a decision support system, therefore a decision support system is needed to get the expected results. Selection will be carried out by determining the weight of the desired criteria and then ranking the employees. With the creation of a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, it can provide a solution in performing calculations and minimizing the time used in the selection.
