The implementation of e-learning models in higher education have been tested widely, in order to discover their flexibility in research to time, place, students, courses, and other diverse conditions. This paper resulted from testing the implementation of an SBPBL model. This model maximizes shared e-learning resources in project based blended learning. This research used quantitative research design, with Research and Development using the ADDIE model in an Operating System course. Data were collected by questionnaires, interviews, and observation, then analyzed descriptively. Validity, practicality and effectives of the model were confirmed. Therefore, it is suitable to apply this blended learning system in such course.

PurposeThis research examined the factors affecting several types of student engagement, namely agentic, behavioral, emotional and cognitive engagement. Specifically, it examined the effect of e-learning system usability on student engagement and explored teacher behavior's possible intervening impact on this relationship.Design/methodology/approachData were collected from 418 students studying at different specializations at Omani private academic institutions. This study employed a quantitative methodology and utilized the Smart-PLS for data analyses.FindingsThe findings showed that e-learning system usability influenced significantly and positively agentic, behavioral and cognitive engagement. However, the link between e-learning system usability and emotional engagement was not significant. Moreover, teacher behavior mediated the relationship between e-learning system usability and the four types of engagement.Originality/valueThis study improves one’s understanding of how the interaction of e-learning system usability and teacher behavior affects several aspects of student engagement. It also helps higher education administrators and policymakers by exploring the influential effects of e-learning systems usability and teacher behavior on facilitating students' engagement.

The study aimed to identify the degree of benefit and difficulty in using e-learning system (Moodle) in university learning Under the pandemic of Covid 19 among PES at West Bank universities- Palestine, in addition to determining the differences according to variables of gender, study level & university. The researchers used descriptive& analytic approach. The study was conducted on a random sample of (103) studentsWhich represents a percentage of (17.13) from PTUK &An-Najah National University. In order to collect data, the researchers prepared two scales are They are (degree of benefit, degree of difficulty) from students' use of the educational Moodle system. The results of the study revealed the following: - The degree of benefit from using e-learning system (Moodle) in university learningUnder the pandemic of Covid 19 among study sample were low. - The degree of difficulty from using e-learning system (Moodle) in university learningUnder the pandemic of Covid 19 among study sample were middle. - There weren't statistically significant differences in benefit & difficulty from using e-learning system (Moodle) in university learning Under the pandemic of Covid 19 among study sample according to variables of gender, study level & university. The researchers recommend the need toHold training courses on the use of the various e-learning systems in Palestinian universities for students and academic staff.

Recently, the market of E-Learning is soaring and is known as a new paradigm in modern education. E-Learning acts as a medium, consisting of several types of computers and electronic media that are communication tools as well as the Internet, which provides training and informative access on certain subjects. By using E-Learning students can attend online classes anywhere, regardless of time and place. Generally, E-Learning is more geared towards self-training and is ideal for individuals who work full-time but desire to further their studies. Thus, this study has been developed and integrated with factors leading towards the effectiveness of E-Learning as a tool in Teaching and Learning (T&L) approach. A quantitative approach was applied by using a self-administered distribution of questionnaire targeted at higher education students. Therefore, the outcomes of this research will help to provide insightful information to the current education system in Malaysia, particularly in crafting strategies to enhance the learning education for the country in general.

In order to maximize the true advantage of e-learning, many higher education organizations have invested strongly in knowledge management. Yet the effect on the efficiency of e-learning of these investments remains ambiguous. The purpose of the research was therefore to determine the influence of knowledge management processes on the efficiency of e-learning in northern Jordanian private universities. The findings showed that knowledge management procedures have considerably impaired the capacity to meet the goals, excellence and quality of schooling using 101 answers by faculty members in four private colleges in the north area of Jordan. This suggests that procedures in knowledge management affect private universities ' ability to attain e-learning efficiency. In view of this research, universities should deliver the technologies they need for efficient management of their knowledge management processes and e-learning system. Universities are also to generate and share knowledge with others in a stimulating, promoting, and supportive culture.
