Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) keracunan pangan jasa boga yang tinggi (31%) menjadi semakin penting dan perlu mendapat perhatian serius. Masyarakat yang semakin sadar menuntut jaminan mutu dan keamanan pangan yang semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu pada perusahaan jasa boga perusahaan yang diteliti. Metoda yang digunakan mengacu pada sistem manajemen PDCA ( Plan – Do – Check – Action ), penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ( ISO 9001) dan Sistem Keamanan Pangan ( HACCP dan ISO 22000). Sistem tersebut mencakup unsur- unsur pengendalian bahaya potensial dan parameter kritis aktifitas penyediaan rantai makanan (food chain), kesesuaian produk dan jasa yang terintegrasi ke dalam kegiatan operasional suatu perusahan jasa boga. Prinsip-prinsip tersebut disusun dalam suatu model Sistem Manajemen Mutu dan Keamanan Pangan terpadu kegiatan penyediaan makanan perusahaan Jasa Boga. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Manajemen Mutu perusahaan jasa boga perusahaan yang diteliti telah diterapkan dalam proses penerimaan bahan baku, penyimpanan, produksi dan pelayanan. Penetapan dan pelaksanaan Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point pada proses penerimaan bahan baku, penyimpanan, produksi dan pelayanan belum diterapkan sesuai standar HACCP dan ISO 22000. Sistem Manajemen Mutu dan Keamanan Pangan ( SM2KP) dapat diterapkan dengan efektif dan terpadu karena proses pengendalian yang dilakukan sesuai standar yang dapat diterima, diterapkan dan sesuai dengan kondisi, kebutuhan dan bisnis.Kata kunci : Sistem manajemen mutu, sistem keamanan panganAbstractThe high frequency of food poisoning outbreak in catering service (31%) become more important and need more attention. People become more aware to the food safety and demand for serious attention to the problem. The study objective is to evaluate the application of Quality Management System (QMS) in food catering service. The method used in this study referred to PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Action), application of QMS (ISO 9001) and food safety system (HACCP and ISO 22000). The system includes components of potential hazard control and critical parameter of food chain supply, and the apropriateness of product and services integrated to operational activity of catering service. The study reveals that QMS has been implemented in materials procurement, storage, production, and service. However, HACCP and ISO 22000 had not been fully standardized in implementation. Control process is important to implement Food Safety and Quality Management Syatem (SM2KP) in an effective and integrated way.Keywords : Quality management system, food safety system.

Обоснована необходимость внедрения интегрированной системы качества и безопасности продукции на предприятиях пищевой промышленности. Рассмотрены три системы менеджмента, соответствующие ИСО серии 9000, ХАССП и ИСО 22000. Проведен сравнительный анализ действующих стандартов – ГОСТ ISO 9001, ГОСТ Р ИСО 22000, ГОСТ Р 51705.1–2001, направленный на установление общих требований данных систем менеджмента и объединение их в требования интегрированной системы менеджмента качества и безопасности пищевой продукции. Показано, что сочетание нескольких систем и их интеграция позволят обеспечить эффективность работы пищевого предприятия. Рассмотрены модель и принцип формирования интегрированной системы управления на предприятиях пищевой промышленности. Модель апробирована на ОАО «Ленинск-Кузнецкий хлебокомбинат». Разработанная интегрированная система является эффективным инструментом повышения эффективности бизнеса в целом. The need for the introduction of an integrated system of quality and safety of products in the food industry is justified. Three management systems, corresponding to ISO 9000, HACCP and ISO 22000, are considered. A comparative analysis of the existing standards-GOST ISO 9001, GOST R ISO 22000, GOST R 51705.1–2001, aimed at establishing the General requirements of these management systems and combining them into the requirements of an integrated system of quality management and food safety, was conducted. It is shown that the combination of several systems and their integration will ensure the efficiency of the food enterprise. The model and the principle of formation of an integrated management system in the food industry are considered. The model was tested at JSC Leninsk-Kuznetsk bakery. The developed integrated system is an effective tool to improve the efficiency of the business as a whole.

