This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Padang City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples is 40 respondents where the number of samples is equal to the number of population so that the total sampling technique is used for sampling. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using the t test (partial). The results showed that the Job Satisfaction variable had no effect and was not significant for OCB with the acquisition of the calculated t value of 0.443 < t table 1.687, and the sig value of 0.660 > 0.05. While the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on OCB, with the acquisition of t count equal to 9.325 < t table 1.687, and the value of sig 0,000 > 0.05. This means that the willingness of employees to conduct OCB behavior is based more on their commitment to the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of the padang city than their job satisfaction.

Technological developments in the era of globalization are increasingly fast demanding every company to develop strategies and management policies, especially in the field of human resources (HR), other factors that influence the work environment, and organizational commitment, where the better both can create job satisfaction in employees can even indirectly form organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative, South Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at the Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative in September 2019. The population in this study was 145 respondents while the sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression test. The analysis showed that partially job satisfaction (p value = 0.001); organizational commitment (p value 0.001) and work environment (p value = 0.025) affect Organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, simultaneous job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Koperasi Sadar Sejahtera, South Sumatra with a calculated F value of 0,000.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Organizational Commitment as Variable Mediation At PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a behavior in an organization that is not directly appreciated by a formal reward system. Organizations need to pay attention to the factors that affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Samples taken as many as 45 respondents. Sampling in this research using saturated sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 17 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The result of the analysis shows that job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment acts as mediation on the influence of job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior at PT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The sample consisted of 63 employees at the Bukittinggi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The analysis technique used was IBM SPSS 20. Job Satisfaction (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency in Bukittinggi City. Organizational commitment (X2) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) impact negatively on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bukittinggi.

Abstract— This research aim to know influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture to organizational citizenship behaviour of PDAM Tirta Taman Sari Madiun City. This research is quantitative analytical research with primary data. These samples in this research is 104 regular employees. While used data collecting technique that is with questioner and documentation. The research instrument used was the Likert scale. The calculation data analysis technique uses Smart PLS, which includes descriptive statistical analysis, the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing by looking at the t-statistical value. The result showed job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords—: job satisfaction; organizational commitment; organizational culture; organizational citizenship behaviour.

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employees of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung. Population of this research is all employees at PT. Kilang Lima Gunung totaling 105 people. The sampling technique of this study is Cluster Random Sampling with a sample of 104 employees. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Data analysis in this study using Analysis of Moment Structure using IBM SPSS AMOS 22 program. The results showed that: (1) financial compensation did not positively and significantly affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees of PT. Gunung Lima refinery, (2) financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction of PT. Kilang Lima Gunung, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. Study aims to determine and obtain a clear picture of supportive supervisor, empowerment, and organizational citizenship behavior; and to determine the impact of supportive supervisor and empowerment towards organizational citizenship behavior of employees in PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang. Research used explanatory survey method, while the sample was taken from employees of the company. Research instrument (questionnaires) was used as primary data collection to explain the causal relationship between supportive supervisor and empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in PT Setia Makmur Cemerlang. Analysis used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression method. Result of this study shows that there is significant influence between supportive supervisor and empowerment towards organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aimed to observe the significant influence of Organizational Climate andJob Satisfaction on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of non-civil teacher in WestSumbawa Regency, either simultaneously or partially, and to determine which dominantvariables that influence theirOrganizational Citizenship Behaviours. The current studybelonged to an associative type of research using saturation sampling technique. The studyinvolved 65 participant whose status were non-civil servant teachers of Vocational HighSchools. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linier regression.Results of the study showed that Organizational Climate and Job Satisfactionsimultaneously had a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on thenon-civil servant vocational school teachers in West Sumbawa Regency. The variables ofOrganizational Climate showed to have a significant influence, either partially ordominantly, on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, compensation and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and compensation on organizational citizenship behavior. The data used in this study are primary data of 135 respondents at the District office in the West Region of North Aceh Regency. The data analysis method in this study uses a structural equation model with the help of analysis of moment structure. The results of the study found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, compensation has no effect on organizational commitment. Another finding is that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, compensation has a negative and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment fully mediates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, but organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between compensation and organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between work satisfaction, organization commitment to organizational citizenship behavior employees. A measuring tool used in this study is the scale of organizational citizenship behavior, work satisfaction, and organization commitment. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The sample population of this study is the employee of company X in Yogyakarta who has a position at low manager. There are 43 employees respondent. This study uses data processing test using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. We use regressions test analysis and the result are a) Ha received, r=0,616 with a value of p = 0.000, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and OCB are positively correlated and highly significant. b) Ha received, r=0,322 with a value of p = 0.018, p<0.05 means that organizational commitment and OCB correlated positively and significantly. c) Ha received, r=0,448 with a value of p = 0.001, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively and significantly correlated. d) Ha received, r=0,379 with a value of p = 0.000, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment and OCB are positively correlated and highly significant.
