Abstract As a new material, polyurethane polymer has been widely used in engineering in recent years due to the excellent engineering mechanical properties. Based on the characteristics of this material, a multi pipe grouting micro anti-slide pile is proposed, which is formed by using polymer slurry as grouting material. Compared with traditional anti-slide pile, the polymer micro pile has the advantages of strong applicability, no water reaction, small disturbance, fast construction, economy and durability. As a flexible retaining structure, polymer micro-piles can strengthen the slope by cooperating with the forces. However, there is no report on the reinforcement of slope by polymer micro piles at present. In this paper, a three-dimensional multi row polymer micro piles model for slope reinforcement considering different embedded depth and pile location is established. Safety factor, thrust force of landslide behind pile, length of pile and mises stress are taken as four factors to evaluate reinforcement effect, the optimal reliability of polymer micro anti-slide pile for slope reinforcement is evaluated by giving different weight values to each factor through multi factor comprehensive evaluation method. The safety factor of slope (Fs), landslide thrust behind pile and mises stress of pile are analyzed under different embedded depth (le) and pile position (px). The results show that the best embedded depth is about1/8 − 1/12 of the horizontal length of the landslide behind the pile when multi row polymer micro piles are used to reinforce the slope; the optimum position of pile arrangement is 0.55–0.65 times the slope length from the top of the slope.

In this paper, the Market-oriented Operations Strategy of CCHP are analysed, from the perspective of construction mode, operating mode and charging mode. On this basis, a three-dimensional indexes system is established, and combining the entropy weight method with Analytic Hierarchy Process as a comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the different market-oriented strategies of CCHP. Finally, the empirical analysis of the commercial building in southwest China shows that the market-oriented strategy of CCHP can bring more benefits to market participants when it has high applicability and great practical value.

The addition of plasticizers makes plastics flammable, and thus, poses a potential risk to the environment. In previous researches, plasticizers with flame retardancy had been synthesized, but their eco-friendliness had not been tested or described. Thus, in this paper, eco-friendliness plasticizers with flame retardancy were designed based on phthalic acid esters (PAEs), which are known as common plasticizers and major plastic additives. For a comprehensive analysis, such as flammability, biotoxicity, and enrichment effects, 17 PAEs’ comprehensive evaluation values were calculated based on the ideal point method. Further, a multi-effect three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship (3D-QSAR) model of PAEs’ flammability, biotoxicity and enrichment effects was constructed. Thus, 18 dimethyl phthalate (DMP) derivatives and 20 diallyl phthalate (DAP) derivatives were designed based on three-dimensional contour maps. Through evaluation of eco-friendliness and flammability, six eco-friendly PAE derivatives with flame retardancy were screened out. Based on contour maps analysis, it was confirmed that the introduction of large groups and hydrophobic groups was beneficial to the simultaneous improvement of PAEs’ comprehensive effects, and multiple effects. In addition, the group properties were correlated significantly with improved degrees of the comprehensive effects of corresponding PAE derivatives, confirming the feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation method and modified scheme.

This paper presents that while evaluating historical architectures in Huizhou, researchers should have a full consideration of their layout character of relatively concentrated, place these point-form historical architectures into line-form and surface-form architecture groups, then build a more perfect and scientific three-dimensional evaluation method. It also shows that firstly researchers could use GIS technology to associate graphic data, properties and image data of selected historical architectures in Huizhou; secondly researchers can finish information integration and realize the scientific grading and classification of the architectures by weighting, quantizing and analyzing the evaluation information of these architectures; and finally finish the database under the help of GIS.

Based on the analysis of foreign classic maturity models and the actual situation of electrical engineering projects, this paper constructs a suitable three-dimensional project risk management maturity model and establishes a project risk management evaluation index system. Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process, the key element indicators are evaluated and weighted, and the maturity score is obtained, which finally reflects the maturity of project risk management. Finally, through empirical analysis, we found out the shortcomings of enterprise project risk management and proposed the direction for improvement.

In general, a temporary overvoltage (TOV) on the healthy phases occurs because of the neutral-shift phenomenon during a single line-to-ground (SLG) fault. The TOV can destroy the insulation of electric devices and cause damage to other equipment and customer loads in just a few cycles. In practice, the TOV can be affected by numerous factors: the sequence reactance ratio of the interconnection transformer, the ratio of load to DG, and the distance to the fault. More importantly, inverter-based distributed generations (DGs) have different influences on the TOV from traditional synchronous-machine-based DGs. In this sense, this work performed an efficient and comprehensive investigation on the effect of these various parameter types and their extensive variations, based on steady-state analysis with sequence equivalent circuits and three-dimensional representations. The proposed methodology can facilitate judging the impact of multi-parameter conditions on the TOV readily and comparing the fault characteristics of synchronous-machine-based and inverter-based DGs. Finally, the results can be used for future studies on TOV mitigation techniques.

For small curvatures of a graphitic sheet, carbon atoms can maintain their preferred sp2 bonding while allowing the sheet to have various three-dimensional geometries, which may have exotic structural and electronic properties. In addition the fivefold rings will lead to a positive Gaussian curvature in the hexagonal network, and the sevenfold rings cause a negative one. By combining these sevenfold and fivefold rings with sixfold rings, it is possible to construct complicated carbon sp2 networks. Because it is much easier to introduce pentagons and heptagons into the single-layer hexagonal network than into the multilayer network, the complicated morphologies would be more common in the single-layer graphite structures. In this contribution, we report the observation and characterization of a new material of monolayer graphitic structure by electron diffraction, HREM, EELS.The synthesis process used in this study is reported early. We utilized a composite anode of graphite and copper for arc evaporation in helium.

The measurement performance of road vehicle automatic weighing instrument installed on highways is directly related to the safety of roads and bridges. The fuzzy number indicates that the uncertain quantization problem has obvious advantages. By analyzing the factors affecting the metrological performance of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument, combined with the fuzzy mathematics theory, the weight evaluation model of the dynamic performance evaluation of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument is proposed. The factors of measurement performance are summarized and calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of the metering performance of the weighing equipment is obtained, so as to realize the quantifiable analysis and evaluation of the metering performance of the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument in use, and provide data reference for adopting a more scientific measurement supervision method.

In this study, a hydrochemical investigation was conducted in Shuangliao city to identify the hydrochemical characteristics and the quality of groundwater using descriptive statistics and correlation matrices. And on that basis, combined with Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), an improved two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the groundwater quality. The results indicate that the major cations and anions in groundwater are Ca2+ and HCO3-, respectively. The chemical types are mainly HCO3—Ca type water, some areas are complicated due to the influence of human activities. The evaluation results show that the water quality in the area is mostly III type water, and the groundwater quality in some areas is IV or V water due to the influence of primary geological conditions or human activities. The groundwater quality in the East Liaohe River Valley and Shuangliao urban area is relatively poor, and in the northwest part which is the saline alkali soil area is also relatively poor.
