The article presents the issues related to the architecture design of the control systems for maintenance and automation of measurement equipment, that includes various subsystems and elements as components for the organization of business processes for the maintenance of large industrial enterprises. Those systems take into account the current realities when creating complex digital models and the place of such systems in the information space. The functional requirements that the control system must meet during implementation are defined, and the approaches to the development and updating of service standards are proposed. Taking into account the general trend that consists in the increasing amount of information collected and processed from the field level, a variety of technological objects, as well as the increasing autonomy and complexity of control systems, the task of organizing timely maintenance and repair, and processing of the results using traditional methods, is becoming unsolvable. The ensuring of an independent assessment of the quality and timeliness of work, the impossibility of misrepresenting information about the service is becoming the key point to build transparent relationships in service organization. This article describes the methods and algorithms of business processes necessary to design and implement such systems. Based on the described methodology, an information system was developed, and an assessment of the economic effect was carried out using the results of its implementation and adaptation

The study provides a method using econometric analysis to create corporate organizational knowledge in order to enhance innovation and competitiveness of the corporation. Improving the efficiency of industrial business processes involves analyzing cost information using specialized statistical and econometric software. Gretl package fully solves the problem of determining the relationship between performance, cost center classification, forecasting and simulating the consequences of the decisions taken, highlighting the segments and building predictive profiles of each costs segment. The authors demonstrate capabilities of panel data to prove the necessity of modern analysis methods in the management of business processes. To this end, the paper suggests the methodical approach to measuring drivers of resource productivity on the basis of panel data models, taking into account the individual differences between the economic units by the example of oil production. Measuring and identifying the drivers of business processes efficiency on the basis of panel data models can be one of the possible areas of management cognitive supporting. The results obtained with the use of Gretl software of empirical assessment confirmed their feasibility in the management of business processes in oil and gas production.

The global economy is more and more in need of energy resources, the alternatives of which are of increasing interest to the world community, while oil and gas production is becoming problematic due to the irrational development of developed and not yet exposed formations. Among the decisions of a confi-dent choice to suppress competitive rivalry for the industry and macroeconomics, they understand a balanced approach to invested capital and optimization of the activities of the operating units. Based on the above factors, the oil and gas industry will quickly master the digitalization of management and business processes. The article discusses the peculiarity of the influence and development of the digital economy of enterprises on the ability to reform the oil and gas industry.

Abstract Due to increase in cost and complexity of oil and gas production processes it becomes necessary to develop a platform for automated analysis of the main business processes of oil and gas assets for the automatic formation of investment projects portfolios for oil and gas production, taking into account the variability of technical and infrastructural characteristics, the mutual influence of objects and profitability indicators. The paper presents a description of platform prototype designed to form an optimized portfolio of investment projects for oil and gas production. The platform was developed using a process ontology, modern optimization tools and up-to-date techniques. The peculiarity of the proposed platform is in the use of a process ontology, which allows to link the life-time processes of objects with each other and throughout the entire time of asset assessment. The platform makes it easy to operate with real objects and their characteristics. The platform is based on the following models: – simulation model - repeats the business processes of the enterprise, indicating bottlenecks and improvement zones for management, it is a set of direct mathematical problems; – optimization model - creates opportunities for multi-criteria analysis, by eliminating manual processing, for modeling and managing various processes, as well as creating a wide range of development options (geological capabilities, geophysical interpretation, etc.). It is a solution to inverse problems with respect to specified criteria related to economic indicators. This paper shows the effect of implementing software based on the digital twin of enterprise processes, implemented as an integrated platform with the ability to connect specialized programs and simulators (SAP, 1C, IPM GAP, Repos, Eclipse, etc.) To calculate the economic indicators (FCF, NPV, PI, DPP) of individual investment projects and the formation, the possibilities of process optimization were taken into account in order to achieve the target indicators of the enterprise. As a result of the optimization, there is an enumeration of the options according to the algorithm and the selection of the most optimal ones, taking into account a variety of technological, landscape and hydrodynamic characteristics. Thus, a high-quality assessment of investment projects and taking into account a variety of characteristics when forming a portfolio of investment projects when forming a strategy for the development of an oil and gas asset is required. The novelty of the work lies in the developed multi-criteria optimization model. As a result of the performed work, the accuracy of calculations of technical and economic indicators and the optimality of the selected project portfolios for a given target function, taking into account the restrictions, implemented on the basis of digital twins of key business processes of oil and gas enterprises, were confirmed.

The paper discusses automated control systems for technological processes (APCS) of oil and gas producing enterprises of the Russian Federation. The history of the development of automated process control systems in oil and gas production is described. At the moment, the efficient operation of technological facilities is not possible without the use of automated control systems. Special attention should be paid to the fact that almost all oil production facilities are currently characterized by a high level of depletion and are mainly at the late (third or fourth) stages of operation. Under these conditions, the average production rate falls, the costs of technological procedures for oil and gas production increase significantly. In this regard, in the current conditions, the effective development of process control systems for oil and gas enterprises is an extremely urgent task. The paper provides a typical block diagram and classification of automated systems that provide control of technological processes in oil and gas production. The necessity of using an automated dispatch control system (ADCS) is substantiated and its main tasks are considered. The need for an automated process control system in oil and gas production to reach the next level of functional development, which can be provided by modern automation and communication means, is clearly demonstrated, thereby giving a new impetus to the digital transformation process. The concept of "smart" well is considered, comparative characteristics of different levels of oil fields are presented: standard, digital and intelligent. The concepts of big data (Big Data), cloud technologies (Cloud Storage), augmented reality are considered in relation to the specifics of the industry. A qualitative assessment of the readiness and development prospects of the APCS in the context of the transition to digital technologies in oil and gas production is carried out. The digital transformation of the industry must be economically substantiated and justified.
