We present a ReRAM memory compiler for monolithic 3D (M3D) integrated circuits (IC). We develop ReRAM architectures for M3D ICs using 1T-1R bit cells and single and multiple tiers of transistors for access and peripheral circuits. The compiler includes an automated flow for generation of subarrays of different dimensions and larger arrays of a target capacity by integrating multiple subarrays. The compiler is demonstrated using an M3D process design kit (PDK) based on a Carbon Nanotube Transistor technology. The PDK includes multiple layers of transistors and back-end-of-the-line integrated ReRAM. Simulations show the compiled ReRAM macros with multiple tiers of transistors reduces footprint and improves performance over the macros with single-tier transistors. The compiler creates layout views that are exported into library exchange format or graphic data system for full-array assembly and schematic/symbol views to extract per-bit read/write energy and read latency. Comparison of the proposed M3D subarray architectures with baseline 2D subarrays, generated with a custom-designed set of bit cells and peripherals, demonstrate up to 48% area reduction and 13% latency improvement.

Aim. To consider application of convolutional neural networks for processing medical images in various fields of cardiology and cardiac surgery using publications from 2016 to 2019 as an example.Materials and methods. In the study, we used the following scientific databases: PubMed Central, ArXiv, ResearchGate. The cited publications were grouped by the area of interest (heart, aorta, carotid arteries).Results. The general principle of work of the technology under consideration was described, the results were shown, and the main areas of application of this technology in the studies under consideration were described. For most of the studies, sample sizes were given. The author’s view on the development of convolutional neural networks in medicine was presented and some limiting factors for their distribution were listed.Conclusion. A brief overview shows possible areas of application of convolutional neural networks in the fields of cardiology and cardiac surgery. Without denying the existing problems, this type of artificial neural networks may help many doctors and researchers in the future.

The author considers the main methods of fire protection for residential and public buildings and structures. The efficiency of metal structures is analyzed, the latest methods of corrosion and fire protection of metal structures are selected. For the plastering, cladding and coating methods, a table of the required thickness in relation to the fire resistance limits was compiled. Based on this table, graphical and empirical dependences for the 30k1 I-beam column are constructed, showing the dependence of temperature on time and the limits of fire resistance on the reduced coating thickness. According to the graphic data, the most economical method of fire protection was chosen, but the resulting deflections exceed the limit according to current standards.

Building information modeling (BIM) represents significant progress in the field of digitalization and informatization of the construction process. The virtual model (BIM model) is the source of graphic data among other information, which are applicable for geometry verification of the building’s structures. For this purpose, data and information about the building should be collected. Comparison of the BIM model (design) with as-built 3D models enables the evaluation of the quality of the as-built structures. The most effective methods for spatial data collection are terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) and close-range photogrammetry. Using both methods, measurement can result in a point cloud. The paper describes an approach for verifying the geometry of wall structures. The graphic data of designed structures are represented by the existing BIM model. The approach presented uses the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) file format from which the designed geometry is derived. The as-built models of the structures are created from point clouds. Point cloud segmentation uses a combination of regression, filtering based on local normal vectors, and curve segmentation. Consequently, the designed and the as-built models (segmented from the point cloud) are compared.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membuat suatu media informasi yang berisikan tentang informasi data penerimaan mahasiswa baru Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada tahun 2018. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Research and Development atau penelitian dan pengembangan. Sedangkan dalam mengembangkan produk digunakan model pengembangan Luther. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak April 2019 sampai July 2019 bertempat di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Data mahasiswa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat dari UPT TIK Universitas Negeri Jakarta, UKT Dikti, BPA tahun 2012 dan objek penelitian ini adalah Calon mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta.

Abstract Results of researches on definition of influence of density of the raw roller on pubescence of cotton seeds are given in article. The received mathematical model for calculation of contact pressure and movement of the raw roller in the form of a system from six equations with six unknown. The numerical results calculated on the computer. Sizes of shift and contact pressure for the set physic-mechanical and geometrical parameters of a system are determined. It is established that contact pressure significantly depends on elasticity (density) and angular speed of the raw roller. On the basis of the graphic data of contact pressure and contact movement of the raw roller received results of calculations the conclusion that with reduction of density of the raw roller conditions of capture of a short cotton slice worsen. The fact that the contact pressure and movement fluctuate during time is the reason of it, i.e. in the beginning the short cotton slice contacts to a saw, but during fractions of a second this contact is lost, also contact pressure similarly changes. Results of theoretical researches proved increase in a full pubescence of seeds after gin with reduction of density of the raw roller, i.e. one of the reasons of it is deterioration in conditions of capture of short cotton slices a saw - fluctuations of contact pressure and contact movement of the raw roller.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membantu dalam melakukan proses analisis data monitoring dalam bentuk grafik, memanfaatkan CI/CD pipeline dalam melakukan implementasi CI/CD dapat memberikan kenyamanan dalam melakukan develop dan mengurangi bug, dari hasil implementasi CI/CD didapatkan hasil statements 93,33%, branch 100%, functions 87,88%, lines 94,92%. Grafik data disiapkan oleh grafana dalam bentuk script iframe diterapkan pada code program sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian yang dapat menyatakan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Jadi, penelitian ini mampu menjawab permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem Evomo. ABSTRACT This research helps in carrying out the monitoring data analysis process in graphical form, utilizing the CI/CD pipeline in implementing CI/CD can provide convenience in developing and reducing bugs. functions 87.88%, lines 94.92%, Graphic data prepared by grafana in the form of iframe script applied to the system program code. This study uses a research methodology that can state that the system built can function properly. So, this research is able to answer the problems that occur in the Evomo system.

