Background: The prevalence of poisoning is on the rise in Iran. A poisoning registry is a key source of information about poisoning patterns used for decision-making and healthcare provision, and a minimum dataset (MDS) is a prerequisite for developing a registry. Objectives: This study aimed to design a MDS for a poisoning registry. Methods: This applied study was conducted in 2021. A poisoning MDS was developed with a four-stage process: (1) conducting a systematic review of the Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, and EMBASE, (2) examining poisoning-related websites and online forms, (3) classification of data elements in separate meetings with three toxicology specialists, and (4) validating data elements using the two-stage Delphi technique. A researcher-made checklist was employed for this purpose. The content validity of the checklist was examined based on the opinions of five health information management and medical informatics experts with respect to the topic of the study. Its test-retest reliability was also confirmed with the recruitment of 25 experts (r = 0.8). Results: Overall, 368 data elements were identified from the articles and forms, of which 358 were confirmed via the two-stage Delphi technique and classified into administrative (n = 88) and clinical data elements (n = 270). Conclusions: The creation of a poisoning registry requires identifying the information needs of healthcare centers, and an integrated and comprehensive framework should be developed to meet these needs. To this end, a MDS contains the essential data elements that form a framework for integrated and standard data collection.

Competency in referral writing skill is needed by doctors for which they are never trained. Although there is a lot of work done about improvement of consultation letters still priority is not given. There must be a course for teaching and learning medical referral writing skills to students along with the assessment. Currently there is such tool to assess the way communication letter are written. An 18-point assessment scale has been developed through Delphi technique to increase the quality of referral letters. The objective of the present study was to design a structured Performa for writing referrals, validated by 7 participants using Delphi. Results were finalised after the acceptance of structured referral by selected participants through Delphi. The response rate was 70%. The validity and interrater reliability were calculated using SPSS25. The Cronbach’s alpha was 0.7 and Kappa was 0.3. Both were statistically significant. The designed Performa for writing referrals, with its inter-rater reliability calculated, is best for writing effective and structured referrals. The study further recommending training junior doctors in making proper referrals. MeSH Words: Referral and consultation, improving quality and referral, Checklists and referrals and consultation.

Marriage is considered as the most important social institution and symbol of adulthood in Africa. However, the trend of divorce has increased alarmingly in recent years. We explored the constraints towards marital satisfaction by using the Delphi technique with assumptions that couples are the experts on their marriages. Participant’s panel included married heterosexual couples divided into two groups: men and women couple’s panels. The group of women’s panel included 31 participants and men’s panel contained 25 males. Then in the final stage, both groups provided their views and discussed on the possible solutions to the identified constraints. Five major themes emerged: satisfaction in sexuality among couples, difficulties in communication, economic and financial conflicts, the role of extended families, and opportunity for behavioural change to achieve marital satisfaction. Our findings support the hypothesis that satisfaction with sexual intercourse, respectful communication, financial stability and careful handling of relatives influence marital satisfaction.

India had undertaken several logistics development agendas.Initiatives were aligned to improve the logistics infrastructure in India. Advancement in technology had also benefited the logistics sector. Logistics Performance Index (LPI) has been a multi-dimensional evaluation criterion developed by the World Bank to assess logistics capabilities of countries. The LPI score of India had been low. Regarding this, present research study aimed to analyse the poor performance of India in LPI and how the deployment of emerging technologies could help improve it. The findings were based on a questionnaire shared with five experts. Delphi technique was applied for this study. The prioritization was identified through Analytical Hierarchy Process. The key findings in this study were prioritization of application of emerging technologies for various sub-dimensions of infrastructure like roadways, railways, ports, airports, warehouse, and institution. Emerging technologies like cloud computing, blockchain, internet of things were emphasized by experts to improve the infrastructure of India.

The rise of the Internet of Things (IoT) has driven mobile applications development. As a result, in the consumer IoT (CIoT) space, any product usually comes with a smartphone application to either control, programme, or just view what is happening with the product. The IoT brings with it opportunities and challenges to consumers. For example, IoT technology makes it possible to connect all of a person’s devices to create a smart eco-system or assemblage. However, the biggest threat in CIoT is personal data security. This study utilized a qualitative narrative inquiry and Delphi technique to explore data security issues that come with CIoT assemblages and associated mobile applications in South Africa. The study established that consumers enjoy the convenience and benefits that IoT technology brings. It is concluded that for CIoT to thrive, safety is crucial, and all the stakeholders in the IoT assemblage need to ensure the protection of consumers.

The purpose of this design is to create a Zobo tea package design prototype allied with African indigenous onomastics. African indigenous products are effective in terms of functionality; however, industrialized products gained more attention because of aesthetics, safety, hygiene, and other advanced technology put into consideration during production. This seems to boost the inferiority of indigenous products. Hence, the present study focuses on indigenous Zobo tea in terms of creating a conceptual package design prototype enhanced with product onomastics. Twenty-two names are derived for indigenous Zobo tea by making use of linguistics techniques. These names are used as label for designing a conceptual package prototype for indigenous Zobo tea. A Delphi technique is adopted for the evaluation of this creative process. The findings show that homonym as an onomastics will enhance the branding and development of indigenous Zobo tea even in the international market. This will remodel the inferiority of the aesthetics of Zobo indigenous products. Hence, research on the choice of an appropriate name for a particular product should be a contemporary research area to improve the present situation of our indigenous product branding and graphic design. It is believed that the outcome of this research could provide guidelines for effective naming in product package design for indigenous product development; as creative designers must not only understand the vocabulary of graphic design but be aware of extraneous constraints that could affect their designs.

Extended Antisemitism: The Case of PoznańThis article examines contemporary antisemitism in Poznań. The first part of the study reconstructs how the contemporary collective memory in this Polish city was shaped, starting in the interwar period. Referring to earlier contexts, the author points to the founding myth of the medieval legend of the stolen Hosts, which prevails in Poznań. She also retraces the history of antisemitism at the Adam Mickiewicz University. In recent years, the university has disclosed archival records, including those connected with the introduction of ghetto benches and the numerus clausus rule, in this way attempting to atone for disgraceful events in its history. Reflecting on antisemitism in Poznań, the author asks what fuels it in the almost mono-ethnic city that Poznań is today, and introduces the term extended antisemitism. For the purposes of the article, she conducted interviews (using the Delphi technique) with researchers and social activists involved in Jewish issues.
