In 2018, the Harry Ransom Center at the University of Texas at Austin rehoused over 300 illustrated movie storyboards from the popular and frequently used David O Selznick Collection. Preservation technicians tracked this project from its inception to the survey and design conception, and through to its execution. By creating a new housing model and refining it over the course of a year, the Preservation Unit was able to consider how housing affects an object, which led to new systems and structures to facilitate process management and workflow, and how an object is impacted by its housing.

Australian scientist Shirley Jeffrey was a pioneer in oceanographic research, identifying the thentheoretical chlorophyll c, and was a worldwide leader in the application of pigment methods in quantifying phytoplankton as the foundation of the oceanic food supply. Her research paved the way for the successful application of microalgae in aquaculture around the world. Jeffrey earned bachelor's and master's degrees at University of Sydney, majoring in microbiology and biochemistry, followed by a PhD from the King's College London Hospital Medical School. Returning to Sydney, she was hired by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) to research chlorophyll c. Following this successful effort, she became a research fellow at the University of California, Berkeley from 1962 to 1964. She then became affiliated with the Scientific Committee on Oceanic Research. After a 1973 sabbatical at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography in San Diego, she returned to CSIRO, where she spent the rest of her career.

As part of its strategic plan 2014–2018 Pemex Exploration and Production (PEP) has decided to modify the organizational structure in order to change from a function based structure to a new one based in process, supported on three fundamental axes: People, Processes and Technology. On this direction, it has been assigned to the Technical Resources Management Vice-presidency the responsibility to implement a strategy that will enable to improve performance into the Assets of the Marine Region. This paper presents the experiences and achievements reached by implementing the strategy of “Integrated Production Management by Processes” which goal is to create and implement a management model that will contribute to the optimization of the Asset performance, integrating through the people, management processes, workflows and information and communication technologies. The “Integrated Production Management by Processes” model, is based on five elements that work integrated and coordinated way; these are: • Organizational issues. • Work methodologies. • Information management. • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPI). • Production costs management The proposal on this paper is based on developing a business process management methodology for PEMEX, by applying the 5 elements of the model to measure current performance of the production assets in order to find the existing gaps between the current management model and the Integrated Production Management by Processes and implement an action plan to close those gaps. In order to homologate and standardize the measurements in PEMEX’s assets, a Capability Maturity Model was developed according to the ISO 9004-2010 and Mexican Standard NMX-CC-9004-IMNC-2009. The maturity model allows weighting each one of the 5 elements into 5 dimensionless levels. The lowest level 1 means that the asset is in the initial stage and it has the Vision of a Functional Management; on the other hand, the highest level 5 means that asset has implemented the new model and has reached a Sustainable Management. To implement the Integrated Production Management by Processes, assets need to demonstrate that Level 4 has been reached.

This study aims to form a learning model based on learning Islamic character education inIslamic public education. This study uses the Research and Development (R & D)procedure at the initial stage, namely: (1) problem analysis and needs, (2) planning, development. The method used is a survey and literature review to produce a formulationof PAI-based character education management design. The Delphi technique wasconducted to finalize the PAI-based learning education character management model. Thisresearch was conducted in two public universities, namely UPI Bandung and Malang StateUniversity (UM). (2) Organizing, is the process of formingan organization as a whole, (3) Dredging is carried out by each leader / coordinator in theorganizational structure at the university / college / rectorate, faculty, and student level(whether it is team or not), and (4) . Evaluation is carried out simultaneously andcontinuously both at the level, faculty, and class / student both internal / externalevaluations.

It is common to evaluate university courses through the opinion of those involved in the training process, responding to a Likert-type evaluation format to synthesize teaching performance. This research arises with the intention of comprehensively evaluating the development of a course, including all the actors involved in the academic process. The main objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the constructivist training method in the business administration program, being evaluated from the Balanced Scorecard (CMI) and other administrative management tools; from the perspective of the student, the entrepreneur, the institution and teaching. For the validation of this tool, it is applied in a course in the process area (Process Management) and is replicated in those where the constructivist methodology is applied within the University. For the study, a quantitative and qualitative analysis was used, supported by surveys and a checklist, carried out and evaluated by students (38) and four businessmen. This research presents as main result a road map that helps the dynamics of the evaluation of education in an integral way in each university course and at the same time contributes to improve the performance of the different actors involved in higher education.