Sorry to state that optimistic forecasts for a quick overcoming of the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately, did not come true. Accepting modern challenges, the higher education sector, like other areas of human life, continues to adapt and optimize work to the new conditions of a changing difficult, unpredictable environment. While theoretical medical disciplines are likely to experience this re-equipment with greater ease, practice-oriented subjects are in a situation of crisis in the quality of vocational education. Results. In such circumstances, simulation systems, which are designed to create a safe environment, where, without risks to the patient, the future specialist can work out typical clinical situations, can be useful. Creating the comprehensive models requires considerable effort and highly specialized knowledge of working with specific software. However, if your aim is to create short cases that can be directly integrated in the form of multiple learning tasks to Microsoft Teams - you should pay attention to the well-known Forms tool from the Office365 cloud service package, which is available by subscription in many schools of this country. On purpose of such task formation, we will be able to create branches, providing the use of optional choice questions. When using this function, we get the opportunity to redirect the respondent to different fragments of the form, depending on the chosen answer. Wrong options should be left as well among the proposed, but at the end a result of their choice brief comments, should be made, explaining their absurdity, which would be available for review in case of completion of the task with an erroneous result. The result of such work will be a tree of steps, each of which brings the respondent closer to the case designed by the architect. Based on a system of diagnostic and treatment protocols, it is possible to calculate and formulate algorithms of action in certain clinical circumstances and, finally, create a Microsoft Forms document. This form, provided a combination of text and graphic data, allows you to place the respondent in a professional situation easily.  Such system gives the opportunity to make typical correct decisions or to make wrong steps, which brings to the circumstances an element of simulation training. Thanks to the built-in assessment system, it is possible to combine learning processes with ongoing and final monitoring of the quality of learning, to stimulate maximizing the result. Upon reaching a positive outcome, form an opinion about the assimilation of the element, or redirect to additional study of certain fragments of topics, in case of formation of the wrong network of steps. To simplify learning, some cases can be prepared with one pass option, which will allow you to practice skills of emergency situations, or tasks limited to a standardized step-by-step solution. Conclusions. The Microsoft Forms cloud application can be used to create short clinical cases. Requires a combination of different types of input data and the ability to create branches to use it as a simulation learning tool. As a result, a decision tree is formed, which can be focused on assessing the acquisition of skills, and used to grade respondents, or to develop standardized solutions in typical clinical situations. The outlined system has its drawbacks, but it is necessary to take into account the general availability and ease of configuration.

Abstract The article contains the design and implementation of a system for automatic program generation for an industrial robot, based on the graphical input recorded by camera. The content is divided into two parts. The first section deals with processing the visual data acquired from an external source to appropriate form, using edge identification and transformation from raster to vector image. The second part deals with the automatic program generation for industrial robot. The article describes different possible approaches to solution. The selected way of solution was implemented in real environment in a chosen programming language. The final section of the article presents the results of experiments, together with the overall evaluation of the results.

During the intensive development of information systems, the volumes of data necessary for storing and processing information, in particular graphic images, grow. One of the reasons for this phenomenon is the desire to continually improve the quality of the content we receive. The ever-growing demand for image quality requires the development of new and improvement of existing approaches to information compression. Compression algorithms use the presence of so-called surplus in the data, which can be eliminated during data storage and restored during playback. Currently in demand methods are based on storing only low-frequency components. Such methods are used in JPEG, MPEG compression algorithms. The disadvantage of such algorithms is not a large compression ratio. In this regard, methods have emerged based on fractal data compression. The main idea of ​​the method is to store the image as affine transformations, which leads to its compression. The paper proposes preliminary processing of graphic data for storing them in the form of a file with the * .json extension. The application of a further fractal compression algorithm to the already obtained file allows to reduce the processing time of data, computational calculations. The resulting file will have the advantages of fractal compression such as decompression speed, better compression ratio and higher resolution compared to * .jpeg and * .bmp. Despite all the advantages, fractal compression of graphic information is used quite rarely. This is due to the complexity of the algorithm, the lack of a sufficient number of specialists on this issue and the estimate of the licensed software. The improvement is aimed at simplifying the algorithm and its implementation will avoid these drawbacks and expand the scope of fractal compression.