Upaya organisasi meningkatkan produksi jasa pelayanan kesehatan melalui implementasi Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 secara sistematis, menyeluruh dan sinambung seharusnya mampu menampilkan kinerja yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai peran implementasi QMS ISO 9001:2000 terhadap kinerja Rumah Sakit Duren Sawit yang akan diukur melalui pendekatan kerangka strategis Balanced Scorecard serta identifikasi kesenjangan dalam organisasi untuk menganalisis kesiapan implementasi manajemen strategis Balanced Scorecard di Rumah Sakit Duren Sawit. The study results show that through understanding and consistent implementation of QMS ISO 9001:2000 Duren Sawit Hospital can produce effective and efficient organization performance. Purpose This study aims to explore the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak on exports of goods and services, logistics performance, environmental management system (ISO 14001) certification and quality management system (ISO 9001) certification in top affected Asian countries of India, Iran, Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Design/methodology/approach A novel grey relational analysis models’ approach is used to examine the inter-relationship between COVID-19 economic growth and environmental performance. Moreover, the authors applied a conservative (maximin) model to investigate which countries have the least intensifying affected among all of the top affected COVID-19 Asian countries based on the SS degree of grey relation values. The data used in this study was collected from multiple databases during 2020 for analysis. Findings Results indicate that the severity of COVID-19 shows a strong negative association and influence of COVID-19 on the exportation of goods and services, logistics performance, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications in all the six highly affected countries during a pandemic outbreak. Although the adverse effects of COVID-19 in exporting countries persisted until December 31, 2020, their magnitude decreased over time in Indonesia and Pakistan. During the COVID-19 outbreak, Pakistan showed comparatively better performance among the six top highly affected Asian countries due to its smart locked down strategy and prevents its economy from severe damages. While India and Iran export drastically go down due to a rapid increase in the number of COVID-19 cases and deaths. Research limitations/implications The research findings produce much-required policy suggestions for leaders, world agencies and governments to take corrective measures on an emergent basis to prevent the economies from more damages and improve their logistics, environmental and quality performance during the pandemic of COVID-19. Originality/value This study develops a framework and investigates the intensifying effects of COVID-19 effects on economic growth, logistics performance, environmental performance and quality production processes.

<p>O objetivo deste artigo é contribuir ao debate acerca da gestão do Poder Judiciário tendo como referência o princípio constitucional da eficiência na administração pública e os princípios da gestão da qualidade. Sob esse enfoque são abordados os temas da crise na administração pública e na administração judiciária. Através de uma revisão bibliográfica em livros e artigos levantou-se as contribuições de autores sobre o tema em análise. Uma correlação entre os princípios da qualidade e a realidade encontrada na administração de unidades judiciárias, através das fontes analisadas para o estudo, é realizada com o fim de demonstrar a validade da aplicação dos princípios para nortear as mudanças necessárias para a melhoria da prestação jurisdicional e a aumentar a satisfação da sociedade. O artigo apresenta a aplicabilidade de um sistema de gestão da qualidade, conforme o modelo da norma ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015, como uma alternativa eficaz para que o Poder Judiciário apresente a resposta mais adequada para a necessidade de melhoria na eficiência da gestão do Poder Judiciário.</p><p> </p><p>The purpose of this article is to contribute to the debate about the management of the Judiciary having as point of reference the constitutional principle of efficiency in the Public Administration and the principles of quality management. This approach addresses the issues of crisis in the public administration and judicial administration. Through a bibliographical review in books and articles the contributions of authors on the subject under analysis were compiled. A correlation between the principles of quality and the reality found in the management of judicial units, through the sources analyzed for the study, is established in order to demonstrate the validity of the application of the principles to guide the changes necessary to improve the jurisdictional performance and to increase the satisfaction of society. The article presents the applicability of a quality management system, according to the model of ABNT NBR ISO 9001: 2015, as an effective alternative for the Judiciary to provide the most appropriate response to the need of improving the efficiency of the Judiciary management.</p><p> </p>

This study aims to find out how the implementation of quality management system based on clause in ISO 9001: 2015 on podomoro golf project development project cimanggis with PT. Wijaya Karya Building Building as a contractor. This study is descriptive using clauses in ISO 9001: 2015 as a way of knowing the implementation of quality management system from owner, construction management consultant, and contractor, with questionnaire form about application of field. Questions are made in clauses 4 to clause 10 in ISO 9001: 2015.The results in this study indicate that the implementation of quality management system based on clause in ISO 9001: 2015 from the owner is "Rarely" applied with the percentage of assessment between 50% to 74.99%. The construction management consultant is "Always" applied to the assessment percentage of 75% to 100%. From the contractor's side is "Always" applied with the percentage of valuation between 75% to 100%. From these results obtained factors - factors that become constraints on the implementation of quality management system based on clauses in ISO 9001: 2015, the method or procedure, human resources (HR), and implementation or operational work.
