Recently, mobile operators all over the world are facing big challenges on the decreasing of the revenues from its traditional killer-applications like SMS/MMS and even voice services. The challenges come from a new trend of services called OTT (Over The Top). These OTT services provide the mobile users with flexible, convenient and more importantly free means to do their daily multimedia communication needs and seamlessly without any border so that operators couldn’t be just simply block it, but in opposite, need to find solutions to compete against it. Because of that, nowadays, more and more operators choose to deploy the standard RCS (Rich Communication Suite). RCS is a set of rich features communication services developed on top of IMS framework. Although there have been tremendous efforts to develop the architecture and protocols for IMS, which is a key technology of the NGN, it is far from being widely deployed. There are many reasons for that unpopularity (of IMS commercial deployment), namely, the lacking of clear business model for IMS-based services, no big difference between IMS-based services and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) services, lack of the true demands for features that IMS based services have, etc... However, one of the most important reason that till now not many researchers have pointed out and addressed it, is about the OSS (Operation and Support Subsystem) functions. The lacking of OSS clearly defined functions and interfaces make the difficulties for operators and even equipment manufacturers to collect the pay back for any big scale IMS deployment for their networks. This paper presents our proven that IMS can provide the killer applications with blending features like mash-up and readily equipped with the intelligent charging and policy control functions. That may partly help to speed up the deployment process of IMS in real networking environment.

Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Service Oriented Architecture, SOA, Kylix, SMS GatewayABSTRACTThe Short Message Services (SMS) service is one of the mobile phone network services used to deliver short messages. Ease of use makes SMS as one of the most widely used message senders. According to Jamie Tolentino in his article entitled "Why are people still using SMS in 2015?" Published on page thenextweb.com said that SMS is the most effective way to reach users, with a 90 percent read rate in minutes. SMS is a one- size- fits- all solution which makes anybody (with a mobile number) reachable. The technology for sending and receiving SMS is not reliant on high speed internet, essentially making anyone in modern society reachable.Laboratory Damage Reporting System is a system used to record various problems that occur include the location of the laboratory, computer number and details of the problem. This information system is web based in the hope that this system can be accessed from any computer and anytime. By using the system it can be viewed in detail all the problems that occur in the laboratory so that the laboratory manager can prepare the steps to handle it. But in practice many problems are not resolved because the problem information is not up to the technicians. This is because to access the information the technician must log on through the computer so that it takes time.By way of notification of problems that occur in the laboratory through sms then any existing problems report into the Laboratory Damage Reporting System will be directly forwarded to the technician directly through sms messages without having to access the system. This can speed up the process of getting the information of laboratory problems to the technician so that problem handling can be done quickly. To integrate Laboratory Hazard Reporting System with SMS notification can be done with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach so that the integration process does not need to change the existing system. Keywords : Information Systems, Service Oriented Architecture, SOA, Kylix, SMS Gateway

According to the characteristics of the information resources in modern acquisition, such as heterogeneous, distributed, loosely coupled, the problems and deficiencies of workflow technology and products were analyzed. Dynamic service grouping strategies based on SOA was proposed and was proved in theory. In addition, the workflow architecture based on SOA was built and the workflow engine of simulation-based acquisition (SBA) was designed. Therefore, the legacy code can be wrapped and the service can be grouped dynamically from the dynamic generic service factory. Grouping strategy was proved according to the SPOT satellite image application which was part of the SBA toolbox on grid. Experimental results show that: services grouping of a workflow can reduce the total overhead induced by the submission, scheduling, queuing and data transfer time. On a production grid infrastructure, the optimization proposed introduces a significant speed-up when compared to a traditional execution. The range is from 1.21 to 2.97.

The phrase “Web Services (WSs)” are emerging as a creative scheme for furnishing the services to various immanent devices over the World Wide Web. The hasty intensification of the WSs applications and the availability of the vast count of the Service Providers create the certainty of selecting the “efficient” Service Provider by the consumers. The scenario Deduplication and Quality-of-Service (QoS) swears out as an objective to distinguish various Service Providers (SPs). The process of selecting proficient WSs / SPs, positioning and optimization of WSs Compositions are exigent dimensions of research with momentous entailments for the fruition of the “Web of Services” revelation. The term “Semantic WSs” follows appropriate semantic descriptions of WS functionality and a medium to facilitate programmed cogitating over WS Compositions (WSCs). The persisting model of the Semantic Web Services (SWSs) deals with the intriguing emerges like wretched forecast of best WSs and gemination of services with effective SPs, which heads to Quality level degradation on the Semantic Web. To deal the above identified issues, the anticipated research is planned to construct a model to manipulative the content similarities (semantic), consumption of a mixture of WSs and its corresponding SPs. After assessing these params, all the WSs are stratified on the basis of its consumption. Ultimately, the nominated scheme, selects the best and non duplicated copy of the WSs on the basis of its rating and placed it in the WSC. The process of detecting the duplicate copy would be performed by the Cryptographic Hash value of the Services. From the experimental annotations, it is recognized that our anticipated design amends the functionality of the SWSs in terms of Processor Utilization, Accessing Time, and its Space optimizations

In the world of computation, the encryption is a technique by which the plaintext or any type of data which is converted from the readable form is transformed into an encoded form. That encoded form can only be read by another entity if they have corrected key for decryption. The proposed technique providing the security to the data in inefficient way that can be further use in implementation in new upcoming task and enhancement in current running projects of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) BPEL (Business Process Execution Language).
