The implement-ability of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) depend on effective Project Planning, Development & Management (PPD&M). This applied research bases on the extensive possibilities for open learning modules via distance education. The two-fold research gap addressed are content and delivery. Participants need a SDG-embedded Project Planning, Development and Management offering. This curriculum redesign initiative is in line with the book's aim to disseminate, sustain and continuously improve content and practice incorporating new tools, insights, methods, necessary for proper implementation of the SDGs. The re-designed content emphasizes the ability to inter-relate through appropriate tool-sets on challenges, priorities, themes, sectors in the project development management domain. Complex developmental concerns are best served when the participant deploys the right combination of tools. Need for re-look at the evaluation system is highlighted with an interesting proposal to engage PPD&M alumni for continuous improvement on SDG-led growth.

The purpose of the present study is to develop a typology of university campuses reflecting all their diversity. The main attention is paid to the peculiarities of the location of the university campuses relative to the settlements, as well as their spatial planning arrangement. In general, depending on the spatial planning arrangement, three types of university campuses are defined and analyzed, namely, dispersed, dissected, and compact (local). The features of university complexes located in the metropolitan areas, largest, and large cities, as well as in medium and small cities, and outside of large settlements in the suburban area have been determined depending on the location of campuses relative to settlements. Besides, the authors have identified the ways of spatial planning development of existing university complexes and justified improving the spatial planning arrangement of university campuses. In general, four ways of the spatial development of existing universities are identified: purchasing facilities in the adjacent territory to expand the existing campus; placing the necessary additional facilities in the adjacent and other areas of the city, that is, integrating into the urban environment; creating an additional campus in a remote territory (often in the suburbs); and moving all or part of the university facilities to a new campus with a full-fledged infrastructure in another area of the city or suburb. The article provides examples of university campuses (complexes) in Russian cities for all the types considered, provided with the attached graphic schemes.

The purpose of this study was to produce a resistance-based archery training model for athletes aged 13-15 years. The method used in this research is Research and Development. The study was conducted at DSR Archery Club Depok City and the research subjects were athletes aged 13-15 years. This research begins with needs analysis, product planning, development, implementation and evaluation. The instruments used were the 30 M Archery Test in the sport of archery, an analysis of the need for in-depth interviews to coaches at the archery club and an assessment questionnaire to experts to test the validity of variations in the training model. Based on research data consisting of needs analysis, product design, expert validation, small and large group trials, and effectiveness tests. The conclusion is first, resistance-based archery training model for athletes aged 13-15 years can be developed and applied in training archery skills and muscle strength training. Second, the exercise model developed based on research data obtained effective results for athletes aged 13-15 years

The relevance of the article is conditioned on tourist infrastructure problems and underdevelopment when creating and developing territorial clusters, for which there is not enough research materials in the context of tourism cluster facilities construction, despite the fact that the issues of lean construction (LC) are widely covered. Based on the relevance, the main hypothesis of the study was determined. It consists of the fact that the use of lean construction can increase the efficiency of construction megaprojects in the field of tourism clusters. The objective of this study is to develop a mechanism for the development of tourism clusters based on the lean construction concept that will be aimed at increasing the efficiency of construction projects taking into account the accumulated world experience. Within the framework of the tasks set, the analysis of the lean construction methodological base was carried out, methodological recommendations aimed at increasing the efficiency of construction megaprojects of tourism clusters based on the lean construction concept were developed, a model for the implementation of lean construction in infrastructure projects of tourism clusters, as well as a checklist of the analysis technology were elaborated. The proposed methodological approach to the implementation of tourism cluster megaprojects based on the lean construction concept is the basis for organizing and planning development activities at the tactical and operational levels. To assess the effectiveness of lean construction tool introduction to implement infrastructure projects of tourism clusters, a comparative analysis was carried out and the construction time and lifecycle cost of a typical guest house were calculated without taking into account the lean construction methodology and after its introduction. The results obtained, namely, the duration of the project and costs at life cycle stages made it possible to conclude that the proposed methodological approach is effective.

Ecotourism or sustainable tourism, which is often advocated especially in natural areas for relaxation. The richness of natural areas in Malaysia has led ecotourism to become one of the fast-growing industries within the nation. A full understanding of ecotourism practices in planning, development and resource management is therefore needed to ensure sustainability without causing environmental degradation. The goal of this study is to discover the impacts of created resources (e.g.: tourism infrastructure and range of activities) and supporting resources (e.g.: destination accessibility and quality of tourism services) towards competitiveness of tourism destinations from both the perspective of domestic and international tourists along with the moderation of social media marketing.

The objectives of this research are to; 1) Produce a Virtual Learning System (VLS) Based on Moodle as a Covid-19 Online Learning Platform; 2) Testing the Feasibility of the Virtual Learning System (VLS) from the Appearance and Practicality Aspects. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall development model. The Borg and Gall model was modified inti six (6) steps, needs analysis, planning, development, Implementation, revision. The subject of the trial involved two media experts, one material experts and 30 student from SMKN 1 Sorong, West Papua were selected randomly. The instrumen used collect data is a product validation questionnaire. The data obtained in the form of qualitative data which are quantified, the tabulated and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that; 1) Research This development has produced a Moodle-based Virtual Learning System (VLS). Moodle-based Virtual Leaning System (VLS) application passed the quality and practicality test by media experts; 2). The results of the trial of the media expert's product on the display aspect obtained a value of 89.5% very feasible criteria, while the practicality aspect was 90.0% practical criteria. Meanwhile, from the aspect of Usabily Virtual Learning system (VLS) based on moodle, 90% of students complete the lesson independently, then 98% of students understand the lesson.

The paper considers the residential quarters of aircraft factories in the industrial area of Kuibyshev - Bezymyanka, designed by the Kuibyshev branch of the Giproaviaprom Institute and built in the late 1940s - mid 1950s. The features of their construction and architectural and planning organization are analyzed, the periodization of construction is determined, the building parameters, architectural and stylistic characteristics are shown, the experience of urban planning development of residential buildings is investigated on the principles of creating an “enlarged quarter”, the results of interaction between two design organizations - the Architectural and Planning Workshop of St. Kuibyshev and the Institute for the Design of Industrial Enterprises and Departmental Development of the Aviation Profi le - Giproaviaprom.
