This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Padang City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples is 40 respondents where the number of samples is equal to the number of population so that the total sampling technique is used for sampling. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using the t test (partial). The results showed that the Job Satisfaction variable had no effect and was not significant for OCB with the acquisition of the calculated t value of 0.443 < t table 1.687, and the sig value of 0.660 > 0.05. While the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on OCB, with the acquisition of t count equal to 9.325 < t table 1.687, and the value of sig 0,000 > 0.05. This means that the willingness of employees to conduct OCB behavior is based more on their commitment to the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of the padang city than their job satisfaction.

This study examines the specific work-related outcomes of employee engagement such as affective commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and intention to quit in the context of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For this purpose, employee engagement was divided into job and organization engagement. We used the quantitative research instrument and the cross-sectional survey method for primary data collection. The final sample consisted of 682 usable responses. By using the hierarchical regression analysis, we found that both job and organization engagement have a positive and significant relationship with affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, while in the case of intentions to quit, only organization engagement was negatively related. The results show that companies can achieve several benefits by focusing on employee engagement.

Studies show that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) becomes an important part of an organization's sustainability, even to the individualistic level. But it is difficult to realize with this intention when workers experience high levels of work fatigue, because of excessive workload This study aims to investigate the impact of the Auditor Burnout or auditory fatigue in OCB aspect, which also investigates the dimensions that mediate between two aspects namely professional commitment and satisfaction of work simultaneously. This study uses primary data, where surveys are distributed to auditors working in public accounting firms that have international affiliations. The number of samples is 150 auditors. This study uses a survey to collect data and the data collected is then analyzed using SEM. The findings of this study indicate that auditor fatigue, mediated by professional commitment and job satisfaction, will have a negative impact on OCB. It can be concluded that auditors will experience fatigue or lack of application to OCB.

Voluntary pro-environmental behaviors in the workplace such as organizational citizenship behavior towards environment (OCBE) are pertinent for the organizations striving to become environmentally responsible entities. The significance of OCBE for green organizational initiatives has led scholars to strive for expanding its nomological network. Approaching from the theoretical angle of the social information processing approach, this quantitative, survey-based study theoretically links and empirically tests the impact of environmental transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior towards environment (OCBE) via mediating mechanism of perceived meaningful work. Data from a sample of 311 employees working in Pakistan’s hospitality sector were collected and analyzed to test the hypothesized relationships using structural equation modelling. Results indicated the indirect effect of perceived meaningful work on the relationship between environmental transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior towards environment. Implications of both theoretical and practical nature are laid out in the relevant sections of the paper.
