As the results of this study show, the activity of football players is mostly dynamic, where periods of significant work alternate with periods of relative relaxation. Functional training of football players of student teams should be considered as an important element of a comprehensive approach to improving the sports and technical skills of players. In this regard, the control system for special physical training can be considered as one of the components of management technology for training football teams of student teams, and its further improvement should be associated with in-depth study of biological patterns of human age and features of adaptive changes in specific conditions training and competitive loads. At the present stage of football development, a significant amount of research has been performed to study the motor activity of football players in the conditions of competitions, as a result of which data on the nature and scope of players' actions with and without the ball were obtained. The article considers the characteristic features of the construction of training microcycles in the competitive period in the preparation of student teams in football. The dynamics of special working capacity and functional state of NUFVSU football players in the competitive period of training is investigated. It is determined that in the construction of rational variants of competitive microcycles of different duration it is necessary to proceed from a differentiated approach, which provides a different structure of microcycles for the training of attackers, midfielders and defenders. The need to take into account the duration of recovery of the most significant indicators of special performance and functional status of players of different roles has been proved. Based on the study and identified patterns of changes in individual indicators of special performance of football players of the NUFVSU team after competitive loads, depending on their game role, models of competitive microcycles of different duration were developed: short (3 days); medium (5 days); optimal (7 days).

The program belongs to the correctional-developing psychological and pedagogical direction. This program is aimed at developing the emotional intelligence of children with intellectual disabilities using musical fairy tales. The problem of developing the emotional intelligence of children with disabilities is very actual. For a child to feel equal in communicating with others, confident, proactive, it is necessary to prepare children not only intellectually, but emotionally. And the use of musical fairy ta-les gives a wide range of characters’ images, supported by musical accompaniment for the interpretation and verbalization of the emotional states of the characters. The program involves a whole range of psycho-preventive measures aimed not only at the development of emotional intelligence, but also at the use of neuropsychological correction methods that affect the development of the cerebral hemispheres and their interaction. Taking into account this factor, the lessons according to the program make it possible to apply in practice the whole complex of neuropsychological exercises through the transfer of characteristic features and actions of characters with the help of movements, which makes the complete training of the “brain” available for children with intellectual disabilities.

One of the most characteristic features of cancer cells is their ability to metastasia. It is suggested that the modifications of the structure and properties of cancer cells surfaces play the main role in this process. The present work was aimed at finding out what ultrastructural features apear in tumor in vivo which removal of individual cancer cells from the cell population can provide. For this purpose the cellular interactions in the normal human thyroid and cancer tumor of this gland electron microscopic were studied. The tissues were fixed in osmium tetroxide and were embedded in Araldite-Epon.In normal human thyroid the most common type of intercellular contacts was represented by simple junction formed by the parallelalignment of adjacent cell membranees leaving in between an intermembranes space 15-20 nm filled with electronlucid material (Fig. 1a). Sometimes in the basal part of cells dilatations of the intercellular space 40-50 nm wide were found (Fig. 1a). Here the cell surfaces may form single short microvilli.

In the field of materials science, the importance of the ultrahigh resolution analytical electron microscope (UHRAEM) is increasing. A new UHRAEM which provides a resolution of better than 0.2 nm and allows analysis of a few nm areas has been developed. [Fig. 1 shows the external view] The followings are some characteristic features of the UHRAEM.Objective lens (OL)Two types of OL polepieces (URP for ±10' specimen tilt and ARP for ±30' tilt) have been developed. The optical constants shown in the table on the next page are figures calculated by the finite element method. However, Cs was experimentally confirmed by two methods (namely, Beam Tilt method and Krivanek method) as 0.45 ∼ 0.50 mm for URP and as 0.9 ∼ 1.0 mm for ARP, respectively. Fig. 2 shows an optical diffractogram obtained from a micrograph of amorphous carbon with URP under the Scherzer defocus condition. It demonstrates a resolution of 0.19 nm and a Cs smaller than 0.5 mm.

The literature recognizes the important role of the Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) in the treatment of communication and swallowing disorders in children with Intellectual Disabilities (ID). However there is also a need to emphasize the importance of specialist SLP input across the lifespan of people with ID, and to recognize the specific, ongoing and changing communication and swallowing needs of adults with ID as they get older.
